<<0>> hi everyone welcome to back to school

<<2>> with tarot europe we have a jam-packed

<<4>> schedule of exclusive content prepared

<<7>> for you today

<<8>> our first panel our four mums sarah

<<11>> catherine katie and ellison will kick

<<13>> off the day

<<14>> get your pens notebook and highlighters

<<17>> ready because the class

<<18>> is about to start

<<19>> [Music]

<<29>> hi there my name's lisa lisa rooney and

<<31>> i'm the market development manager for

<<33>> the uk

<<34>> and ireland i'm thrilled to be here

<<36>> today with a group of my favorite ladies

<<38>> and we're here to talk about something

<<40>> that's perhaps popping up in

<<42>> everybody's news feed at the moment

<<44>> children are going back to school

<<46>> i am loving seeing all of your first day

<<48>> at school photographs

<<50>> so whether you're a parent or not you

<<52>> cannot avoid it's happening

<<53>> right now and i want to talk to these

<<55>> fabulous moms

<<56>> about how the doterra essential oils

<<58>> have an impact on their life

<<61>> ladies thrilled to have you with us

<<62>> today give us a wave let us know you're

<<64>> here

<<66>> fabulous so let's talk to some of our

<<68>> moms out there

<<69>> so we have sarah over there in the

<<71>> beautiful port ventura

<<73>> sarah tell me a little bit about how you

<<76>> use our essential oils to support your

<<78>> family

<<79>> thanks for the introduction yes so i

<<81>> absolutely love

<<83>> using the oils in my family it's also

<<85>> one of the reasons why i started to

<<86>> support my kids with

<<88>> a lot of the emotions they were going

<<90>> through as they were growing up as well

<<92>> so um where do we even start right like

<<96>> that is the question because there's

<<98>> so many oils that we use and as

<<101>> my kids have grown up there are

<<102>> teenagers now they were

<<104>> kind of young young eight between eight

<<106>> and ten year olds when we actually

<<108>> started using the oils

<<110>> and so over the years definitely the

<<112>> priorities have changed but

<<114>> oils that for us will always be in the

<<116>> diffuser

<<117>> every single day will be balanced i love

<<120>> calmer

<<121>> they love calmer um obviously with

<<124>> going back to school stronger is a

<<126>> really important oil that we will be

<<128>> using on the bottoms of our feet before

<<131>> we actually start

<<133>> so kathy tell me a little bit about your

<<135>> family what ages of your children

<<138>> hi lisa um so i have two children

<<142>> i've got coco who is almost 12 very very

<<146>> almost 12

<<147>> and a little boy called kit who is

<<150>> again almost eight their birthdays are

<<153>> really close together

<<154>> and basically yes it's the same as

<<157>> um sarah has already said when i

<<161>> first discovered doterra and the oils it

<<163>> was specifically looking to help support

<<166>> especially my son

<<167>> and we've never looked back it's been

<<169>> almost five years now since we've been

<<171>> using the oils

<<173>> and hand on heart i can say as a mum i

<<176>> have never missed a day of using the oil

<<178>> since so we use

<<180>> the children's supplements are so

<<182>> fantastic for them as well

<<184>> it's not just about the oils and of

<<185>> course and we've done a lot of work on

<<188>> um both of my children with their gut

<<190>> health and the probiotics for the

<<192>> children i

<<193>> absolutely love them i really use those

<<196>> every single day again but for me

<<199>> absolutely i could not be without

<<202>> air um we use balance wild orange those

<<205>> two combined together it's such a

<<206>> beautiful

<<207>> calming um scent around the home if

<<210>> you're

<<210>> getting a bit jittery and i know my

<<213>> daughter she's just at that age where

<<214>> they're just about to go back to school

<<216>> tomorrow actually

<<218>> and she's a little bit jittery with

<<220>> everything that's going on and so i'm

<<222>> doing a lot of work with her

<<223>> to help keep her calm and not worry

<<226>> about things that she doesn't need to

<<228>> worry about

<<229>> so yeah never a day without them in our

<<231>> home

