<<0>> [Music] Hi and welcome to Do youu the official

<<3>> podcast of Doora Europe. On this podcast you will hear from worldclass speakers

<<7>> and experts on education inspiration and actionable tips to help you live your

<<12>> best life. My name is Ruda Bulkato product education manager of Doora

<<17>> Europe and I'm pleased to be your host today.

<<20>> Today we're joined by presidential diamond Alexandra Hoopsman, a woman who

<<25>> believes that true success isn't just about what you achieve, but who you

<<28>> become along the way. Her journey with Doera is a testament to the power of

<<33>> self-rowth and human connection. For Alexandra, success starts with focusing

<<38>> inward, developing yourself, your mindset, and your well-being before you

<<42>> can truly make a difference for others. In this episode, we dive into how

<<46>> Alexandra's commitment to personal growth and meaningful connections has

<<50>> shaped her life and business. Alexandra, welcome to the

<<59>> Taru. Alexandra, thank you so much for being here with us today. It's a

<<63>> pleasure to interview you and welcome to the radio podcast.

<<68>> Thank you so much for having me. So let's just jump straight in and my first

<<72>> question is what do we need to know about your past so that we can fully

<<77>> understand who you are today. So um I think I'm I'm a very

<<82>> confident and creative free spirit and I've always loved to bring visions to

<<87>> life. So um um whether I'm building a like a imaginary horse stable in the

<<92>> garden from my parents when I was 11 years old or maybe spending like hours

<<96>> to draw my own horse magazine when I was 9 years old and um did a lot of copies

<<102>> in my dad's office to sell them in the stable or maybe if we see look at myself

<<108>> now um I'm working on my own um fashion label I'm I work with a lot of people um

<<114>> with the business mentoring I help a lot of um people get their visions into life

<<119>> and um do a lot of um creative retreats or writing books. So I guess my my

<<124>> creativity energy has always been my compass my my compass but um yeah of

<<130>> course there were also like different parts of my life. Um because I think um

<<137>> every confident woman has who lives their vision has like a deeper story and

<<142>> we carry all our own stories and um when I go back to understand now why I'm

<<149>> doing this what I'm doing is when I was a teenager I often lost myself in

<<154>> friendships about giving too much or ignoring like my own um needs. I crossed

<<159>> many of my boundaries struggled with like self harm. I was like hurting

<<164>> myself for years. I had an eating disorder and all these stuff. And um I

<<169>> also um yeah, I had to let my beloved dad go. He passed away when I was 21 and

<<175>> I was with him all the time. So I really felt like after that I really lost

<<182>> myself. I pushed my body way too far, got seriously ill, had a lot of heart

<<187>> issues and physical weakness. And when I look at these things now, I believe that

<<193>> we all reach a point where we can start to tell our story differently. And I am

<<200>> not longer the wounded girl. I am now I am like more the very the warrior or the

<<205>> queen that I became through all these scars. And these experiences helped me

<<210>> to step like out of my victimhood and into my power. And now I support others

<<216>> with like discovering their creative expressions um with believing their own

<<221>> story and belief in their strange. That's amazing. Thank you for opening up

<<226>> and sharing those vulnerable moments. When when did your healing journey

<<231>> started if I can ask you? Yeah, I guess it was like um I I did a lot of um

<<237>> healing work when I was a teenager. So I guess I started really early like with

<<240>> with 14 because I started as a photographer and like trying to get my

<<245>> emotions into pictures. So um I often took my camera and just went outside met

<<250>> friends and said can we make a picture where I show like a feeling that I feel

<<254>> inside and um I I always like um listened to a lot of music that helped

<<259>> me much and I was um a lot of I read a lot of books that helped me a lot and

<<266>> then when I was I guess 21 after the the death of my dad was

<<271>> [Music] um that that was really a point where my

<<275>> healing journey began. began to get more focused like working on my inner child

<<282>> um getting in contact with the traumata um went to therapy and all these things.

<<287>> So I guess my early 20ies was like where I where I connected all these dots you

<<292>> know there are point in your life where you think okay now I feel a connection

<<296>> because why this happened to me and what I made out of this and this was a really

<<301>> big part of my healing. So I know you mentioned music and previously we

<<305>> connected on this topic. We shared our crazy moments. Yeah. Speaking about

<<310>> music and because I know a little bit of your past. Can you please tell us uh

<<314>> when and how you discovered the terra please? Yeah. It was Tomorrowland. It

<<320>> was Tomorrowland um 2019 and my best friend and my husband and some of um our

<<326>> friends went together to Tomorrowland. It was like a very crazy moment in my

<<331>> life because um I I I saw these pictures and I never believed that a festival can

<<336>> really be like this with so much love and so much connection. And then my best

<<340>> friend Marina, she had the oils with her and she she did not have like two or

<<343>> three oils. She had like all of them with her and we were sitting we were

<<348>> sitting after the pre-par in our Airbnb and she like told me this is for your

<<353>> inner child and this is for your I don't know for like your self expression and I

<<357>> don't I was like oh my god is she crazy and I said how much money did you spend

<<363>> for this and she was like this is thousands of euros checked in my bag and

<<366>> I was like okay you're so crazy and I I I I really I remember when I I grabbed

<<371>> an oil just followed my intuition And it was like elangilang. And she said,

<<376>> "That's the the oil for your inner child." And I was like, "Oh my god, it's

<<380>> so crazy." I feel like sons. Yeah, definitely. I felt such a deep

<<385>> connection with that oil. And then they guided me through the whole festival. I

<<390>> did like the peppermint for tired dancing feet and lemon in the water and

<<394>> we had like lavender against the mosquitoes and all these stuff. And we

<<398>> were really had, you know, when you go to Tomorrowland, you just have a small

<<402>> bag. So, you have your phone, you have maybe a power bank, a sunscreen, and

<<405>> that's it. That's it. We had so many oils in our bags. It was so interesting

<<410>> because I had I found it out that there were so many different um things to use

<<416>> it. And this was very intense for me. And then I ordered the home essential

<<422>> kit and started. And I really needed like six months just to use it, to get

<<428>> in contact with the products. And then I said, "Okay, let's go. Let's share it. I

