<<14>> lud Bato prod education manager for the

<<16>> Terra Europe and I'm pleased to be your

<<22>> a blue diamond based in Croatia and a

<<24>> social media Guru she built her business

<<27>> using social media and now teaches

<<29>> others how to do the same on top of that

<<32>> she's a mom of Two and a prolific

<<39>> traveler hia welcome to the this you

<<42>> podcast it's such a joy and pleasure to

<<44>> have you so thank you thank you for the

<<47>> invitation so era can you please tell us

<<50>> a little bit about yourself and you know

<<53>> people who might follow you on Instagram

<<54>> know that you run this incredible uh

<<58>> business but maybe people don't know you

<<59>> and who you are so I think it'd be great

<<61>> if you could start uh introducing

<<63>> yourself please so um hello everybody uh

<<67>> my name is Erica and I am living in

<<70>> Croatia I have two children they are six

<<73>> and eight years old and uh I'm

<<76>> originally from Slovakia and uh I am

<<80>> doing my business or I am running my

<<83>> business uh completely online um so uh

<<88>> yeah I started uh

<<90>> with uh with uh parenting uh topics uh

<<94>> on my Instagram it was the it was the

<<97>> beginning and I uh it was no intention

<<101>> to to work witha uh it came uh By the

<<106>> time and

<<108>> uh actually uh I was not expecting it uh

<<112>> the whole business uh I started or the

<<116>> Instagram was int the intention was uh

<<119>> to

<<120>> to work with it but I didn't know how it

<<123>> will go and the DOA came later yeah so I

<<127>> um been stoking yourself in the best

<<129>> possible way I

<<131>> promise a little bit on Instagram and I

<<134>> see you live a Al that I mean it looks

<<137>> like a dream you get to travel along you

<<139>> get to spend time with your family while

<<141>> doing your da business so how do you

<<144>> balance

<<146>> everything good question it maybe looks

<<149>> like sometimes on Instagram it's perfect

<<151>> but uh I live completely normal life

<<154>> like uh every other mother with all the

<<157>> duties and uh hard times so uh yeah um

<<164>> actually the balance uh is the thing

<<166>> what I'm still looking

<<169>> for uh it's coming also with the time

<<173>> but uh yeah we we love traveling also

<<176>> before before DOA so DOA was like a

<<180>> puzzle in our lifestyle and uh uh now

<<184>> with the all the free time what I have

<<187>> like free time uh I mean I don't need to

<<191>> sit uh in some office but I can I am

<<194>> free to do what I want so uh with this I

<<198>> I'm really like uh uh like free to to

<<203>> travel also with children uh the first

<<206>> one is in the school since uh last year

<<209>> but uh fortunately we have good school

<<212>> that we can take some uh free time with

<<215>> her and uh go around so uh last year was

<<219>> really full with all the trips uh what

<<222>> we won witha it was the incentive trips

<<225>> in uh us it was in Ireland so uh we just

<<230>> wanted to take us with them so they see

<<233>> uh where we are working or where I am

<<236>> working and uh there are for me is still

<<240>> small and I don't want to leave them

<<242>> alone so uh this was for us priority and

<<246>> I'm so happy that I can do it with DOA

<<250>> and uh when he was asking about the

<<253>> balance uh at the beginning it was not

<<256>> it was not uh easy when uh uh like 3

<<260>> years three and a half years ago it was

<<262>> June uh

<<264>> 2021 and uh I was sharing all the

<<267>> parental topics uh which was uh at that

<<270>> time and still it is uh my passion but

<<274>> after some times I uh I was feeling like

<<277>> burnout because I got a lot of question

<<280>> I was not like earning with it uh it was

<<283>> more like my hobby I couldn't find

<<285>> myself like how can I do this and uh I

<<289>> was already using dotera one and a half

<<292>> year and I just uh I was thinking so

<<295>> let's try let's try uh if my audience

<<298>> would accept it

<<300>> uh I really loved it and I started to

<<302>> share the oils and uh the first two oils

<<306>> what I started to share and it's still

<<308>> like in my mind was stronger and

<<311>> balanced stronger is absolutely Divine

<<314>> is one of my favorite I of it yeah uh it

<<317>> was like two oils one for the children

<<319>> immunity and second one for mothers to

<<322>> say like uh peaceful and calm and

<<325>> everything and I learned everything

<<328>> about these two oils

<<330>> and uh the mothers they already had the

<<334>> they trusted me like because they saw me

<<336>> already I don't know it was like two

<<338>> years they were following me and uh they

<<342>> started to buy they started to join and

<<344>> I was like wow this is really working

<<347>> and yeah then um then I hit the one rank

<<351>> second Rank and I started to like it so

<<355>> I uh then I find out I uh I need some

<<358>> Builders so I I I was looking for uh

<<361>> some other builders but uh we will

<<364>> continue this uh this later but uh I

<<367>> want to just uh say one thing to the

<<369>> balance uh after some time I really uh

