<<82>> on your back it can be in your bed it
<<84>> can be on your yoga mat it can even be
<<87>> on the living room floor just as long as
<<89>> you have something thing to cover your
<<90>> body so you don't get cold once your
<<92>> body enters the state Yoga Nidra is um
<<97>> basically the state between waking and
<<100>> sleeping so your body is or your mind is
<<103>> aware but your body is almost as if you
<<107>> are even in a deeper relaxation than
<<109>> sleeping so please lie down find a find
<<112>> a comfortable
<<115>> position and if ever you do already have
<<118>> this oil then please
<<120>> open the bottle if you don't you can
<<123>> grab an oil that you already love and
<<125>> that really helps you relax and then you
<<128>> can take one drop in your
<<130>> hand I also have it going in my diffuser

<<141>> eyes hold your hands before your face

<<635>> through and you immediately feel the
<<638>> cold wet grass on your
<<642>> feet and the sun shining from above and
<<647>> the warmth on your
<<650>> skin as you walk slowly a couple of
<<653>> steps
<<655>> further you see a
<<657>> giant air
<<659>> area wide and
<<662>> open beautiful flowers and nature
<<666>> surrounding
<<668>> you you he the birds in the sky
<<672>> singing there's a light War Breeze
<<676>> blowing on your
<<679>> skin and you feel all the sensations the
<<682>> cold and wet from the morning dew on the
<<685>> grass as you walk with your bare feet
<<689>> the sun and the warmth shining on your
<<693>> skin and as you look a little further
<<696>> you notice a
<<698>> beautiful giant tree in the
<<703>> distance as you walk slowly to this
<<708>> tree and once you get there you decide
<<712>> to sit
<<713>> down turn your back and lean your body
<<717>> on this giant state
<<720>> able tree
<<724>> trun the sun is no longer directly on
<<727>> you because the tree is protecting you
<<731>> giving you the shade that you
<<735>> need and as you lean back and close your
<<740>> eyes and you feel how your body
<<744>> relaxes even more
<<750>> bring your attention back to your
<<755>> breath and count down for
<<760>> yourself three deep
<<764>> breath inhale belly
<<769>> Rises your exhale your belly
<<774>> releases and as you take these next two
<<777>> deep breaths
<<780>> and feel how the vision of you on the
<<782>> tree
<<783>> slowly disappears and floats
<<787>> past like moving clouds on a warm summer
<<795>> day you slowly bring your attention back
<<797>> to your
<<798>> breath to your
<<801>> body and to the Earth beneath
<<807>> you before before you move you
<<811>> can just take
<<815>> note how
<<819>> calm and
<<824>> stable and relaxed you may
<<828>> feel you can slowly start to move your
<<832>> fingertips and your toes
<<839>> you can stretch out your arms you can
<<842>> yawn you can do whatever you need to
<<844>> come back to this
<<846>> moment maybe feel a s small smile on the
<<850>> corners of your
<<852>> lips and then roll over onto your side
<<856>> take a moment there with your knees
<<857>> close to your
<<863>> chest then please slowly come up to your
<<866>> seated position whenever you're ready
<<872>> and I invite you to do this
<<875>> relaxation especially with this