<<433>> will go all in." And then it was I guess from that point maybe it was 8 months

<<440>> till Diamond. Oh wow. That is incredible. So obviously you mentioned

<<445>> Tomorrowland and I'm obsessed about that. Um always put the biggest smile on

<<450>> my face. Um has music always had a big impact for you in your life. I mean

<<455>> throughout your childhood and teenagerhood or is it something that you

<<458>> discovered more recently? Yeah, absolutely. Music has always touched me

<<463>> when words failed. So, it gave me more um comfort and um a sense of belonging

<<468>> moments where I could find something that I could not find anywhere else. So,

<<473>> um it it taught me early that emotions don't just live in my mind, they live in

<<478>> my head. I think we all know this feeling when we listen to music and we

<<482>> feel it in our heart but we don't understand the lyrics with our head head

<<485>> or our mind and that's where I understood very early that there must be

<<490>> a different um yeah like like a different different

<<496>> areas in my body to feel and understand and learn about things. So um for me it

<<501>> music was always like um going back to myself and reconnect and one of my

<<506>> biggest inspirations was um definitely Pink. She was like my hero in my

<<511>> childhood and also like people like Amy Law or Christina Gallera. There were

<<516>> really these strong raw emotional voices the women that stand up for their

<<521>> rights. And later on my journey I listened more also to like bands like

<<528>> Queen or Threes Down. And let us moret also I like I liked a lot and my dad

<<532>> always showed me like new music and we connected um I connected always with him

<<536>> about um music and going to concerts together and later then um the techno

<<542>> the electro part came into my life and I really felt like when I'm dancing it's

<<547>> the it's the most craziest connection with my body with my story because when

<<553>> I dance about when I when I have like a strange feeling I don't like to talk

<<558>> about about it. I don't like to I don't know give them much room. So, I really

<<562>> like to just listen to music and dance about what I'm feeling. And this is what

<<568>> what helped me a lot with my healing journey. I love the power that music has

<<572>> over over us. And it's not dissimilar to the oils. So, I like this um this

<<577>> patching and it's so nice also when you like dance. So when we go a lot of to

<<582>> festivals and sometimes I just grab some oil in my bags and I don't even think

<<585>> about which one I'm taking and then I'm in the middle of the dance floor and I'm

<<589>> and I'm dancing and then I grab into my bag and like oh wow last time it was

<<593>> lemongrass and I would like was like wow lemongrass it's so intense and now I'm

<<597>> in the middle of like a big dancefall and it is so crazy and then the people

<<602>> are turning around and said what is she doing what is smelling here and this is

<<605>> like so nice because it's the easiest part to connect

<<608>> people I when I go to weddings or to to parties, I always have peppermint in my

<<613>> back to put it like in the neck from people when we're dancing and that cools

<<616>> them down. And they come to me after like two hours and said, "I still feel

<<619>> it in my neck. What the hell is it?" And this is like the opener to to get more

<<624>> people for your business. That's so nice. Oh, no. It's beautiful. So, um

<<630>> just I just thought about a question because you were describing yourself and

<<634>> I was like really following your journey. Would you describe yourself as

<<638>> a more of an introvert or an extrovert or how has that changed over time? Very

<<645>> extrovert. I was I was always very extrovert but not only to like express

<<650>> my emotions with others. I also had like very deep connection with animals for

<<655>> example and like to express like my emotions or my feelings and the

<<659>> connection with like my horse or my dog. And um I was always putting my feelings

<<666>> outside like this is exactly what I'm doing now. It's so crazy because

<<670>> everything for me is like bringing your emotions out. I have a very successful

<<674>> podcast. I wrote a lot of books. I do a lot of marketing. I build up brands for

<<678>> other people. I worked as a photographer. So it's always for me to

<<681>> take my feelings outside and make something

<<684>> visible visible for others. So I would say definitely more outgoing. Okay. So I

<<692>> think that anyone who knows you who or who might follow you on, you know,

<<696>> Instagram, social media knows that you live a life that I personally am 100%

<<703>> jealous of. Uh obviously you get to travel, you live in Dubai,

<<707>> right? So you work remotely and yeah, this you have this picture of a perfect

<<713>> life. Can you tell us a bit more about your lifestyle, please?

<<718>> Yeah, we left Germany like four years ago or four and a half nearly five

<<721>> years. Yeah, nearly five years. Um during this crazy COVID times, we went

<<725>> just for holidays to Dubai and then there was opportunity to go to aa a

<<729>> gated community which we totally fell in love with like living in a community

<<735>> with other families together and share like restaurants, pools, supermarkets,

<<739>> playgrounds and I was here for I guess we went here for 10 days and I had so

<<746>> many crazy conversations with people and it was so different than to Germany. And

<<751>> then I spoke to my husband and said, "Okay, we um I just gave birth to my

<<755>> first son and we said, "Okay, let's take the time and just go for one year to

<<759>> Dubai. Let's see what happens if if we feel and see what happens in 10 days.

<<763>> What would happen in one year and then we decided to stay for one year and then

<<767>> we decided to stay for another and another because we felt so in love. I

<<772>> think it will not be our last step here. And Tuba is like for me at the moment

<<778>> it's like the best place to be because I'm so connected with myself here. But

<<783>> the reason is we live away from the city. So I see the skyline every day,

<<788>> but we have like our green community. We have like wild animals here and

<<792>> everything. It's it's totally crazy and it could be everywhere in the world. Um,

<<797>> so we also bought a house in Thailand last year with my best friend together

<<802>> and um, yeah, this is so crazy because this is like our the Terara success, you

<<806>> know. We said, "Okay, we can buy this together and because we do a lot of good

<<810>> business and um, we we bought it for and open it also for our downlines and open

<<816>> it for retreats we can do there." And um yeah, we have a very very happy life.