<<232>> i remember seeing coco at one of my very

<<236>> first events

<<237>> and she came along with you do you

<<239>> remember back in the day when we got to

<<241>> touch and hug each other i know she was

<<244>> so little then she actually won

<<246>> her very first kit that day she did

<<250>> so no she's a good doterra girl

<<254>> i think getting the children involved in

<<256>> events

<<257>> even if they're online now really does

<<260>> help them to

<<260>> embrace using the essential oils

<<263>> themselves because they

<<264>> they're eager to tell you what they love

<<266>> oh i think i always

<<268>> say this um when i'm teaching other moms

<<270>> and when i'm talking to my own children

<<272>> i always say that be guided by how your

<<275>> children respond to the oils they know

<<277>> how they're feeling and they know how

<<278>> the oils make them feel

<<280>> and i love that it's it's it's quite

<<282>> empowering for them

<<284>> yeah fabulous thank you kathy

<<287>> catherine how would you um welcome to

<<290>> the call darlene good to have you on our

<<292>> zoom

<<293>> now how do you use these oils to support

<<296>> yourself when looking after the children

<<298>> because that can be a key thing

<<300>> can't it to keep yourself on an even

<<302>> keel

<<303>> hi lisa thank you so much i'm really

<<306>> really excited to get to share a little

<<307>> bit more about how we use these oils

<<310>> so i've actually been using them with my

<<312>> family for

<<314>> nearly six years which is crazy and i

<<316>> can't imagine my life without them

<<318>> um we've absolutely adored having these

<<321>> oils but you're right it is not just

<<323>> about

<<324>> supporting your children i think as mums

<<327>> you know we're always it's those things

<<329>> that we have every day every day

<<330>> challenges as a mum and we're always

<<332>> worried i think from the

<<334>> minute that you know you're pregnant you

<<336>> worry about your little one all the way

<<338>> up until they are

<<339>> you know i think forever actually you're

<<341>> always going to be as a mum

<<342>> but um this particular oils that i would

<<345>> call mummy oils

<<346>> um for example balance um it's one

<<349>> where things are getting really busy

<<351>> really hectic i have

<<352>> three boys my oldest is 13

<<356>> my middle son is 10 and my youngest is

<<358>> six

<<359>> and they're all really different

<<360>> characters and actually

<<362>> you know like many other mummies have

<<364>> said today

<<366>> is that these these these are the

<<368>> reasons why we needed the wheels in our

<<370>> home and my middle son

<<371>> um he has all sorts of different things

<<373>> that he has going on and

<<375>> frankincense has been our lifesaver just

<<377>> having

<<378>> oils that can actually really really get

<<381>> to

<<381>> support them in a way that i quite

<<383>> frankly don't

<<384>> understand fully and we don't need to

<<386>> understand because we've seen the impact

<<388>> that it's had

<<389>> so obviously there's a lot out there

<<391>> that we can

<<393>> discover more and more about them but

<<395>> it's about the changes that they make

<<397>> and empowering

<<399>> us in our homes so it's about empowering

<<402>> us in our homes and i think we need to

<<405>> be empowered

<<406>> you know mums we've got so much going on

<<408>> in our lives there's so many busy things

<<411>> we need to have support and so this is

<<414>> an additional

<<415>> tool in your toolbox to support you

<<418>> when things are tough whether it's

<<420>> emotionally for you or emotionally for

<<422>> your children

<<423>> and when your children are feeling

<<424>> really emotional you just want to give

<<426>> them that massive hug and sometimes as

<<428>> they get older

<<429>> they don't necessarily always want mom's

<<431>> hug but sometimes just having an

<<433>> oil that they can choose is so so

<<436>> empowering as a mum and so

<<438>> that's one of the main reasons why i

<<440>> just absolutely adore how doterra has

<<443>> transformed our lives

<<445>> so also on the zoo meeting today what

<<447>> we've actually got is one of our brand

