<<33>> when i saw the pictures from the flood

<<35>> for the first time i was shocked i was

<<38>> frozen i didn't actually realize the

<<41>> impact or the urgency that it was really

<<44>> through the flood how many people are

<<47>> i particularly remember that one email i

<<50>> received it was from a

<<52>> wellness advocate in belgium a lady that

<<55>> had lost everything i've seen the

<<57>> pictures of her destroyed house and and

<<60>> the last picture she sent us was the

<<62>> picture of her son lying in a little

<<65>> basket and underneath it said

<<67>> at least i was

<<69>> able to

<<72>> save the most important thing in my life

<<74>> that i have which is my son

<<80>> had the idea to combine

<<82>> the wonderful oils the aromatouch hand

<<87>> doterra healing hands and to bring

<<89>> everything to together i think it was

<<91>> also important to show my team that we

<<94>> can do something doterra showed us

<<97>> instantly within hours or a day

<<100>> that we can help and luckily we were

<<102>> able to find small ngos that were

<<105>> helping on the ground in belgium in the

<<107>> netherlands and in germany so 100 of the

<<111>> funds really went there where we needed

<<118>> thinking about ngo that i know already

<<120>> he told me and said actually we have

<<122>> rented two big halls we have people from

<<124>> all over germany it was a fortune 600

<<128>> and then we transport them to the places

<<130>> where they help and we give them

<<132>> equipment and so on so on something

<<134>> additionally we did were our little

<<136>> parcels with drop of hope that we could

<<139>> send to people within with an oil some

<<141>> other things that they would put to good

<<143>> use so that they could feel that we as a

<<145>> doterra family and letting them down we

<<148>> know about their hardship and we're

<<150>> supporting them directly there should be

<<153>> this heart of deterrent and the love for

<<156>> people in the center of that so i was

<<158>> very grateful that we had that

<<160>> opportunity through doterra and

<<162>> helping touch in germany i want to thank

<<165>> all of you who purchased the rose oil

<<167>> hand lotion before july of this year

<<169>> because of your purchases we had 60 000

<<172>> euros ready to donate without having to

<<175>> wait for fundraiser first

<<179>> you contributed directly to those flood

<<181>> aid donations thanks to all of you who

<<184>> donated money to helping touch in less

<<187>> than just two weeks

<<189>> 18 000 euros were raised and with

<<191>> doterra europe matching that amount it

<<194>> became a total of 36 000 euros which

<<197>> goes a long way in the continued support

<<200>> of the flood relief efforts