<<822>> And like yesterday I was sitting with my husband and my two kids in the bed and

<<826>> we were like fighting with the pillows and I said to my husband, we we are so

<<830>> happy that there's at the moment no no weight in our life. We we are like very

<<835>> free and very easy the whole day. But I also know the other side. I know how it

<<840>> can be to like have have a lot of problems or feeling disconnected with

<<846>> your body. So I try to share my um my my daily life very um authentic. Yeah. I

<<854>> also have a lot of argues with my husband. I mean we run four companies

<<857>> together. We are 21st. It's normal. Like you would be an alien not to Yes. And I

<<863>> like to be honest, you know. I like to to start a live stream and said, "Wow, I

<<866>> had such big arguments with my husband and I hate it. He don't see my point."

<<870>> And this makes me so pure at the one side and I love to to to speak about

<<875>> struggles. So my life is my life is really perfect because I reached all of

<<881>> the goals. I I I settle all the I I always tell my friends my vision board

<<886>> is just a to-do list for me because when I when I focus and I want to reach

<<891>> something I will definitely get it. And um but I'm also very strict. I mean

<<895>> living in Dubai and living this life with this opportunities also means to

<<900>> start um to talk about difficult things with your friends or your family and

<<906>> talk about um things that are not so easy. Handle difficult situations. Make

<<911>> definitely set your borders very clear and also um yeah be brave. Be brave by

<<917>> by doing your or or following following your heart or setting your visions

<<921>> clear. So it's um for me it's like a result of all the decisions I made and I

<<928>> know we uh we had a chat in our introductory call about um you know

<<934>> portraying the life the the dream life that we see on social media and

<<937>> everything looks sparkly and golden and perfect but then

<<940>> also like having a darker element to ourselves. So how do you combine how do

<<947>> you I guess uh navigate from one to the other? Yeah, I think there's always like

<<954>> um you need a good balance. You need a good balance with everything. And for

<<958>> me, it's like I love to go I I love to fell in love with my shadows. For me,

<<964>> it's like um when I am in a situation, and I also had it a lot the last weeks

<<967>> that I said, "Oh my god, crazy. It hurts so much." Or wow, it it really gives me

<<971>> a feeling I don't like. Then I turn on the music and I said, "Okay, I wanna I

<<975>> wanna really go into an a connection with my shadows. I really want to feel

<<979>> the dark side." and like starting to dance with this dark feelings. And I

<<985>> think I I love to be like happy or like having a good day, but it gives me not

<<993>> really the connection to get to get to know myself. And when I have like

<<998>> moments of grief or or yeah, when really when the dark side is kicking in, then I

<<1003>> really feel myself from the inside. And I think it's so interesting because

<<1007>> there is such a big power I can use to create something with this dark side to

<<1012>> make like something visible or to express something or to talk about

<<1016>> something other people can connect with. And that's why I really like like my

<<1022>> dark sides because they gave me like a feeling

<<1025>> of of another kind of freedom if we don't

<<1030>> look only you know it's like it's like really felling in love with them

<<1035>> carrying carrying about also your dark feelings will you push you way more

<<1039>> further than just being in love with all the happy moments. Yeah, I think there

<<1044>> is so much depth in you like tapping into that almost kind of magic energy,

<<1050>> dark magic energy. Uh, and I'm totally falling for your words now. So, uh,

<<1056>> yeah, thank you for sharing this. Uh, now obviously um, we know we, um, we

<<1062>> know you're a very successful businesswoman. So, how did you initially

<<1066>> approach the business and has that evolved uh, from the beginning like the

<<1071>> early stages? uh until now. Yeah, that's a good question. But you

<<1076>> know, I think business is always um a mix of energy and a mix of strategy. But

<<1084>> at the same time, both are totally useless if you don't embody them. And I

<<1092>> think in terms strategy, I looked at people who were already where I wanted

<<1096>> to be. So I studied them closely. I looked at their Instagram accounts. I

<<1101>> listened to their podcast. Um I um wanted to know how they used their

<<1105>> platforms, how they um put out their offers and at the same time um I went

<<1112>> deep into that energy work like committed to healing to mindset to

<<1116>> self-awareness. I read I read a lot of books I joined seminars, workshops,

<<1121>> retreats and um yeah as I told you the inner work helped me to see my own hero

<<1128>> inside. But what we often forget when when we

<<1134>> when we are building a business is like the embodiment because the people will

<<1137>> feel your energy before they see your offer. They will feel your words more

<<1143>> than they will understand them. And that's why they choose you. And

<<1148>> magnetism or magnetism is like it it plays a huge role. There's there's a

<<1153>> reason why when I open up Instagram, I'm clicking on that story and not on the

<<1158>> other one. Or why my my finger is stopping on that post because I feel

<<1162>> something or I feel like sometimes people say the same words but it's like

<<1168>> a different energy and the people will feel it because they know what you're

<<1171>> doing. And over the past years I transformed like more from being

<<1176>> self-employed more to be a true entrepreneur. and I scaled and and

<<1181>> automated a lot of our businesses. But I also realized and that's an interesting

<<1185>> point. I also realized that in some areas automation doesn't work because

<<1190>> connection is everything. And my deepest focus has always been like more

<<1195>> cocreation powerful communities and um yeah I would say that like my core

<<1202>> strength are building communities branding and maybe have a strong sense

<<1207>> for what really matters and no matter how my business changed in the last year

<<1211>> those values haven't changed. Those are really strong powerful values. So, um I

<<1218>> think they're a great base for anybody uh out there or our listeners um

<<1225>> thinking about growing the business with Doera. So, speaking of people wanting to

<<1230>> grow the business with Doera, can you please share some really actionable tips

<<1235>> like tangible things that you would recommend focusing for someone who as I

<<1240>> said is looking into growing with those era? Yeah, I think at that point you

<<1244>> have to keep it very simple and very clear. This is the easier, this is the

<<1248>> most important thing that it's easy for the people. So I think the first one is

<<1252>> like embody the product. Um don't just talk about essential oils. Don't tell

<<1256>> them how much PV you need for the next promotion or what is like into the LRP.

