Does successfully completing the AromaTouch™ online
course make me a Certified AromaTouch™ Trainer?

No. Completing the AromaTouch™ online course does not
certify you as an AromaTouch™ Trainer. Certification
as a Certified AromaTouch™ Trainer can only be granted
by the AromaTouch™ Europe Team after completing the
full trainer qualification process.

Can I call myself an AromaTouch™ Practitioner if I have
completed the course or become a Trainer?

No. The term “AromaTouch™ Practitioner” is no longer
supported by doTERRA AromaTouch™ and should not be
used in any context.

What titles am I allowed to use after completing the
AromaTouch™ online course?

After completing the AromaTouch™ online course, you
may state that you have completed the AromaTouch
Technique™ online course. You may not represent
yourself as a Trainer or use any unsupported or
unofficial titles.

How many types of AromaTouch™ certificates are there?

There are two types of certificates:

• A digital certificate available for download after successfully completing the AromaTouch™ online course.

• A digital certificate issued by the AromaTouch™ Europe Team for attendees of in-person trainings or Give & Get Workshops hosted by Certified AromaTouch™ Trainers.

Will my attendee receive a digital certificate after
attending a Give & Get Workshop?

Yes. Attendees who participate in either:

• an in-person training hosted by a Certified AromaTouch™ Trainer, or

• a Give & Get Workshop hosted by a Certified AromaTouch™ Trainer

will receive an official certificate issued by the
AromaTouch™ Europe Team.

How can I request certificates for my attendees as a
Trainer?

You must complete the standard Excel attendance sheet
used for in-person trainings and submit it by email to
euaromatouch@doterra.com.

What is a Give & Get Workshop?

Give & Get Workshops are hands-on practice
sessions designed for individuals who have completed
the AromaTouch™ Online Course and would like to become
AromaTouch™ Advocates.

During the workshop, participants will:

• Review the movements of the AromaTouch Technique™ under the guidance of a Certified AromaTouch™ Trainer

• Practice the technique

• Receive the technique themselves, allowing them to experience it on their own bodies

Participation in a Give & Get Workshop must be
arranged directly with a Certified AromaTouch™
Trainer.

Certified Trainers

Once the Certified Trainer confirms that the
participant has successfully demonstrated the
technique and informs the AromaTouch™ Europe Team, the
participant will receive a digital certificate
confirming recognition as an AromaTouch™ Advocate.

Who can offer Give & Get Workshops?

Give & Get Workshops may be offered by:

• Certified AromaTouch™ Trainers (may charge up to 50 EUR), or

• AromaTouch™ Advocates (must be offered free of charge).

What is required to attend a Give & Get Workshop?

Participants must first complete the AromaTouch™
online course before attending a Give & Get
Workshop.

Can I charge for a Give & Get Workshop?

Only Certified AromaTouch™ Trainers may charge for
Give & Get Workshops.

How much can a Certified Trainer charge for a Give &
Get Workshop?

Certified AromaTouch™ Trainers may charge up to 50 EUR
per attendee, intended for cost coverage only.

Do Give & Get Workshops need to be registered or
scheduled with the AromaTouch™ Team?

No. Give & Get Workshops do not require prior
registration with the AromaTouch™ Europe Team.

How do I ensure my Give & Get Workshop attendees
receive their certificates?

Submit the completed Excel attendance sheet to the
AromaTouch™ Europe Team after the workshop.

Who provides the AromaTouch™ kits for Give & Get
Workshops?

Attendees are responsible for bringing their own
AromaTouch™ kit to the workshop.

Do in-person AromaTouch™ trainings require registration?

Yes. All in-person trainings that involve the 150 EUR
fee per attendee must be registered according to
AromaTouch™ Team Europe procedures.

How much is the standard fee to participate in an
in-person AromaTouch™ training?

The standard participation fee for in-person
AromaTouch™ training is 150 EUR (or the equivalent
amount in another currency). This fee includes:

• A small AromaTouch™ Training Kit

• A digital certificate confirming that you have become an AromaTouch™ Advocate

• Free access to the AromaTouch™ online course

Where are official AromaTouch™ Trainer certifications
held?