<<449>> new moms

<<450>> over in ireland it's alison hi alison

<<456>> look at you there with baby conal he's

<<458>> certainly keeping your hands busy

<<460>> i know he sure is today is the day that

<<463>> i'm glad i have my oils let's put it

<<465>> that way

<<466>> alison so um for the other ladies on the

<<469>> call we didn't have the baby collection

<<471>> available have you been taking advantage

<<474>> of these new products

<<475>> oh my gosh absolutely and i don't know i

<<478>> was trying to think which one i prefer

<<479>> more but i don't think i can pick but to

<<482>> be honest the one that i've been using

<<484>> the most

<<485>> is the diaper cream and because it's

<<487>> really multifunctional so

<<489>> obviously you know it's used as a nappy

<<491>> cream so i use it whenever i'm changing

<<493>> his little bomb

<<494>> alison can you tell me what has been

<<496>> your most supportive essential oil

<<499>> okay well at the moment i'm using and

<<502>> for him

<<503>> and i think his favorite is siberian fur

<<506>> and so i

<<507>> have my little siberian for a rollerball

<<509>> here and i just massaged that along his

<<512>> little jaw and it's been really

<<513>> supportive

<<514>> so i would be lost without it and

<<517>> copaiba as well it's always hard to pick

<<519>> one

<<519>> so those would be for him and then for

<<522>> me

<<523>> i think the emotional aromatherapy oils

<<526>> but particularly console for me

<<529>> just when you know being a new mom some

<<531>> days are tough just having a little bit

<<533>> of a

<<534>> you know it's just really soothing and

<<536>> calming my emotions and i love it so i

<<537>> just wear it as a perfume

<<539>> gorgeous beautiful oil i i am totally

<<542>> with you on console

<<543>> love it um let me think about bath time

<<548>> what are you firstly is anybody using

<<551>> the

<<552>> new baby bath and on top of that

<<556>> if you're not using that or other times

<<559>> how do you incorporate any of the oils

<<561>> into bath time because sometimes when

<<563>> the children are getting ready for

<<564>> either their first day at school

<<566>> or they've got a little bit of anxiety

<<569>> for school because it's back

<<570>> to a new experience for them what are

<<572>> you doing to calm down at that bedtime

<<574>> routine the

<<576>> hair the baby hair and body wash and i

<<579>> just put

<<580>> about three pumps into his little bath

<<582>> and it just creates a real gentle

<<585>> nice foam and it smells gorgeous there's

<<587>> lavender and there's aroma caramel in

<<589>> there it's just so relaxing especially

<<591>> before bed

<<592>> and and after bath time i use

<<596>> coconut oil just to support his skin

<<599>> it's lovely and hydrating and i love

<<601>> hope actually

<<603>> and so i take some hope oil into the

<<605>> pans my hands

<<606>> pump on some fractionated coconut oil

<<609>> and massage it over his body

<<611>> so for those of you with older children

<<613>> how are you

<<614>> bringing sort of the wind down routine

<<617>> together

<<619>> yeah i think to be honest because of the

<<621>> age that my boys are i have a 13 and a

<<624>> 16 year old i

<<625>> i kind of allow them to choose um

<<629>> one of the things this week that that

<<631>> happened which

<<632>> was the first time and i was really

<<635>> surprised and yet

<<636>> really really amazed and i felt so good

<<639>> about it was

<<640>> um our 16 year old started talking about

<<643>> some of the feelings he was having and

<<644>> he was being quite open

<<646>> and quite honest about things um and

<<648>> truth be told he's not

<<650>> always been as open um for the oils

<<653>> um as maybe the younger one has been and

<<656>> so

<<657>> i grabbed one of my emotions in

<<659>> essential oil books and i was like well

<<661>> let's have a look at

<<662>> what you're feeling currently and what

<<664>> oils that you

<<666>> might find benefit from and so

<<671>> we started looking at some of the oils

<<673>> that came up and so green mandarin

<<675>> pink pepper and rose were three of those

<<677>> oils that

<<678>> really really kept repeating on whenever