<<1260>> It's it's way too complicated. At first you have to live the oils. So use them

<<1266>> in your your your routines. Have them everywhere at home. like put them I I

<<1270>> put every time I love the roll on like I have them everywhere with me and people

<<1274>> always said oh my god what is this it looks so sexy when you do

<<1278>> this it's really people don't buy informations they buy transformations

<<1284>> and um when we see how or when when the the people can see how you lift the oils

<<1289>> they want that feeling also and at this this point you have to stay consistent

<<1295>> because the business is not coming a success overnight night. So being

<<1300>> successful overnight costed me like 10 years before nobody saw this but like

<<1305>> this this moment when like my book was very successful or my business really uh

<<1310>> was really really crazy successful overnight it there was so such a pro

<<1316>> process it was just a result. So a business is not not happening overnight

<<1321>> and every business is like you need a daily intention. You need to show up you

<<1324>> need to speak up. You need to share. You need to educate. Um especially then when

<<1329>> no one is watching. You become a good leader when the lights are off. This

<<1334>> this is the moment when self leadership kicks in. It's not when you're on stage.

<<1338>> It's not when everyone is listening. It's how you're lead yourself when

<<1343>> nobody's listening and nobody's watching. That resonates so much w with

<<1348>> me personally as a as a human and with my story. And sometimes um yeah it just

<<1354>> happens. I I don't know why but people think oh she's successful or I don't

<<1358>> know she she had that progression or whatever it might be and they might

<<1362>> think oh everything is easy for her but actually there's a lot of self

<<1367>> discipline um that goes behind everything that

<<1370>> people don't necessarily see. Yeah. And I think this is the point a lot of

<<1374>> people cannot see this very clear. We all want to be on stage and want to be

<<1378>> financially free or want to live the life we see on Instagram and this is the

<<1382>> real life. And I think that people always forget um what's behind because

<<1388>> it's it's just a result of all the decisions, all the steps you made, all

<<1392>> the things you didn't do. And um for me really what helped me the lot in in my

<<1398>> life and all the success and all like doera everything is like building also

<<1402>> strong relationships because you know it's it's not about pushing oils. It's

<<1406>> about connection. It's about listen more than you talk. It's about seeing the

<<1411>> human before the customer. It's like energy first and strategy second. So I

<<1417>> really I never talk a lot about oils. It's it's not my intention. I tell that

<<1423>> like the the business setup is is is the easiest thing for me to do because it

<<1427>> really connects us to each other. Also in my cross lines, we work so much with

<<1431>> cross lines. We they are really they share everything. We are invited to

<<1435>> their the calls. It's like really a big family. And I think this is what makes

<<1439>> Duterra so special and that's also one of the excellent steps. Make it

<<1443>> personal. Share your story, your journey, your struggles. I always speak

<<1447>> about my struggles because you have you have to

<<1450>> connect people with with you and not with just a brand doer. And this is what

<<1455>> makes a business really magnetic. When I have situations where I I don't know, I

<<1461>> hate a oil because it's not working or something and I said I put it on my skin

<<1464>> but the rush did not go away and I hate it. And I said,

<<1468>> "Yeah, why do I put so much energy like into into this product and what is

<<1475>> really the story I have to look at when I look behind my thoughts or my words?"

<<1481>> And then I open up my Instagram and I speak about it and I say, "Hey, I used

<<1484>> the oil and it did not work because I used the oil that makes me I don't know

<<1489>> feel safer with my boundaries, for example." But it was not about the

<<1491>> boundaries. It was about my self love how I really um be in connection with me

<<1496>> and then I changed it to another oil and then it worked. So I like that it's not

<<1500>> so easy. You cannot say use this oil if you have like I don't know if you cannot

<<1504>> sleep use lavender. It's not working. Maybe you cannot sleep because you're

<<1509>> you're too tired or you too you have too much grief in your heart and then you

<<1513>> need something else. And this is really really nice. So I think make it personal

<<1518>> is really a big big part and I would also

<<1522>> say learn to receive. Let success also come in. So

<<1529>> many people of us are blocking abundance by

<<1533>> overwork having a having a lot of doubts or waiting to deserve it or sometimes

<<1539>> you tell yourself I'm not deserving it. I'm not like the other women. It's it's

<<1544>> not for me. It's just for the others and yeah it's it's how do you how do you

<<1549>> change that as a mindset it must be really hard right I

<<1555>> think it could be very hard yeah but for me it was like um very clear clear at

<<1560>> one point that I think when I connected all these dots on my healing journey

<<1563>> that I really felt everything that happens may not be the best I don't

<<1568>> believe that it's the best I mean I I I was sitting next to my dad when he was

<<1572>> dying yeah so I know that this was not the best that could happen to me. But

<<1576>> universe will send you everything you can handle. And while you're struggling,

<<1581>> if you can re reach this or if this goal is is the the is perfect for you, you

<<1588>> can start. You can start before you're ready. And you don't need to know

<<1592>> everything. I still not I'm still not safe with a compensation plan. I mean,

<<1596>> I'm a presidential diamond and I still could not explain how uni level and the

<<1600>> fifth level work. I I don't know how this is because I have someone who's

<<1603>> working with me to hold this all and like explain it to me because I have so

<<1607>> much things to focus on. But I am safe with what I feel and I'm safe with what

<<1613>> I what I know. So I think it's really the part when you own your story and

<<1619>> you're your own hero and you understand what it means to to like guide you

<<1625>> through all this. Then I was at this point where I said

<<1629>> life is way too short to to waste my time with doubting or like overworking

<<1634>> or like I'm not sure if I can do this because if it's not working, this is the

<<1639>> point. If you want to reach something and you think I don't know if it works,

<<1644>> what is the worst scenario? It's it's just going back to where you actually

<<1649>> are. So nothing can happen. And that really changed me. How do you teach this

<<1655>> mindset to people? Let's say that I was a brand new leader uh young uh leader

<<1660>> starting with Dutera and I was coming to you uh asking you Alexandra I have so

<<1665>> many doubts and fears and what if this doesn't work and what if I'm not

<<1668>> successful and all the fears and stuff how would you coach me what would you

<<1674>> tell me I I would try to understand where this or when these thoughts um

<<1680>> came in your mind for the first time because this is like it it comes from

<<1686>> somewhere else. It's like it was happen in your story before that you feel this

<<1689>> about yourself. So I would really start with um embodiment for example and say

<<1695>> okay if you put on music now and if you really go in this connection with the

<<1698>> woman in you who don't feel um yourself who is like doubting what is behind

<<1705>> this. So where does it come from? Can you really fell in love with that part?