<<373>> knew or I find out that uh I need some

<<376>> free uh free time or time without uh

<<379>> without work and I'm really strict with

<<382>> it uh now I have the weekends for my

<<385>> family Saturday and Sunday and uh also

<<390>> when the when I

<<392>> am taxi driving my children to all the

<<395>> activities I am there with them so uh I

<<399>> have sometimes uh when I have to work

<<401>> they know it or it is in the evening but

<<405>> uh sometimes to handle it is not really

<<408>> easy uh but for example when there are

<<411>> some tough uh months for us it's autum

<<416>> because there are all the children uh

<<418>> children IM and sickness coming uh my

<<422>> husband knows that uh now uh there is

<<425>> more time for the work and less time for

<<427>> the family but uh we always try to

<<430>> balance it on the weekends or some I

<<433>> don't know during some holidays or

<<435>> something like that so do you actually

<<437>> schedule time of work like for yourself

<<440>> or for your family do you put it in your

<<442>> calendar I uh now I realized I was uh

<<446>> listening to some wise men and he was he

<<449>> was was telling that uh the Successful

<<452>> People needs to organize free time not

<<455>> like what they have to do but they have

<<457>> to organize their free time so I was

<<459>> like okay this I need to do more for uh

<<463>> for my patient for for my things what

<<466>> for my activities what I like like not

<<469>> the work but for me is also the work the

<<472>> passion so it's very hard to find the um

<<478>> uh yeah the the line

<<480>> very love yeah I can imagine because

<<483>> when you do something that you love and

<<484>> you're so passionate about it it must be

<<486>> really hard to be good enough with your

<<489>> boundaries and saying you know where

<<492>> what to draw the line as as you said so

<<495>> um yeah I'm intrigued and we'll we'll go

<<496>> more into that um but before we uh we go

<<500>> into that part of your story can you

<<503>> please tell us how you started with DOA

<<505>> and when you went from just sharing the

<<508>> oils sharing the product

<<510>> to actually realizing that you wanted to

<<512>> do this as a

<<513>> business yeah I join um in

<<519>> 20 19 yeah it was my uh younger son was

<<523>> one year old and I was really looking

<<526>> forward looking for something uh uh that

<<530>> is uh that is like more natural

<<534>> non-toxic I didn't want that the

<<536>> medicine is uh my uh First Option when

<<539>> they are n sick so I was also really

<<542>> into non-toxic lifestyle and everything

<<545>> uh

<<546>> washing uh and cleaning and this was one

<<549>> of the puzzle into my into my lifestyle

<<552>> and I was like wow I want this and I was

<<555>> like trying diffusing and uh mixing my

<<560>> Rons and everything but uh I already had

<<563>> my Instagram and uh this was the way

<<566>> that uh I was already sharing it a

<<569>> little but not really like for my work

<<573>> but then when uh when came this my

<<575>> little burnout uh then I I was like okay

<<579>> now I will try and I will combine it so

<<583>> they but I can tell you that uh there

<<586>> was also

<<587>> some I don't want to say like haters but

<<591>> uh some people did say that oh yeah

<<594>> she's now teleshopping it's not what it

<<596>> was so it was quite also hard for me to

<<600>> to come through this uh this uh sayings

<<604>> or or uh thoughts about these people but

<<608>> it's also the personal grow what you

<<610>> need to do when you start to do

<<612>> something what you love it's not always

<<614>> easy yeah so how did you if I can ask

<<617>> how did you handle those negative

<<619>> comments and um U those haters quote

<<623>> unquote uh at that time I didn't have a

<<626>> a coach so uh it was really on on myself

<<630>> I how I work with this I uh try to speak

<<634>> with my with my friends and tell about

<<637>> it and uh uh in the in the past I was uh

<<641>> searching for the confirmation that I am

<<643>> good enough for uh for the external uh

<<646>> people now I know uh what is it so at

<<650>> this time I know how to work for example

<<652>> with ideal client and I know what is my

<<656>> ideal client and this is not and all the

<<660>> haters or all these negative comments uh

<<664>> you can use also for your business it's

<<666>> the thing where uh they can point you

<<668>> what you are good at it's not only this

<<670>> one but when they criticize something at

<<673>> you uh you can uh take it and see where

<<677>> where where it is your strength uh and

<<680>> your business and the other thing when

<<682>> it's coming you know for um exactly like

<<685>> for

<<686>> DOA um uh I don't know the oils are too

<<691>> expensive for example or uh yeah that I

<<696>> don't know about multi-level marketing

<<698>> and like that you I a common one I can

<<701>> use it uh to explain it in my Reals in

<<703>> my stories so you can turn it into

<<706>> selling stories actually so this is the

<<708>> way I am working with it right now I I

