**Aromatic use:**Place three to four drops of Cilantro essential oil in the diffuser of your choice.
**Internal Use:**Dilute one drop of Cilantro oil in four fluid ounces of liquid or take two drops in a Veggie Cap.
**Topical use:**Apply one to two drops of Cilantro essential oil to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