<<1710>> How can you spend maybe the next two week to be very caring about this woman

<<1715>> inside you who who does she's strange enough or something? Um, and really

<<1721>> taking care of your inner wounds and listening to what your mind and your

<<1725>> body tells you is like the first thing because most of the people just want to

<<1729>> have it away. They said, "What can I do that I never feel it again in my life?"

<<1732>> And you cannot cut it up. It's like I had so many panic attacks in my life and

<<1737>> I I really I remember when I was lying on the floor and I knew there's no way

<<1744>> out. The only way out is going through and handle and regulate my nerve system

<<1749>> and be like in contact with me and not quitting just staying with me in the

<<1754>> presence and and guide me through this. So I think with these feelings they are

<<1759>> like blocking us from getting more successful. We need to fell in love with

<<1764>> them. We need to care about them. We love we need to need to understand that

<<1768>> this is just one perspective we can look at. But there are so many others we can

<<1774>> also look and if you have this part on your one shoulder there's also like

<<1778>> another angel maybe on the other shoulder and tell you hey you can you

<<1782>> can but you cannot hear this voice because you're so connected with the

<<1784>> devil. And um this is like really where you need to balance taking care about

<<1790>> you but also going big steps or little steps for the beginning and I will

<<1795>> really help them to understand why they feel like this because this is never

<<1799>> about doera or about the business or like like something like this. So I'm

<<1804>> guessing while you grow while you go through this this teaching this coaching

<<1808>> with your um with your leaders I mean a lot of personal stuff

<<1815>> must come out. So you you must be absolutely great and and you are I know

<<1822>> at like holding space for these people and make them feel safe to share with

<<1826>> you to open up and to get to know themselves first so that they can be

<<1832>> better leaders in the future. Um and that is just fascinating. I think there

<<1838>> I have like also different leaders like my frontlininers are are very different

<<1842>> because some of them they are really they want to they want to talk about the

<<1846>> products and they want to be in the strategy and maybe energy is not like a

<<1849>> big part of their life. They are open to listen but they are feel more safe in

<<1853>> that place and I think I have people in my team they hit like platinum with a

<<1858>> lot of strategy work and I have also people who hit like diamond and said I

<<1864>> was just feeling it I was check just manifesting and then I have people there

<<1868>> very very um into that energy work and they think it it will comes to me when

<<1873>> it's the right time and I don't have to push it and it's so interesting because

<<1877>> everyone is working so differently and this Like what I love the most. It's not

<<1881>> about that I like put up open up my Zoom and said okay let's work on your wish

<<1886>> and know we do like this this this and it works for everyone. Everyone is so

<<1890>> different and needs different things from me. So I have people they only ask

<<1894>> me strategy questions and then I have people who really want to connect in a

<<1898>> deeper way and needs more like yeah more softness and other people needs more

<<1904>> power steps and this is what really it's so interesting for me to that is so

<<1908>> fascinating to even listen to and I hope our listener would really resonate with

<<1913>> pieces of what you're saying. So um I feel like a fire inside me now I'm like

<<1918>> yes let me do the business. So nice. Thank you. So I know Alexander we spoke

<<1925>> about uh qualities of leaders in general but what are you looking for in um in a

<<1931>> leader in a person if it has like if it's in your

<<1935>> team let's say what are the qualities that you're looking for?

<<1940>> For me, leadership is like um I always have the sentence. It was so funny

<<1946>> because when I turned when I hit a presidential diamond, my um downline and

<<1950>> the whole oil bodies team, they wrote um a song together and it called we rise by

<<1955>> lifting others. So leadership for me is always I rise by being so much there for

<<1964>> the other people to help them to rise. And this can only happen when you start

<<1969>> with self leadership because you have to lead yourself to through fear or to

<<1974>> growth or to handle both sides and only if you can do this you can hold the

<<1980>> space for others doing the same. So um I think the most powerful leaders I know

<<1985>> they have like both or or they no I would say different because for me it's

<<1991>> always like being student and teacher at the same time every time I always like

<<1997>> student and teacher at the same time and you know leadership is not about being

<<2001>> something done it's more for me to stay open to whatever might come. So for me

<<2009>> it's it's like the self leadership for the the one hand and then it's like I

<<2012>> would say having a vision. So you don't need all answers on all the questions

<<2018>> but you need to have a strong why um a direction something like it's it's

<<2024>> bigger than just about doing your business. And then it's like I would say

<<2030>> again the presence. Yeah. It's it's often underestimated but your

<<2034>> energy your energy speaks louder than your words. And a present grounded

<<2041>> grounded leader creates a safety and trust and

<<2045>> mechanism space without trying you know. Do you currently use Instagram or social

<<2053>> media in general a lot to grow your business?

<<2057>> Yeah, absolutely. I guess social media is still one of the most powerful ways

<<2061>> to stay grow uh or ways to I grow and stay connected with my my community, but

<<2068>> um I don't um focus very much at the moment at it

<<2074>> because for me it's always I I use social media to inspire the people and

<<2079>> get them into my community to put them then on offline events. I really fell in

<<2084>> love with like reading, you know, in person, like being that real in-person

<<2090>> connection and the way we feel someone in the room, the presence, the story is

<<2096>> something that the algorithm can not replace. So this is like when you come

<<2102>> behind both then it becomes magnetic. So for me, I use Instagram to like um

<<2108>> make myself vi my make myself visible and like show my brandings and my

<<2114>> pictures and how my life looks or what I'm struggling with. But on the other

<<2118>> hand, it's just um a tool to bring the people in my

<<2124>> community. So um yeah, maybe maybe if someone is

<<2128>> listening right now and said, "Okay, I'm struggling with my social media

<<2131>> account." So, I would say let's open your social media profile, maybe your

<<2135>> Instagram or LinkedIn or whatever you're using, but not as the

<<2139>> creator. Go back to the customer. Open your feed or your profile and ask

<<2145>> yourself, would I feel seen here? Would I feel safe here? Would I

<<2152>> feel inspired to ask a question, to book, to join, to get the oils, to

<<2157>> whatever? And then you can also I do it like really every every night when I go

<<2162>> to bed the last thing is I open up my Instagram accounts look at my own story

<<2166>> look at my posts or like I don't know what platform I used that day or

<<2170>> sometimes I listen to my podcast and said when I was brand new would I

<<2174>> understand what she's talking would I get like um a call to action somewhere

<<2180>> to come in that community or to sometimes I I talk like hours about like

<<2185>> the emotions guided with the oils but there's no call to action. to like book

<<2189>> an appointment or getting into that bubble. And um yeah, I really look at my

<<2195>> um the things I'm doing also my book and everything I did, but not as a creator,

<<2199>> more like a customer. And you can feel the energy of your profile. Is it clear?