<<711>> am looking for it every negative comment

<<713>> that comes now it's the other other way

<<717>> around but the the online line word can

<<720>> be such a like raw vulnerable place

<<722>> where to put yourself um because again

<<725>> you're so open to receiving his feedback

<<728>> so I guess it's a learning process even

<<731>> today it depends for me it's uh online

<<734>> space very safe because uh for me uh

<<739>> when I am offline I feel bare vulnerable

<<742>> when I am directly with the person

<<744>> that's so interesting because you can

<<746>> like turn off where you want you can

<<748>> delete it in the real life is not so

<<751>> easy or you can uh you can use it to to

<<754>> this uh selling stories or something you

<<757>> know but in real life you can be shocked

<<759>> so for me uh it's really uh more easy to

<<764>> to to work online yeah so when was the

<<769>> moment that you thought aha I want to do

<<771>> this as a business and how did you

<<775>> transition from maybe I don't know

<<777>> inperson classes to fully online uh I

<<781>> never do a one in person class but I can

<<786>> tell uh you why because I'm in Croatia

<<790>> uh I forgot to mention and I'm working

<<792>> with Slovakian and Czech audience so uh

<<796>> I cannot do it uh offline because I am

<<799>> with my children uh in Croatia and it

<<803>> would be very difficult for me to to

<<805>> travel all the time so that's why I I

<<809>> did my first class when I was diamond oh

<<813>> wow yeah and I this must be shocking for

<<816>> our audience I have to say that ER I I

<<819>> uh wanted to try it I was really in

<<821>> stress uh because this is my comfort

<<824>> zone uh online online space is my

<<826>> comfort zone like live streamings and

<<829>> reals and talking on stories what other

<<831>> people have problems so uh there was no

<<835>> transition and now when I am also

<<837>> thinking to grow the business

<<839>> uh in

<<840>> Croatia uh this would be a challenge for

<<844>> me to do it like offline yeah but uh

<<848>> it's also one step to grow and uh to you

<<852>> can um experience something else so was

<<855>> there a moment in your career in your

<<858>> life when you kind of realized that

<<860>> social media could be a very powerful

<<862>> tool or it was just a natural um sort of

<<865>> transition for you for me it was natural

<<868>> and uh

<<870>> I um when I I need to be sincere and say

<<874>> that I know that a lot of uh offline

<<877>> contacts are maybe stronger than the

<<880>> online uh I can see it also at my girls

<<884>> or when I have some front lines which

<<886>> are my friends it's completely something

<<889>> different uh and it's uh taking time

<<892>> online uh when you need to build a trust

<<896>> uh with the people and uh you have to

<<899>> learn to be very authentic that they now

<<902>> in this time is uh is is what the people

<<905>> are searching for the

<<907>> authenticity so uh in the real time you

<<910>> can have like stronger connections but

<<913>> uh uh in a online space you can find

<<916>> more people because people are there

<<919>> people are uh at home and scrolling and

<<923>> you can find people in the whole

<<925>> Slovakia in the whole Czech Republic but

<<927>> also the Slovakian checks in the whole

<<929>> world so I think you can uh also you can

<<934>> really like uh uh influence and uh have

<<940>> more people online than uh than offline

<<943>> I love the fact that you use the word

<<945>> authenticity because it was only a few

<<948>> months ago when I was exactly in this

<<950>> place in this room and I was recording a

<<952>> podcast with um Oliver and Angela kisten

<<955>> and they were speaking about um

<<957>> authenticity and how important it is to

<<960>> be authentic not trying to be somebody

<<963>> else like take inspiration from leaders

<<966>> from mentors yes absolutely but yeah

<<969>> authenticity is a big thing it's it's

<<971>> very hard because uh when we grew up uh

<<976>> we were always trying to take some masks

<<980>> uh or we were trying to put on on us the

<<982>> masks what we uh was thinking that we

<<985>> have to be like from from the parents uh

<<988>> we need to behave us like like this like

<<991>> this and then you completely when you

<<993>> come to some uh point you realize you

<<997>> don't know what uh who you are and uh

<<1000>> when it's good when you realize it that

<<1003>> uh you are starting to search for

<<1005>> yourself and with for me it started with

<<1007>> the Tera this uh this uh this process

<<1011>> and uh ring like uh myself and uh

<<1015>> putting off The Masks because I start I

<<1018>> when I came came to the point uh I don't

<<1021>> know it was gold position or

<<1023>> platinum uh and you have some team under

<<1027>> yourself you see that uh they want

<<1030>> something from you and uh uh you need to

<<1033>> develop yourself that you can give them

<<1037>> yeah and then I started to search for

<<1039>> some uh coaching programs for some coach

<<1043>> and uh yeah then it starts and I I came

<<1046>> to this and she's really really good

