Aromatic use: Place three to four drops of Air-X oil blend in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal Use: Dilute one drop of Air-X essential oil blend in four fluid ounces of liquid.
**Topical use:**Apply one to two drops of Air-X oil blend to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
