<<123>> keep the land in its natural state and

<<126>> we also pay them for each tree that is

<<129>> harvested off of their land

<<135>> long-term income to these landowners to

<<137>> help them preserve the native forest and

<<139>> ensure that it stays in the ground which

<<141>> is exactly what we all hope can happen

<<249>> wood that's just been shipped it smells