<<1049>> uh because uh that's her work to to find

<<1053>> the authentic me and uh to be uh like me

<<1058>> also on social media what maybe on on

<<1061>> the beginning beginning I wasn't so were

<<1063>> there any strategies in your business um

<<1066>> you know on how to draw people in uh how

<<1070>> to attract people just from the online

<<1073>> word yeah uh at the beginning no I was

<<1078>> like I was like sharing what I uh what I

<<1082>> thought that it was important to share

<<1084>> about children but uh now I am doing it

<<1087>> more consciously I now I knew that uh

<<1091>> who is my ideal Cent client as I

<<1094>> mentioned you that uh uh today on um in

<<1098>> these days uh in social media you really

<<1102>> need to know who is the the the small

<<1104>> audience you have to speak to this ideal

<<1107>> client uh to his pain points what uh

<<1111>> what is he living through the life and

<<1114>> uh what is hard for him and when you are

<<1117>> speaking about this then uh he will they

<<1120>> will find you and it can it uh don't

<<1123>> need to be exact the person but also the

<<1126>> other person that they see in you the

<<1129>> authenticity and you you are really uh

<<1133>> they see that you know what are you

<<1134>> speaking about you know your value and

<<1138>> they see that you are uh secure in

<<1141>> yourself it's what is

<<1144>> uh uh like attracting them to come to

<<1148>> you because they they want to be in your

<<1150>> environment and in your community yeah

<<1154>> and learn from you and obviously you

<<1156>> sound so experienced and well traveled

<<1159>> in this word on on this online word so

<<1163>> what would be your advice maybe for

<<1165>> people who are starting um you know

<<1167>> approaching to the social media world

<<1169>> and maybe they want to transition more

<<1171>> to that towards that instead of uh in

<<1173>> person

<<1174>> classes yeah uh the first thing I would

<<1177>> recommend uh to find some expert uh to

<<1182>> to buy some online course or something

<<1184>> like that really uh who will tell them

<<1187>> how the reals for example is working and

<<1189>> the algorithm so they can really grow

<<1192>> fast and you can still do it with the

<<1194>> reals uh in these days uh when you have

<<1197>> the controver

<<1199>> topics you have to first find yourself

<<1201>> what you want to share it's not you

<<1204>> don't uh you cannot be the doter catalog

<<1207>> it's what the people don't like uh maybe

<<1210>> the first step uh look on the people who

<<1213>> are working with DOA and are successful

<<1216>> online uh how they are doing this and

<<1219>> you will see that they are not selling

<<1221>> DOA products they are selling emotions

<<1223>> and they are selling uh

<<1226>> the conclusion of you know the the

<<1230>> result the result uh and they are

<<1233>> speaking about the pain point so this is

<<1235>> the thing you have to find your topic

<<1238>> and what you want to share not only daa

<<1240>> but uh I don't know to take some other

<<1243>> topic like parenting or Cosmetics or

<<1246>> sports or uh I don't know what non-toxic

<<1250>> uh cleaning and uh what do you love what

<<1253>> do you like and then uh really uh look

<<1258>> forward some expert to see which reals

<<1261>> are working and uh then Define your idle

<<1265>> client and speak to him and be authentic

<<1268>> be yourself uh because this is what are

<<1271>> really people now looking for and what I

<<1274>> was uh like seeing the the trends there

<<1279>> are many AI coming uh AI also real and

<<1283>> everything and uh now I am for example

<<1287>> showing my boundary and everything so

<<1289>> the people know that I am the real

<<1291>> person and they are really appreciating

<<1293>> this these uh usual things uh what what

<<1298>> we are all all of us uh all of us living

<<1301>> can you maybe share um a few moments or

<<1304>> a few things that have worked for you in

<<1306>> the past in terms of business I don't

<<1309>> know if you worked with um a coach or

<<1312>> somebody and that helped you yeah what

<<1315>> what helped me uh was uh

<<1319>> yeah working with coach and I took a lot

<<1322>> of courses also for the Instagram uh or

<<1327>> Cana or something like this and I'm

<<1330>> doing this now also with my Builders and

<<1332>> this is also the one thing uh like

<<1335>> mother that uh I am admitting that I

<<1339>> cannot do everything by myself and uh

<<1342>> that's why I'm am out Outsourcing a lot

<<1345>> uh from outside uh some people so also

<<1348>> the abundance can flow uh between us so

<<1352>> uh also the investing is one of the uh

<<1355>> biggest Topic in uh in um interpreter

<<1359>> ring so uh I just found somebody uh who

<<1364>> is really good and expert in his topic

<<1367>> for example for social media and they

<<1369>> are doing education for my team or I

<<1372>> said uh I I uh booked my coach for six

<<1376>> weeks Pro program and they are defining

<<1379>> the ideal client for example with them

<<1382>> with with her or uh now I book somebody

<<1385>> for online selling doing the education

