Aromatic use: Place five to eight drops of Siberian Fir essential oil blend in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal Use: Dilute one drop of Siberian Fir essential oil in four fluid ounces of liquid.
Topical use: Dilute one drop of Siberian Fir oil in 10 or more drops of a carrier oil and apply to the desired area.
