This Privacy Policy explains how Prof. Enzo ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use ProfEnzo.com and related services (the "Service").

2. Information we collect

• Account data: email address when you request a magic-link sign-in; optional Wellness Advocate / enroller ID associated with your session or profile.
• Usage data: pages viewed, language and market preferences, approximate location from CDN (e.g. country), device/browser type, and chat interactions needed to operate the Service.
• Cookies / local storage: language, theme, session, and referral identifiers required for the Service to function.

We do not ask you to store payment card data on Enzo; purchases happen on doTERRA.

3. How we use information

We use information to: provide and improve the Service; personalize language and shop links; authenticate you; prevent abuse; and communicate service-related messages (e.g. magic-link emails).

4. Sharing

We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) who process it on our instructions. When you follow shop or registration links, doTERRA receives whatever data their sites collect under their privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We retain account and necessary logs only as long as needed for the Service, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account profile where applicable.

6. Your choices

You can change language and theme in the menu, sign out, and clear conversation where offered. You may request access or deletion of account data by contacting us. Browser controls can limit some cookies; essential cookies may be required for sign-in.

7. International transfers

Data may be processed in the EU/EEA or other regions where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child provided us personal data, contact us to delete it.