<<1389>> for online selling and you really uh

<<1391>> don't need to do everything by yourself

<<1393>> because for example me I'm working alone

<<1396>> without my

<<1397>> husband uh actually he's doing my

<<1402>> accountancy it's a big it's a big part

<<1406>> for me uh but uh everything else he's

<<1409>> he's has his job and I'm doing this and

<<1412>> I uh really at this position what I am

<<1415>> now I cannot do everything alone so

<<1418>> don't don't don't be afraid to ask

<<1421>> somebody to help and sometimes it's also

<<1424>> good when you hire somebody that the

<<1426>> people are not only listening to you uh

<<1430>> it's not everything about you and uh

<<1433>> they see that also the other people are

<<1435>> doing like this because what I uh saw in

<<1438>> my team sometimes there is the mama

<<1440>> syndrome you know tell us about what is

<<1444>> the mama syndome what is the mama you uh

<<1448>> yeah telling this that uh uh when they

<<1451>> are listening always to me to me to me

<<1454>> they're not hearing anymore so somebody

<<1456>> else have to say it so they hear it with

<<1459>> other words and uh because in this

<<1461>> scenario you are huh in this scenario

<<1464>> you are the mama so they're not

<<1466>> listening to you anymore uh some of them

<<1469>> some of them yeah not everybody yeah

<<1471>> they like teenagers so they don't listen

<<1473>> to you yeah all of them just

<<1477>> kidding

<<1479>> yeah no but that's beautiful um so how

<<1482>> do you how do you manage your team or

<<1485>> how do you handle you know obviously you

<<1487>> said you live remotely you don't live in

<<1489>> the country you're originally from so

<<1491>> how do you handle your network and what

<<1494>> sort of support uh net have you created

<<1498>> for your team yeah we are using mostly

<<1501>> telegram uh to communicate uh because it

<<1505>> was also one of our uh strategy that

<<1509>> don't have everything on metaverse uh

<<1512>> like to be

<<1514>> safe uh so uh we are on Telegram and uh

<<1518>> it's all the day like when I have time

<<1520>> we are voicemail it is the the main um

<<1524>> uh the main thing what we are using and

<<1527>> also Zoom calls uh it's very popular and

<<1532>> uh and this tegram but uh I have to say

<<1535>> that I'm really uh present for them when

<<1538>> they need something I I try to uh to

<<1542>> answer if it is something easy in one

<<1544>> day or in one hour when it is something

<<1547>> bigger we uh arrange some Zoom call so

<<1551>> uh this is the way how how we are

<<1553>> communicating communicating yeah and

<<1556>> when uh I don't know but I'm guessing

<<1559>> you have a lot of mothers in your team

<<1561>> so how do you um how do you teach them

<<1565>> you know how to build this support

<<1567>> network between

<<1569>> yourselves is uh the one thing that I'm

<<1572>> just communicating with them uh a lot we

<<1574>> have uh monthly like together Zoom calls

<<1578>> uh I did some education on fa one

<<1581>> Facebook group uh for

<<1584>> everybody and uh uh yeah I'm doing also

<<1588>> some focus groups uh in telegram like

<<1591>> for uh uh for some ranks or uh for the

<<1595>> new uh Builders there I have some

<<1598>> education like three months what they

<<1600>> need to do from the beginning so this is

<<1603>> the this is the thing but I'm still

<<1605>> working on it I have to tell you that uh

<<1608>> it's a challenge for me to to build some

<<1611>> bigger

<<1612>> system uh because uh because of the time

<<1616>> with children they also don't have so

<<1619>> much time so also when we are meeting we

<<1621>> are meeting in the evenings at 9:00 when

<<1625>> the children are sleeping so so it's

<<1628>> like that yeah but mostly I try to uh in

<<1632>> this time uh be in contact with them uh

<<1635>> one to one or in these small groups and

<<1638>> learn uh the front lines and big leaders

<<1641>> to do this uh with uh with their leaders

<<1644>> so I try really to uh to duplicate uh to

<<1648>> work what we did yeah and use also the

<<1651>> external uh education what we have in

<<1654>> DOA or from other other leaders right

<<1657>> now because uh I still don't have like

<<1660>> the the idol system for them so what do

<<1663>> you see as the biggest uh advantages in

<<1667>> building primarily an online business

<<1670>> compared to you know the um inperson

<<1674>> way uh first I will say that uh maybe it

<<1678>> looks like that uh it needs uh less time

<<1681>> but for me definitely because when I

<<1683>> have

<<1684>> children uh I would need to organize

<<1688>> really well uh where I should put them

<<1690>> because we don't have now grandmothers

<<1693>> here so I I really don't have somebody

<<1696>> where I can put

<<1697>> them so for me it would be very

<<1700>> complicated with children to organize

<<1702>> myself for uh for offline U

<<1706>> meetings uh and

<<1708>> uh the other thing is that you have to

<<1711>> also like come there bring everything

<<1714>> there to arrange it uh find people also

<<1717>> it's mostly online you can find the

