<<28>> I'm going to show you a wonderful fish dish

<<32>> and a few drops, will take you into flavour heaven.

<<35>> This is simple to make and a real crowd-pleaser.

<<38>> So the first thing we need to do is our tapenade.

<<42>> Now all we need to do is chop

<<44>> all of these ingredients for the perfect texture.

<<54>> So now that all the chopping is done,

<<56>> all we need to do is to mix it all together.

<<60>> Next up is the hero flavour

<<62>> from the beautiful Portuguese Cuisine Blend.

<<67>> We're gonna finish by adding a tablespoon

<<69>> of olive oil and then just a pinch

<<72>> of salt and pepper.

<<75>> Lastly, we stir it well.

<<80>> And that's our tapenade ready to serve.

<<85>> but before we start, we need to turn up the heat.

<<88>> So all I need to do is to turn my oven on

<<91>> to 180 degrees ready for my fish to go in.

<<94>> We are going to carefully spoon a little bit

<<95>> of our tapenade on top of each

<<97>> of our fish fillets,

<<99>> ready to then go in the oven.

<<101>> Don't worry if it spills up a little bit,

<<103>> it all adds beautiful flavours.

<<109>> So finally, we just need to add some breadcrumbs.

<<114>> it will just absolutely taste fantastic.