<<681>> he was looking at certain emotions that

<<683>> he wanted to kind of

<<684>> support himself with and so

<<688>> we kind of created a roller first he

<<691>> defused them in the evening going to bed

<<693>> and he really loved them and he said i

<<696>> really like that blend mom

<<697>> can can i do something else with it and

<<699>> so i was like well we could make a spray

<<702>> or we could do a roller or we could

<<704>> maybe um

<<706>> create a deodorant for you you know with

<<708>> these oils and he said i actually like

<<710>> the idea of a roller can we make one

<<712>> so we did and the same evening he came

<<715>> back and obviously he had taken it with

<<717>> him

<<718>> and he was like oh all my friends were

<<719>> telling me how great i smelled and i let

<<721>> them

<<722>> smell my roller mom and it kind of like

<<724>> all of a sudden

<<726>> i think it real it made him realize

<<729>> how much of an empowerment you actually

<<732>> get from them

<<733>> as well so especially because of the age

<<736>> that he's at right he's 16 there's a lot

<<738>> of things going on in his mind and his

<<740>> body

<<741>> and just him having that experience i

<<744>> was really so like my heart just kind of

<<746>> melted because of it um and he's already

<<749>> looking in the book now to see like what

<<751>> other rollers and blends he can make you

<<753>> know so i think

<<755>> allowing them to kind of like invite

<<757>> them into it

<<759>> rather than say okay i want you to

<<761>> diffuse this or let's put this in your

<<763>> diffuser

<<764>> actually invite them over to your

<<766>> toolbox invite them over to your oils

<<768>> and say

<<768>> do you want to open a couple of um

<<770>> bottles and see what you're really drawn

<<772>> to tonight and then using that

<<775>> i've especially for us in our family

<<777>> that has definitely been a lot better

<<779>> than

<<780>> me putting something in the diffuser

<<782>> because i could often

<<783>> get reactions like oh that's not for me

<<786>> or or i don't think that is an oil a

<<788>> smell that i want in my bedroom now at

<<790>> bedtime you know but if i'm inviting

<<792>> them to actually choose it

<<794>> i've definitely had a lot more like open

<<797>> and positive reactions from both of them

<<799>> and

<<800>> again like going back to what i just

<<802>> shared about my eldest

<<804>> how amazing right like at 16 knowing

<<807>> that there's so much going on in your

<<809>> mind and your body

<<810>> and actually having a tool to actually

<<812>> grab and you're also smelling nice

<<815>> because

<<815>> he's always been a big fan of perfumes

<<818>> and stuff and i'm like nope i'm not

<<819>> buying it you're not having it

<<821>> you know so now you know it's something

<<824>> that i've kind of been advocating for a

<<826>> while

<<826>> all of a sudden that click has happened

<<829>> and he's like

<<829>> oh i could create my own things how cool

<<832>> you know so

<<833>> i think for us that's definitely been a

<<836>> huge win this week

<<838>> that really is music to my ears imagine

<<841>> if we can have

<<842>> all of our children using these oils and

<<845>> then

<<845>> sharing them with their friends we

<<847>> really are

<<848>> helping the next generation aren't we to

<<852>> you know use our natural products rather

<<854>> than getting out the aftershaves and the

<<856>> sprays

<<857>> i really wanted to share a really funny

<<859>> story actually you were talking about

<<861>> you know the impact that this can have

<<863>> on other friends and families and

<<865>> actually

<<866>> i had one of the best ever play dates it

<<868>> was my favorite of all time where we had

<<870>> um when you know when you try and get a

<<872>> friend over for each friend because it's

<<874>> so much easier

<<875>> so we'd actually managed to achieve it

<<877>> this time and they were sitting down at

<<879>> the table

<<879>> all having their dinner and then theo

<<882>> asked could i have a lemon drop in my

<<883>> water and then his little friend said

<<885>> well i actually prefer wild orange and i

<<888>> was like

<<889>> amazing and then his other friend so my