<<1720>> people you know like when you invite

<<1722>> when you are inviting uh for me uh the

<<1725>> audience is online so I know that I

<<1727>> would also need to build some Community

<<1731>> online so I can I could invite the

<<1733>> people here because I don't know so many

<<1735>> people here we moved here like 8 years

<<1737>> ago go and uh most of the time I was

<<1741>> with children at the beginning I have

<<1743>> not so many friends I'm not from here so

<<1747>> uh for me it would be very very

<<1749>> complicated and uh online uh you really

<<1752>> have your the whole world world what you

<<1754>> can um spread your work and share yeah

<<1759>> that's such a beautiful view um yeah I

<<1761>> really like

<<1762>> that um can I ask you something um and

<<1767>> let's see let's try to um like drill

<<1770>> down what uh day with Erica looks like

<<1774>> so can you please um walk me through

<<1776>> your daily routine and I know that you

<<1779>> don't live the same day twice and every

<<1781>> day is very different but just for a

<<1783>> little inspiration maybe to share with

<<1785>> um with our

<<1787>> audience okay uh so I will uh choose the

<<1792>> the working day uh in the morning I uh

<<1795>> wake up uh I try to wake up early but

<<1798>> it's still challenge for me to have uh

<<1801>> more time for myself but it's uh it's in

<<1803>> the future I want it and uh I prepare

<<1807>> children uh for uh for the uh one for

<<1811>> the school and another he has uh the the

<<1816>> play room so he we are I'm driving him

<<1819>> uh there and uh then I come home and

<<1823>> have some Zoom call for example or I'm

<<1826>> working uh with something well I have to

<<1829>> something prepare or uh uh preparing

<<1832>> some re then I have them U uh take from

<<1836>> the school uh cook something and uh yeah

<<1840>> then again one Zoom call uh with uh with

<<1844>> new customers uh I'm doing this really

<<1847>> like regularly uh with new customers and

<<1851>> then they have some activities so I have

<<1853>> to again drive them and uh during that

<<1856>> time I'm uh like uh uh doing some story

<<1861>> on uh on um on Instagram and voicemail

<<1865>> or listening to some podcast or

<<1867>> something so it's mostly I am on the way

<<1870>> the whole day and in the evening uh I

<<1873>> try to tell to my husband if he can uh

<<1877>> give them the the supper and uh take

<<1880>> them to to sleep sometimes I go with

<<1883>> them sometimes not but uh mostly he uh

<<1886>> he's going with the because I I need to

<<1889>> work in the evenings when I have like

<<1891>> really calm uh and

<<1894>> peace and to to focus on it yeah nice

<<1898>> thank you so the evening is your moment

<<1900>> to focus on the business mostly but I

<<1903>> want also change this when uh the

<<1905>> younger one is going to school uh next

<<1908>> year so it will be more easy for me but

<<1912>> now I I'm really like on the way and

<<1914>> voic mailing so we spoke about the

<<1916>> advantages of building an online

<<1918>> business what are the the downsides um

<<1922>> you know the Less Pleasant side of

<<1925>> building a business primarily online uh

<<1929>> you know I I when for me I really love

<<1933>> it so I I don't see a lot of uh

<<1936>> downsides to be

<<1938>> honest uh but when I went offline for

<<1941>> example for three or two uh more days

<<1946>> it's not so often but I also need uh

<<1948>> this sometimes I'm always uh on

<<1951>> Saturdays I'm offline and uh sometimes

<<1954>> is very uh very difficult to start a

<<1958>> game because yeah can imagine yeah I got

<<1962>> really used to to not do anything so I

<<1966>> really need to be in it uh all the time

<<1969>> because uh then I'm lazy really lazy to

<<1972>> start for example now in uh in autonom I

<<1976>> was not really doing doing a lot of

<<1979>> reals like this kind of content and uh I

<<1983>> also took off on January I was still uh

<<1986>> present on stories and live streams but

<<1990>> uh I was uh like really I hit the blue

<<1994>> diamond on uh October yeah thank you in

<<1998>> October and I was a little bit tired so

<<2001>> I I wanted to take off and not working

<<2004>> and it's okay I I also uh spoke with the

<<2008>> specialist on Instagram if it is okay

<<2010>> when I'm not doing now this it's

<<2012>> completely okay because you you were

<<2015>> working on reals and gaining your uh

<<2018>> audience from I don't know April to uh

<<2021>> August and it came like 5,000 followers

<<2025>> yeah and then I was working with them

<<2027>> you know to uh like selling now yeah

<<2031>> because the Kinder Garten game back to

<<2033>> school and everything on this and then I

<<2035>> was selling more in stories yeah so you

<<2040>> really uh like in other work you have to

<<2043>> be organized of course yeah so could you

<<2046>> see like um or I guess the question is

<<2049>> did you lose followers in those moments

<<2051>> where you were not Super Active

<<2055>> online uh not really but uh it was not

<<2059>> growing you know there still like uh I I

