<<16>> gifts so to the men but I want to talk

<<19>> to the women for just a moment as I

<<21>> started my career in the business world

<<23>> I thought that I had to behave a lot

<<25>> like the men counterparts that I worked

<<28>> with and what I've come to know through

<<30>> my experience in doTERRA is that I don't

<<32>> have to do that that one I am myself

<<34>> when I let my true gifts come forward

<<38>> and flow through me that's when I'm able

<<41>> to make the greatest impact that's what

<<42>> I'm able to connect with people is when

<<44>> I'm able to be creative that's when able

<<47>> to be compassionate and it's okay I've

<<50>> discovered to show my true emotions so

<<52>> can't even cry sometimes right just so

<<55>> can you to show my enthusiasm and my

<<57>> excitement it's okay to be strong and

<<60>> soft all at the same time but when you

<<63>> truly identify your strengths and your

<<66>> very special gifts and you turn them

<<69>> loose we become