<<2205>> Is it warm? Is it alive? Is it is it honest? And then you can ask yourself,

<<2212>> what energy am I bringing into my content? because it's it's not just what

<<2218>> you post, it's the frequency behind. And if you feel disconnected

<<2224>> from it, don't worry. Yeah. It's like what happens so often. The most powerful

<<2228>> thing you can do is simply show up again maybe with a story, with a voice, with a

<<2234>> note, with a real face and invite people into it because your community don't

<<2240>> need perfection. Perfection. They need presence and they need like a leader in

<<2246>> front who is like

<<2250>> allowing you to come into this world. You know what I mean? Yeah. Absolutely.

<<2256>> And I think we're so kind of drawn to perfection especially on social media

<<2260>> that that sometimes can be scary like oh my days this is too perfect so maybe I I

<<2265>> shouldn't even try you know because it's I would never be able to replicate that

<<2269>> level of uh perfection. Um, so I I get it how it can be intimidating to people

<<2276>> and I really think people are losing their self because you know a lot of

<<2279>> people say okay open up your Instagram if you want to share the oils and then

<<2282>> put them some pictures on it and then they really the people focus on

<<2285>> Instagram and then you're frustrating because you're not growing and you think

<<2288>> okay it's more about getting new likes. It's more about oh my picture is not

<<2293>> seen because it only has like 20 likes. But you don't know what's what's

<<2297>> happening in the background. Maybe someone is liking your picture and go on

<<2301>> on a coffee date with their friends and they were talking about the post because

<<2305>> it really changed something when they were reading it. You you don't know

<<2308>> what's happening um when the people see your content. And I always al also see

<<2312>> myself like when I'm my finger is just wishing from one pushing like from one

<<2318>> reel to the other and I I'm really waiting for that new dopamine kick to

<<2322>> say wow that's interesting. Okay, I stop. But if it's really interesting I

<<2326>> don't leave a comment. I don't say, "Hey, that was so interesting and I felt

<<2330>> like this and this when I watched it." I just send it to a friend and move on.

<<2334>> So, social media is not the place for a deep connection. And social media is is

<<2339>> a good place to be seen or to show what you're doing, but it's not a safe space

<<2344>> where um connections to each other can grow. It's just about connecting for

<<2349>> seconds and then using it directly after it. I know we talked that you talked a

<<2355>> lot about being magnetic and magnetism in general. Do you think or or to how um

<<2361>> to what degree I guess is that a teachable skill or is it something that

<<2366>> people have almost like inherently in themselves? I think it's definitely

<<2372>> teachable because it's like yeah it's like like also what we talked believing

<<2376>> your own story owning your own story um and then really change um it's it's also

<<2382>> a lot of body work you know how you're standing how you're talking do you

<<2386>> really have space between your lies your lines for um getting a connection with

<<2391>> the people do you just talk about yourself or is there like a space where

<<2395>> people can reconnect when they're following your words with themselves is

<<2399>> there really um do you just speak from above and said okay this is my audience

<<2403>> I have to speak to my followers and my fans or is it just also um that you that

<<2408>> you see like the people who following you and really um be thankful for them

<<2415>> and then it is a lot it's a lot about branding. It's a lot about with photo

<<2419>> shootings you can make so much um magnetism you can do you can play with

<<2423>> like branding and fonts and colors and at the same time it's also about

<<2427>> yourself because the worst thing is when your Instagram account looks pretty

<<2430>> amazing and then they meet you in person and feel like oh my god is this really

<<2436>> the first disconnect this is so crazy and it happened so often to me really

<<2440>> when I thought oh my god I want to meet her in real life and then she was

<<2443>> standing and I was like your energy is so I have no words It's it's it's I I

<<2448>> cannot feel you really. It's like there's there's nothing around your with

<<2453>> like Graham and feeling glamour or feeling comfortable or being like you

<<2457>> know um empowerment for others, empowering for others. So um yeah, it's

<<2463>> really a lot of self leadership work to be um magnetic for other people. But I

<<2469>> think if you're honest and if you're true, it's like the most magnetic thing

<<2475>> you can do. Because for example, yesterday I also had a live stream and

<<2478>> talked about my struggles and what is happening at the moment behind the

<<2482>> scenes with me and what I decided to let go because you know letting go is

<<2486>> sometimes does not cost you so much energy than holding on to it. And I

<<2490>> taught the people what I wanted to let go. And so many people texted me last

<<2493>> night that it was so inspiring to listen. And they feel so in connection

<<2497>> with me. And I think when you speak more about the struggles and how you handle

<<2502>> them, the people feel the magnetic thing to listen to you. And um because they

<<2509>> can connect a part of their life with like the situation I'm at the moment and

<<2514>> it belongs together. So would you feel safe about sharing and maybe just in

<<2518>> general like a moment in your business in your in your life where you struggled

<<2523>> and how you managed to overcome those difficulties.