<<892>> middle son's friend said well actually i

<<894>> prefer grapefruit so they were all

<<895>> having this conversation

<<898>> about essential oils in their drinks

<<901>> and how they all love them and i just

<<903>> was like this is amazing

<<905>> and just my heart just sang you know you

<<908>> know that this is having a huge

<<910>> impact on these little children

<<913>> not saying no no i want some squash or i

<<916>> want something else

<<917>> in their water and i just thought oh it

<<919>> was so awesome that i've actually been

<<921>> able to

<<922>> support and help with that and then of

<<924>> course they had conversations about

<<926>> what their favorite ones were and how

<<928>> they used them

<<929>> you're tired that's when you really need

<<932>> oils to support you

<<933>> and so physical touch i think as well is

<<936>> really important

<<938>> creating a bedtime routine and i

<<941>> really really like creating that sort of

<<944>> right okay which oils would you like and

<<946>> then we put it on their feet

<<947>> put them in the diffuser and it's

<<949>> creating that touch

<<951>> and that you know bonding time and

<<953>> that's also a really important aspect of

<<955>> these oils

<<957>> is that you're not only just you know

<<959>> having nice smells

<<961>> you're creating life experiences and

<<963>> bonding experiences with your children

<<965>> and they won't forget that they will

<<967>> remember that and that comfort

<<969>> feeling that that's able to give them so

<<972>> yeah i absolutely love bedtimes for that

<<974>> reason and and i'm so grateful

<<976>> for these essential oils helping my

<<978>> youngest

<<980>> to get to sleep more promptly

<<983>> you talk about touch there and it really

<<986>> as a mom we always still want to be

<<988>> doing that cuddling with our children

<<990>> don't they

<<991>> we and as they become teenagers um

<<994>> i don't know particularly for boys that

<<996>> i found is they do like to have a little

<<998>> massage or tickle my feet

<<1000>> and that's the perfect opportunity for

<<1002>> you to bring in those oils

<<1004>> they don't mind them because they're

<<1005>> getting pamper time so

<<1007>> any way you can introduce them and to

<<1010>> using the oils

<<1012>> it's just wonderful love that i also

<<1014>> love catherine

<<1015>> how you talked about them each choosing

<<1018>> different essential oils for their water

<<1021>> and how cool is that they're simply

<<1023>> doing it as a flavouring point of view

<<1025>> but you as a mother know the goodness

<<1027>> that they're getting as well

<<1028>> yeah absolutely and actually even my

<<1031>> husband

<<1032>> so he grew up differently to me my mum

<<1035>> never really put stuff in our drinks

<<1037>> but he was he hated water that's not a

<<1041>> good thing to hate is it really

<<1043>> um and so but there are a lot of people

<<1045>> that have just got

<<1046>> so used to water having to taste

<<1049>> differently to what it tastes and how

<<1051>> cool

<<1052>> like you said you've got an opportunity

<<1054>> for the water to taste

<<1056>> amazing so actually that was how he

<<1058>> managed to stop

<<1059>> drinking lots of quite intense soft

<<1062>> drinks is what they call them i don't

<<1064>> think they're very soft at all

<<1066>> they're not great for you but it does

<<1068>> and of course then that educates your

<<1070>> children

<<1071>> to say that actually this is how and

<<1072>> this is what we do

<<1074>> to support our health and well-being

<<1076>> from a really young age

<<1079>> and i've met lots of people that because

<<1080>> they drank some quite intense drinks

<<1083>> when they were really young all the way

<<1085>> up

<<1085>> it's had some really intense impacts on

<<1088>> their well-being and so

<<1090>> it's definitely a really exciting thing

<<1092>> to be able to see and have children

<<1095>> enjoy kathy you mentioned previously

<<1098>> about the supplements that your children

<<1100>> take

<<1101>> i know sometimes children are not very

<<1104>> good at swallowing tablets or capsules

<<1107>> how do you overcome that with your