<<2064>> am on the same number but they there are

<<2067>> still going away they are unfollowing

<<2070>> but they are still following so I was

<<2072>> not

<<2073>> growing uh but yet the people are still

<<2076>> when you it's always when you share

<<2078>> something that some people doesn't like

<<2081>> they are going away but it's also the

<<2083>> one thing that uh it means that your

<<2085>> profile is uh alive when the people are

<<2088>> coming and uh going because uh it's is

<<2091>> normal the fluctuation of the people

<<2094>> okay that's super interesting for a

<<2096>> newbie uh and myself included I would be

<<2100>> potentially scared from you know losing

<<2102>> followers or seeing that my profile has

<<2105>> lost it's Sparkle it's shine you know

<<2108>> what I mean you yeah you need to be

<<2110>> aware of it's not about you you know

<<2112>> this is the thing that uh it's not your

<<2114>> value or they are not leaving you like a

<<2118>> person you are still good enough uh to

<<2121>> share to the other people's to your

<<2123>> ideal client you have to know that this

<<2126>> was maybe your not your uh target

<<2129>> audience this was not your ideal client

<<2132>> who wants to see your progress to want

<<2135>> to see how what you are doing what you

<<2138>> are sharing they don't want it they want

<<2139>> something else yeah and uh it's your

<<2142>> work to accept it that uh it's not about

<<2145>> you it's about them and it's

<<2148>> okay this sounds like a beautiful um

<<2152>> like journey through self-discovery

<<2154>> really yeah and I have to tell you that

<<2157>> uh for for example you also don't need

<<2158>> to have a lot of followers to earn good

<<2162>> like have a good salary uh because there

<<2165>> are also people and I have some girls

<<2168>> who started with 300 people uh they

<<2172>> learned how to do the reals for example

<<2175>> they have now 2,000 and they are

<<2177>> Platinum so you really don't need to and

<<2181>> she's almost C 95% online so uh she Li

<<2188>> likes also to connect and she's near

<<2190>> Slovakia and everything but mostly we

<<2194>> are all of my team is online but uh you

<<2198>> can also do a lot of things uh with few

<<2201>> people who are really like uh into your

<<2204>> topic and you can sell them and uh

<<2207>> communicate with them and uh

<<2210>> to uh inspirate them to be on lrp and uh

<<2214>> using the product so so yeah you don't

<<2218>> need a lot of people to be successful

<<2220>> and this again reminds me of a sense of

<<2223>> community so I guess my next question is

<<2226>> how important is um you know to have a

<<2229>> community and what role does it play in

<<2232>> the online world the big

<<2235>> biggest it's what we are building

<<2238>> actually your audience is your community

<<2241>> and uh I was uh listening to some

<<2245>> webinar uh in January and he said that

<<2249>> uh in the trend in

<<2252>> 2025 is the community the people don't

<<2256>> believe anymore in some influencers or

<<2259>> these things and they are searching for

<<2262>> the community you know you there are

<<2264>> some memberships and these things and uh

<<2268>> online what you can also buy uh and uh

<<2272>> what is the quite a big epidemy in this

<<2275>> word is uh the loneliness he said and

<<2278>> there is also one Ministry of loneliness

<<2282>> uh in Japan I think now that there is a

<<2285>> lot of uh suicides and these things that

<<2288>> people are dying alone so the people are

<<2291>> really looking these days for the

<<2294>> community and this is what we are uh

<<2296>> offering we have the Big Tool in our

<<2298>> hands uh we have also uh our community

<<2302>> what has in some name and this is the

<<2305>> thing what we are offering also so uh to

<<2308>> our clients we are telling them that we

<<2311>> are not like only uh selling the the

<<2314>> bottles but we are selling the education

<<2317>> we are selling the uh the Comm Community

<<2320>> the support and everything you have the

<<2323>> informations there so we are not like

<<2325>> only selling the oils but uh uh there is

<<2330>> the the community inside but you know uh

<<2333>> it's sometimes it's very hard to sell it

<<2335>> because people cannot imagine it until

<<2338>> they are there and then they are really

<<2342>> like aware of it what is it but at the

<<2345>> beginning they're like oh blah blah blah

<<2347>> blah blah blah blah but uh uh what is

<<2350>> the other thing very important is the

<<2352>> recommendations a lot of people are

<<2355>> coming uh because they are very uh happy

<<2358>> to be in this community and that they

<<2360>> have support they have answers they have

<<2362>> protocols how to use the the children um

<<2366>> children oils and their

<<2367>> so they are coming uh through the

<<2370>> recommendations so yeah did you have any

<<2374>> mentors or role model that you looked up

<<2377>> to uh while you were building a

<<2379>> business uh Role Models I have some some

<<2383>> leaders what I'm like watching uh in in

<<2387>> us uh they were for me like uh some some

