Enhancements to Diamond Club

<<6>> My team and I look after Diamond Club,

<<8>> so I'm here today to talk you through

<<10>> some of the exciting changes coming to the program.

<<13>> The biggest news is that we are adding

<<16>> a whole new level to Diamond Club,

<<17>> offering more benefits, more rewards,

<<20>> and more bonuses when you meet the requirements.

<<23>> If you qualify in each month of the season,

<<25>> you could earn a total of €1,500 in bonuses,

<<30>> 300 product points, and a highly prized essential oil,

<<35>> 5 ml Rose in spring

<<37>> and 2.5 ml Jasmine in autumn.

<<40>> This is the first time we have made

<<42>> such a big upgrade to Europe Diamond Club in recent years,

<<46>> and we are thrilled to make it happen.

<<48>> Let me walk you through the changes.

<<50>> Level 2 of Diamond Club rewards those

<<53>> who are growing their reach

<<55>> and going above and beyond to build their business.

<<58>> Therefore, we have introduced out of area classes

<<62>> where the enrolment takes place 60 kilometers, or more,

<<67>> away from the participant's home address.

<<70>> Each month, participants must perform

<<73>> a minimum of four in-person classes in total,

<<76>> with at least two of those being out of area.

<<80>> Additionally, you must continue to meet

<<82>> a minimum number of enrolments throughout the season.

<<89>> To help you meet the requirements,

<<91>> we are now going to be giving you more time

<<93>> to log all your enrolments

<<95>> within the Diamond Club platform.

<<97>> Previously, you have had been given three working days

<<101>> but now you will have five working days

<<103>> to submit all the necessary information,

<<106>> meaning you have a greater flexibility

<<109>> as you grow your business.

<<111>> The current Diamond Club you know and love

<<114>> will remain largely unchanged,

<<116>> with just a small amendment to the bonus amounts being paid,

<<120>> and will be referred to as Level 1.

<<123>> Otherwise, participants can continue

<<126>> earning the bonuses for this Level 1

<<128>> or set their sights higher to achieve Level 2.

<<132>> Just bear in mind that you can't qualify for both levels,

<<136>> and once you are paid

<<138>> for either tier in any given month,

<<140>> you must maintain the relevant criteria

<<142>> to continue participating in that season.

<<145>> You can't change between levels.
