When did you start sharing dōTERRA and when were you introduced to the AromaTouch Technique?

My name is Eszter Pék. I am a certified herbalist, aromatherapy consultant,
and a doTERRA Gold leader.

I discovered the world of essential oils in 2018, and it completely
transformed my life—and the lives of those around me.

What started as a personal journey soon became a calling: since then, I
have helped hundreds of families learn how to use the power of nature to
support their health and wellbeing.

Why do you love the AromaTouch Technique?

In May 2024, I began teaching the AromaTouch Technique, which quickly
became one of my greatest passions.

I love this method because it is a gentle yet powerful way to help people
release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies through
touch and essential oils.

Every session is a reminder of how deeply we all need nurturing, presence,
and natural support.

Why would you encourage others to learn the AromaTouch Technique?

I deeply believe that ancient herbal wisdom and modern aromatherapy belong
in everyday life again.

My mission is to bring this knowledge back into awareness through
education, practical guidance, and heartfelt support—so people can
reconnect with their bodies, their inner balance, and the healing
intelligence of nature.