<<2528>> Yeah. I think one of the biggest challenges for me was also like um

<<2532>> learning to hold both because my life was changing very quickly. You know we

<<2537>> we were like very successful um it was like two years where we went very

<<2541>> successful got financially free. I hit diamond, blue diamond. I guess it was

<<2545>> blue diamond in August and presidential diamond in October. It was so fast and

<<2550>> it was like holding both holding my old world with my old friends who like know

<<2554>> me as Alexandra and then on the other hand like getting knowing new people in

<<2559>> Dubai who met me at like this as an entrepreneur like running a lot of

<<2563>> business and at the same time like staying in a connection with my old life

<<2567>> and also with the new life and see who want to jump in and who's like out and

<<2572>> and at the same time like doing my inner healing also with the outer success was

<<2577>> like very difficult um at some points and um yeah I learned that leadership

<<2583>> doesn't mean perfection it means presence and it means up to show up when

<<2588>> when things also feel messy and and like yeah it was really like also a journey

<<2593>> to to know how I can use my self leadership skills but um the most

<<2600>> important shift was realizing that I'm not here to fit in I'm here to lead

<<2605>> differently and that was very different when my success my doera success story

<<2610>> started because we did it like I guess five or six years ago we started with

<<2615>> the online business and it was not so it was not so usual you know everyone did

<<2620>> it like very offline and there were people like did not understand how this

<<2624>> can work or said it's not fair that someone like with already existing

<<2627>> community comes in and like sharing their story and I had a lot of

<<2633>> complicated things to handle I remember that month when we that I will do a free

<<2638>> business workshop and um if you want to get to know my content which is not

<<2642>> about doera it's just about building a brand it's a 5-day workshop you can

<<2646>> enroll with the home essential kit and then you are you are a oil buddy like

<<2651>> coming into our team but on the other hand you just have the content for

<<2655>> free and wow this was it was so crazy it it was it was really horrible for me

<<2661>> because so many people enrolled so many people enrolled like On the same time,

<<2668>> it was so complicated for me to because I did not know these people. I did not

<<2673>> know who's enrolling. I never talked with them before. I never had like any

<<2677>> informations about how they want to maybe work with the oils or not. And

<<2681>> then I had the placement thing to do and we were like calculating like you have

<<2684>> to calculated all the points and place them where they want to belong in the

<<2688>> tree. And then I called friends and said, "Hey, please can you enroll

<<2691>> yourself? I need to place a lot of people under you, but don't ask me any

<<2694>> questions. It's too complicated. I I have 10 days left to make the placement.

<<2697>> Just please enroll. I will I will pay for it. I said, "Please just enroll. I

<<2702>> will pay for it." And then I put the people under then. And then we went

<<2704>> straight to diamond. And then for blue diamond, I needed to delete one of my

<<2709>> friends because the people under it went so strong. And then I called her and

<<2711>> said, "Hey, can you please delete yourself? I know it was just for that

<<2716>> moment when I needed you there." And she said, "No, I cannot delete. I get the

<<2718>> money and I need the money at the moment." And I said, "Okay, wow. But you

<<2722>> don't take care about these people." Yeah. And that was the problem what I

<<2727>> had. I had a lot of own enrollment with what I never spoke to them before. I did

<<2732>> not know these people. And then you have to place them under people who are not a

<<2737>> leader and who don't have any own visions. They they they do not even use

<<2743>> Duterra. So I had like two friends I enrolled and it was very difficult over

<<2748>> the years like to say hey do you want to step in? I mean you're earning money

<<2752>> with that and this is not what network should be and it was like again yeah

<<2757>> getting getting to to to have like complicated conversations

<<2763>> and um getting to know these people really I started say who are you why are

<<2768>> you here tell me about your life and they said yeah hi I'm a premier and I

<<2772>> did my business like this and I said okay that's interesting who can I

<<2775>> connect to um or who are you who would be good for you maybe as a

<<2782>> or something like this. And this is what the people don't see. They see, wow, she

<<2786>> hit like presidential diamond in three years, diamond in eight months. But I

<<2790>> did it differently. And I had situations I guess no one had before like in a

<<2796>> normal way. Um, and this is why it is sometimes so interesting. You just see

<<2802>> the result of all the work behind. But it was something I was not talking about

<<2809>> at the outside. how complicated it was. Now I share my story to someone who who

<<2813>> wants to know it. But it it was also holding both holding the success and be

<<2817>> on stage and do your diamond walk and everything and at the same time to know

<<2820>> there's a difference with a friend of mine and it's not fair for me but I have

<<2825>> to handle it in this. Yeah. But what you said again is spot on because it's very

<<2831>> easy for people to just see the end result and not all the micro steps, the

<<2835>> painful little moves, the the moments where it's struggle like a true struggle

<<2841>> to to arrive to the end result. So definitely you had it said perfectly.

<<2846>> Yeah. So are there any specific you know strategies, books, workshops, anything

<<2853>> that uh that either guided you along the way or that you would encourage people

<<2859>> to maybe be curious about if they wanted to to have this lifestyle to build a

<<2864>> business with Doerra? Um I think you always have to follow

<<2870>> your heart. Who is the next mentor for you? And a mentor must not be someone

<<2877>> who you give money to like make coaching with you. For me like Pink was one of my

<<2882>> strongest mentors in my life. Like I translated all her all her lyrics and

<<2887>> everything and I was I went to 25 concerts. It's so crazy. I was traveling

<<2891>> everywhere she went. I skipped days of school and said, "Mommy, daddy, I

<<2896>> definitely need to see her. She gives me so much energy for my life. Much more

<<2899>> energy that like I don't know my school." Did you manage to meet her, by

<<2903>> the way? Yeah, I met her. Yeah. Oh my days. That must have been beautiful. It

<<2908>> was so crazy. My mom. Yeah. She she like organized it and she like she was

<<2913>> rapping a song and then she won like um a competition and said, "You can you can

<<2918>> meet Pink." And then she picked me up um from school with my dad together. It was

<<2922>> so crazy. And they said, "Okay, what's your biggest dream?" And I said, "My

<<2925>> biggest dream, I don't know, having a horse." And she said, "No, what's your

<<2927>> other biggest dream?" And I said, "Meeting Pink." And she said, "Okay,

<<2930>> let's jump into the car. We're going to meet Pink now." And I was like, "Oh,

<<2933>> no." And and it was so crazy, you know, and and these people are really my

<<2939>> heroes. And I did a lot of I read a lot of amazing books. I lot of did a lot of

<<2944>> amazing workshops. Like I Yeah. Like Tony Robbins. Like in Germany, we have a

