<<34>> this Co-Impact Sourcing model was just beautiful.

<<44>> an opportunity to truly make a difference.

<<46>> To provide sustainable income for those people who are growing,

<<50>> harvesting and distilling these beautiful oils for our benefit.

<<63>> What we're doing through these initiatives are first,

<<65>> job creation in rural areas where we can have a big impact.

<<69>> Two: working through long-term sourcing contracts and agreements

<<73>> with our partners.

<<74>> Three: helping the formation and organisation of co-operatives, which

<<78>> share collective benefits among the harvesters and the growers themselves.

<<82>> Forth: fair and on-time payments and even profit sharing programs

<<87>> that the distillers offer to the growers and harvesters.

<<90>> Fifth: through linking community-based and social impact projects

<<94>> funded through our Healing Hands Foundation.

<<99>> For them to get the water they had to walk at least an hour

<<103>> and a half, sometimes two hours, back and forth.

<<242>> a sense of pride for the work that they do, to know that it matters.

<<249>> and for them to truly have that pride in their heart to know