<<1108>> children are there any tips you can

<<1110>> share for moms out there to

<<1112>> help the children to swallow oh yes it's

<<1115>> a really good

<<1116>> actually in our home it's a really great

<<1117>> topic of discussion

<<1119>> so um yes i started my children off with

<<1122>> the little on guard beadlets

<<1124>> that um a tiny tiny they're like the

<<1126>> size of caviar

<<1128>> and then we kind of have graduated from

<<1130>> there and

<<1131>> obviously everybody who's a mum

<<1134>> a dad a carer your children are all

<<1136>> different and it depends on their age

<<1138>> their weight

<<1139>> their height so do ask do ask one of

<<1143>> us for advice with all of these but um

<<1146>> for me

<<1147>> my daughter's a very tall 12 year old

<<1150>> and i started her on

<<1151>> actually a quarter of a dose of the

<<1153>> lifelong vitality

<<1155>> um about a year ago and so me i just

<<1157>> gave her one

<<1158>> of each of the tablets in the morning

<<1160>> and she

<<1161>> absolutely loves them she is like me now

<<1164>> if i don't take

<<1165>> the life of vitality i know if i've i've

<<1168>> skipped a few days with it and so my

<<1171>> daughter's the same and she absolutely

<<1172>> loves taking them and especially now

<<1174>> brewing up to going back to school we've

<<1176>> been making sure we're very religious

<<1178>> with it

<<1180>> um my little boy um slightly different

<<1182>> he's

<<1183>> nearly eight like i said and i love

<<1186>> giving him the iq mega the liquid for

<<1189>> him i know it's got all of the omegas in

<<1192>> and also the fish oils and it's

<<1194>> beautiful um

<<1195>> well balanced and he's very happy taking

<<1198>> that he thinks it's a treat

<<1199>> um he also takes the a to z's as well

<<1202>> every single morning i just kind of put

<<1204>> them down with their breakfast and it's

<<1205>> just part of our daily routine

<<1208>> and then likewise um at bedtime i have a

<<1211>> little jar in

<<1212>> where my kids they've got their own

<<1214>> bathroom not as fancy as it sounds

<<1217>> um but we have a little jar in there

<<1220>> with the um pb assist juniors

<<1223>> just a little jar of them they can just

<<1225>> do it themselves after they clean their

<<1227>> teeth i make sure they do it lasting

<<1229>> before they go

<<1230>> to bed um one of the girls on my team

<<1232>> actually advise me to do that to make

<<1234>> sure that um

<<1235>> they have you have we all should have

<<1237>> the probiotics

<<1238>> lasting at night to make sure it's doing

<<1240>> the best it can for our tummy so

<<1243>> yeah i do that every single day and it's

<<1245>> just part of a lovely routine that we've

<<1247>> all got and

<<1248>> they do it themselves now really so

<<1250>> added bonus

<<1252>> with my daughter she could never swallow

<<1254>> a tablet and i think

<<1256>> people naturally sort of like knock

<<1258>> their head back

<<1259>> um she's obviously been doing it wrong

<<1261>> her whole life and she's learning the

<<1263>> new way

<<1264>> um what is that way well it's amazing

<<1267>> that you're bringing this up actually

<<1268>> because i

<<1269>> could not swallow tablets at all as a

<<1271>> child i really

<<1272>> struggled with it um but yeah i've

<<1275>> discovered

<<1275>> since i've joined the doterra family i

<<1278>> suppose somebody told me about

<<1280>> if you put the lifelong vitalities into

<<1282>> your mouth and put your head forwards

<<1284>> and then drink your drink kind of

<<1286>> leaning forward it opens your throat

<<1288>> and it makes it way easier to swallow

<<1291>> the supplements in fact

<<1292>> really strangely which something i have

<<1294>> to do them all one by one

<<1296>> um still but my daughter can knock them

<<1299>> all back in one

<<1300>> doing that so yeah it really works

<<1304>> sarah i know you live in a beautiful

<<1306>> sunny place and maybe

<<1307>> everybody's energized to get out of bed

<<1309>> every morning

<<1310>> but i know you've got teenagers and if

<<1313>> they're anything like mine

<<1314>> sometimes they just won't budge every

<<1316>> morning oh man

<<1318>> what do i do to get them out of bed

