New Europe Manufacturing Facility Update - Cork, Ireland

<<9>> - We've been producing oils in
Ireland for about six months,

<<13>> started just the end
of October of last year

<<15>> and we've already saved over
2000 tons of CO2 emissions.

<<20>> And it's expected to
be anywhere from three

<<23>> to 6,000 tons a year that
we would save going forward.

<<28>> - Since we started
manufacturing in October 2020

<<30>> we've produced almost three
million bottles of oil.

<<33>> The size of
doTERRA facility

<<34>> is 60,000 square
foot underground floor.

<<37>> Outside of that, we
have a warehouse area

<<39>> for shipping, receiving,
incoming and outgoing components

<<42>> as well as a QA sample area
for testing over our oils.

<<46>> But we also have a fully
functional laboratory

<<49>> which allows us to
test our oils

<<50>> before they
leave site here.

<<55>> - What happens in
Ireland is similar

<<57>> to what happens back in
Pleasant Grove, Utah.

<<59>> All of the oils come directly
from different sources

<<62>> around the world
to Ireland.

<<64>> In the facility there's a
battery of tests that take place

<<66>> by our quality control team.

<<68>> As it flows through
to the facility

<<70>> we have different processes
that take care of the oil

<<73>> to it's ended containers.

<<75>> And then another series of
tests are conducted prior

<<79>> to being able to ship to
our fulfillment centers

<<81>> around Europe.

<<82>> - So in October we
started with 14 oils

<<85>> and by the end of
2021 we hope to have

<<86>> over 90 different
oils onsite.

<<89>> A lot of people be
familiar with Lavender,

<<90>> Peppermint, Wild Orange,
Eucalyptus, Rosemary,

<<93>> they're all currently being
manufactured in Ireland.

<<95>> And my personal favorite
oil is wild orange.

<<98>> And I know that a
lot of the team here

<<99>> are a big fan of
the Lemon as well.

<<102>> - We've created 35 jobs
from our quality teams

<<106>> to production, engineering,
finance, various staff members.

<<110>> And we've to this point

<<112>> we know we've created
about 10 jobs indirectly

<<115>> with varying
packaging suppliers

<<117>> and other companies that
are providing a service

<<119>> to us to support the operation.

<<123>> - In Cork, we
want everything,

<<124>> we want to become the
European center of excellence

<<126>> for manufacturing for doTERRA.

growth is just fantastic.