<<2393>> like

<<2394>> inspirative uh but in now in these days

<<2398>> uh is the is my coach she's really like

<<2402>> uh teaching me uh so much that uh that

<<2406>> uh is very inspiring for me and I can

<<2410>> work on myself and

<<2412>> she's she's uh not so good to you you

<<2416>> know she can tell you also the bad

<<2418>> things but uh it's like sllep to you and

<<2422>> then you have to wake up and uh then you

<<2425>> really like uh can walk uh again so this

<<2430>> is the the first thing and uh I am also

<<2435>> um following some Germans Claudia Bruna

<<2439>> danila holon uh so they are for me a big

<<2443>> inspiration in online world yeah we

<<2445>> cannot be on a those are podcast and not

<<2448>> speak about oils and I know we have a

<<2450>> little bit so question number one is

<<2453>> what are your top three favorite oils

<<2456>> that you you never leave the house

<<2458>> without I have uh now one uh small bag I

<<2461>> have always

<<2463>> lavender uh and um lavender balance and

<<2468>> super mint there yeah I have more but

<<2471>> this is like what I Superman bidet like

<<2475>> uh yeah uh to have the fresh uh fresh

<<2479>> air and uh I was thinking you asked me

<<2482>> what is the oil I would take to the to

<<2485>> the island

<<2488>> oh that that can be yes absolutely yeah

<<2491>> this was uh the rose is for me like the

<<2494>> the one U biggest and strongest uh

<<2497>> strongest oil who can deal with

<<2499>> bacterias who can be also perfume and

<<2502>> you can use it for everything yeah to to

<<2505>> heal yourself and also your heart so uh

<<2509>> but yeah this this the balance is still

<<2512>> from the beginning my number one and uh

<<2515>> the story with lavender is uh it's very

<<2518>> uh interesting because I hated lavender

<<2521>> on the beginning yeah because I think

<<2525>> the the reason was that there is so much

<<2527>> synthetic uh lavender on the uh

<<2532>> outside uh everywhere like in the some G

<<2537>> like for washing and in soaps and

<<2540>> everywhere and uh maybe I was uh

<<2544>> allergic or something like that to the

<<2546>> synthetics fr

<<2548>> and so then when I had it I didn't want

<<2550>> to use it but after some

<<2553>> times uh after some time I was like it's

<<2557>> not bad I was righty and now I was

<<2561>> really like I am the whole day I maybe

<<2564>> in one one two weeks I have to fill it

<<2566>> up because I really love it I can really

<<2570>> B but have a b with with it nice yeah

<<2574>> and then I and then I find out it's a

<<2577>> really uh in um in medicine it started

<<2581>> to be uh really a big healer also for

<<2585>> for the people with mental issues that

<<2588>> you can they are using it uh legally now

<<2593>> also the lavender and it has no side

<<2595>> effects so it's I think it it's a very

<<2598>> big future

<<2600>> lavender very powerful

<<2603>> yeah okay um one last question for you

<<2607>> you Era is how would you describe

<<2610>> yourself in one

<<2612>> [Laughter]

<<2614>> word I have to tell you I tried to

<<2617>> yesterday I had a question I put it in J

<<2623>> GPT I was like online online think canot

<<2626>> save you here we want to hear authentic

<<2629>> answer authentic answer was uh yeah the

<<2632>> GPT said passionate I was like really

<<2635>> because I Music in You Love also for my

<<2638>> business and then my husband was here

<<2641>> and he said uh perfect and I was like

<<2644>> okay but for me I was like the first

<<2648>> world world uh what I I was thinking was

<<2651>> the strategy because I love the strategy

<<2653>> for

<<2654>> everything uh but uh when I can add

<<2657>> something is the authentic like uh

<<2660>> authen strategic uh authenticity or

<<2663>> something like that because uh yeah this

<<2666>> is the the thing what I'm living now the

<<2669>> world and what

<<2671>> I uh also learn my girls to to be Erica

<<2676>> I think we have covered everything that

<<2678>> we wanted to cover is there any last

<<2681>> minute Golden Nugget that we should

<<2683>> share with our

<<2685>> audience

<<2687>> wow golden nuggets uh in my mind is

<<2690>> always the world mission what we are

<<2693>> doing with our uh work so so uh this is

<<2698>> the this is the thing that I'm grateful

<<2701>> uh for to DOA that uh I can have bigger

<<2705>> dreams and also help people in more it's

<<2711>> we are not doing it uh I don't know from

<<2713>> the rank from the rank dount only for

<<2717>> ourselves but we have to think bigger

<<2721>> and uh this is the thing I'm very

<<2723>> grateful to DOA that I can have some

<<2726>> dreams where I can help more people in

<<2728>> in the way that I was never think that I

<<2731>> can do yeah so don't forget about your

<<2735>> me uh Mission and about your why why you

<<2738>> are doing

<<2740>> this thank you that is so beautiful and

<<2742>> such a nice way to to end the podcast So

<<2745>> yeah thank youa for spending a few uh

<<2748>> minutes some time with us it's um it's

<<2751>> been a pleasure to talk with you and I

<<2753>> hope to see you in person not online