<<1320>> that's a good question

<<1322>> i would probably say um start putting

<<1326>> wild orange and peppermint in my

<<1328>> diffuser or

<<1329>> perhaps add some motivate to the

<<1332>> diffuser

<<1333>> um that's probably as far

<<1337>> of a step that i would go i don't know

<<1339>> whether i would take it any further

<<1342>> because i dragged them yeah well i know

<<1345>> what the reaction would be if i actually

<<1347>> did that so i think i'm gonna stay

<<1349>> far away especially my 16 year old he's

<<1351>> taller than me now and he's

<<1353>> so strong he's like a proper man it's

<<1355>> crazy

<<1356>> so i think just defusing would probably

<<1358>> be what i would do um

<<1360>> maybe you know a bit of cold water in a

<<1363>> little

<<1364>> glass or something but then i would be a

<<1366>> really mean mom if we stick to oils i

<<1368>> think that's the safest for everybody in

<<1370>> the home

<<1372>> so ladies the children are back to

<<1374>> school or they're just going

<<1376>> what is that oil what is the blend that

<<1378>> you are sending them back to school with

<<1380>> this term

<<1382>> oh well i've actually sent mine off with

<<1384>> an on guard hand spray

<<1386>> in their pockets and a bottle of

<<1388>> stronger in their pencil cases

<<1390>> so that they can take a bit of control

<<1392>> for themselves during the day

<<1394>> um i hope they use it

<<1398>> it's nerves for my ones i would say so

<<1400>> steady blend is a beautiful blend

<<1403>> it's got magnolia it's like a really

<<1405>> strong magnolia smell and it just

<<1407>> might say it smells like sweets which

<<1410>> which is like anything that smells

<<1412>> really sweet they smell says smells like

<<1414>> sweets

<<1415>> so um stronger steady and

<<1419>> brave are the three that mine and they

<<1421>> choose them in the morning i say well

<<1423>> how do you want to feel today

<<1424>> and this is not just starting back at

<<1426>> school school can be daunting the whole

<<1428>> way through for some

<<1430>> you know for some little people and so

<<1433>> they decide

<<1434>> how do you need what do you need today

<<1436>> do you need to feel stronger do you need

<<1437>> to feel brave

<<1439>> and and yeah they just basically decide

<<1441>> which is so lovely because they sniff

<<1444>> them and decide i love it in the morning

<<1446>> yeah i think i think for myself

<<1448>> definitely

<<1450>> nick for sure he's gonna go back with a

<<1453>> hand sanitizing mist that is a given

<<1456>> like there's no um

<<1458>> doubt about that and i think probably if

<<1460>> i would allow him to choose

<<1462>> an oil right now to take with him i

<<1464>> think he would actually take the brave

<<1466>> blend with him

<<1467>> and he's really drawn to that one at the

<<1469>> moment um

<<1473>> i think he you know that whole courage

<<1477>> thing right it's such a strange

<<1478>> situation now returning they haven't

<<1480>> actually returned back to school where

<<1482>> we are they're gonna start

<<1483>> around the 20th they keep postponing it

<<1486>> um but just

<<1487>> everything that goes on in their little

<<1489>> heads you know like just

<<1491>> yeah that brave oil is going to be

<<1492>> fantastic for him

<<1495>> so there we have it this is my fabulous

<<1497>> group of ladies

<<1498>> who had hopefully help support the mums

<<1501>> and dads out there who have children

<<1504>> returning back to school this autumn

<<1506>> you may even have a child who's starting

<<1509>> school or nursery for the very first

<<1511>> time

<<1512>> so hopefully get your oil kit get your

<<1515>> supplements

<<1516>> and make sure you are prepared to

<<1519>> send your children off with the very

<<1521>> best that you can do from them

<<1523>> from doterra thank you for this

<<1526>> incredible panel

<<1527>> i hope you got a few new ideas from our

<<1529>> specialist moms

<<1530>> now an extra tip always remember that

<<1533>> dilution

<<1533>> is crucial when using essential oils

<<1536>> with kids

<<1537>> you can use fractionated coconut oil or

<<1540>> detached versions and the kids

<<1542>> collection we all of which are already

<<1544>> diluted