Trainer certifications are held at the doTERRA Europe
Office in Budapest, Hungary.

What are the requirements to become a Certified
AromaTouch™ Trainer?

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be a Solid Gold Rank or higher

• Have attended an in-person AromaTouch™ training led by a Certified Trainer, or a Give & Get Workshop after completing the online course

• Have completed 30 individual AromaTouch™ sessions in the last 6-12 months

• Have completed 15 individual AromaTouch Hand Technique™ sessions in the last 6-12 months

How can someone apply to become a Certified AromaTouch™
Trainer?

The candidate should email
euaromatouch@doterra.com. The AromaTouch™ Europe Team will provide guidance
through the application and certification process.

Does completing the requirements guarantee
certification?

No. Completing the requirements makes a candidate
eligible to apply for certification; however,
certification is not automatic and is granted by the
AromaTouch™ Europe Team following an internal review
and approval process.

Is there an easier way to access AromaTouch™ Trainer
documents and files?

Yes. All official documents and resources are
available in the AromaTouch™ Trainer shared Google
Drive folder, accessible to Certified Trainers.

This section provides a quick overview of what each role
within the AromaTouch™ Program is authorized to do.

AromaTouch™ Online Course Graduate

Individuals who have completed the AromaTouch™ online
course:

• May state that they have completed the AromaTouch Technique™ Online Course

• May apply the technique in a personal or non-commercial context (for example with family members)

• May not use the AromaTouch™ trademark

• May not host in-person trainings or Give & Get Workshops

• May not charge for AromaTouch™ sessions using the AromaTouch™ name

AromaTouch™ Advocate

Individuals recognized as AromaTouch™ Advocates:

• Have attended an in-person training or a Give & Get Workshop led by a Certified AromaTouch™ Trainer

• May demonstrate, participate in, or assist with Give & Get Workshops (must be free of charge)

• May not host in-person AromaTouch™ trainings

AromaTouch™ Advocates who have valid “license to touch” in their respective country or region

• Have attended an in-person training or a Give & Get Workshop led by a Certified AromaTouch™ Trainer

• May demonstrate, participate in, or assist with Give & Get Workshops

• May offer paid wellness services

• May use the AromaTouch™ trademark

• May not host in-person AromaTouch™ trainings

Certified AromaTouch™ Trainer

Individuals officially certified by the AromaTouch™
Europe Team:

• May use the AromaTouch™ trademark and official materials

• May host in-person AromaTouch™ trainings (registration required)

• May host Give & Get Workshops and charge for them (up to 50 EUR, for cost coverage)

• May offer AromaTouch™ sessions commercially, in compliance with local laws and regulations

• May request certificates for attendees

Can AromaTouch™ sessions be offered commercially?

Yes. Only Certified AromaTouch™ Trainers and
AromaTouch™ Advocate who are Licensed Massage
Professional may offer AromaTouch Technique™
commercially. All commercial activities must comply
with local laws and regulations in the country where
the sessions are provided. Each Trainer is responsible
for ensuring full compliance with all applicable
legal, regulatory, and professional requirements.

Can AromaTouch™ Advocates offer AromaTouch™ services and
charge for them?

AromaTouch™ Advocates may offer paid wellness services
and use the AromaTouch™ trademark only if they have
valid “license to touch” in their respective country
or region.

They should remain fully compliant with local laws and
regulations in the country where the services are
provided. Any such activities are carried out under
the individual’s own responsibility.

Does the AromaTouch™ Program replace medical or
therapeutic treatments?

No. The AromaTouch Technique™ is a wellness approach
and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or
prevent any disease.

Can I use the AromaTouch Technique™ on animals?

The AromaTouch Technique™ was created for use on
humans to support homeostasis, the body’s natural
state of balance. It is therefore intended exclusively
for human application. Any use of essential oils or
adaptation of the AromaTouch Technique™ on animals
(including cats, dogs, or horses) is done entirely at
the individual’s own responsibility and is not
supported or guided by doTERRA AromaTouch™.