<<2949>> lot of nice um German speaking people. Um I I read a lot about about the inner

<<2956>> child. Healing was like one of my key success or or key healing um points in

<<2961>> my life. Um but also what inspire me the most is like really dive into people's

<<2971>> life. I love to see um documentaries um online or on on Netflix and see how the

<<2978>> life behind is um from other access successful people and sometimes it's not

<<2985>> about that their success success is interesting for me it's more like that

<<2990>> the story is so interesting like last week I saw something about a um German

<<2995>> um politic um woman and it's not interesting for me but the story behind

<<3001>> how she get there was inspiring or I I read the doc I saw the documentary of

<<3005>> Avichi from because I joined tomorrow and then I saw this and I was wow this

<<3010>> so crazy who is this guy and um I really I do a lot of notes in my phone and

<<3016>> really when I'm reading something or when I when I watch a docu documentary I

<<3020>> really write a lot of things down that inspire me and I I try to to get

<<3025>> inspiration everywhere sometimes really I go into nature and I think it's so

<<3029>> amazing how this color of this flower is possible. It's like it's look looks like

<<3035>> a filter and I'm really into that small um yeah I guess these small details in

<<3042>> life but also I guess one of my biggest

<<3046>> inspirations was really um my parents was really seeing them together like

<<3051>> love each other so much being always connected and this is really what what

<<3056>> is missing um in the most families and it's also yeah I told my husband a few

<<3062>> days ago So we are at the moment more connected with our phones than with

<<3065>> ourselves. And I think it's like more it's it's more important for our kids to

<<3070>> see us together and having the hands on each other not just the hand phone. And

<<3075>> this is why we started now to have like phone free um moments and times of the

<<3080>> day because yeah, we really have um we have to take care that our kids are safe

<<3087>> and so I guess always life and and the stories of successful people is my

<<3093>> inspiration to to move on. How does it work working with your husband? Do you

<<3097>> split responsibilities or do you co-create all the time together?

<<3103>> Yeah, it's very interesting. he joined my business. It was so funny because

<<3107>> because in Germany when you give birth you can stay as a woman for um some

<<3111>> months at home and for me it wasn't possible because like um it it was not

<<3115>> possible in Germany to to because then you have to make um stop your business

<<3119>> and stuff like this. And I said you can have it. You can spend one year at home.

<<3123>> And then he said okay I want to learn everything about marketing and I want to

<<3126>> scale you because what you are doing with me is really crazy and I want to I

<<3131>> want to have the world um to get to know you and your energy and then he started

<<3136>> to do like all this online marketing and then he came up with very interesting

<<3139>> ideas and you know I was already 10 years in business and then he came and

<<3142>> said we can do it like this and I said no we will not do it like this. I did it

<<3146>> like different the whole years and it worked and then he said we can do like

<<3150>> this. I said no they tried it and they failed. I don't know what want to do it

<<3153>> like this. And it was really crazy to really balance and handle this that he

<<3158>> has some new strategy and really also the male energy and my female energy of

<<3163>> like being flowy and taking a decision overnight and maybe don't feel it

<<3166>> tomorrow or I always ask myself um am I still am I still this woman I see or

<<3172>> maybe I'm somewhere else some some someone else um becoming overnight or

<<3176>> something and um it was really difficult to find like um safe spots for us. So

<<3182>> I'm doing more the outside work and he's more like doing the finances. We have

<<3187>> different different um businesses in different countries with like you know

<<3191>> there's so much with the settings also to do um and he's more like about the

<<3197>> organization and I am more like the the leader doing the day. What are we doing?

<<3201>> When do we going? How do we communicate? and he is like holding the the yeah the

<<3206>> the basics in the back background and like

<<3210>> um make it safe and um also I I guess the biggest part is that

<<3219>> he's always believing in me. He's always believing in my my dreams, my why, my

<<3224>> wishes. And maybe I sometimes I wake up at night and have like a crazy idea and

<<3229>> he's like 100% into it. he would never quit or something. He's he's like my

<<3234>> best friend, my business partner, but we are also like parents together. So

<<3238>> sometimes it's a bit complicated to have these different roles. When you live

<<3242>> your dreams, you will always talk about your dreams. And when we go to a date

<<3247>> night and we sit in a restaurant, we will start talking about business

<<3250>> because it's our vision. We use our business to make our visions clear or

<<3255>> like make them true. And um for me it's perfectly working how it is for him

<<3262>> also. But a lot of friends always say you're always into business. You're

<<3266>> always like into expression and and getting new visions. And this is how we

<<3271>> work. We really like it. And also we need this year some moments of break. We

<<3276>> really say we're going to three months to Thailand and we want to spend there

<<3279>> without any calls and just having focus on the family. And that's what we also

<<3282>> do. But maybe that's more my part to bringing this things into and then he's

<<3288>> booking the flights and make sure that all the upgrades work and like finding

<<3292>> the best hotel. This is then his

<<3309>> part. Yeah. Yeah. That that that's a very good question. I would say for me

<<3316>> there is no real separation between the two because my business is built on my

<<3321>> story. It's built on my energy. It's built on my truth. So when I share

<<3324>> authentically, I'm already inviting people to come into my world and into

<<3329>> what's possible for them. But um my balance is maybe I do not share

<<3335>> everything. I don't perform my healing for engagement. I don't share um a place

<<3342>> of embodiment, not for like needing validation. Um but when I promote

<<3348>> something, I really ask myself, would this offer feel also

<<3353>> aligned with me if no one bought it? And if the answer is yes, then I know. Um

<<3359>> I'm I'm just sharing from my truth and not from from from a pre pressure.

<<3363>> And yeah, I think one thing that helps me stay in alignment is also to give

<<3368>> more than I take. I I feel like I'm serving through my content. I inspire, I

<<3373>> educate, I open up space for like new things that maybe come into your head

<<3379>> and then I make clear invitations. So this is like the sweet spot. It's like a

<<3385>> authentic service and also confident leadership. I'm I'm love like the giving

<<3390>> part and being a caring woman. And then I said, "Okay, and directly here's an

<<3395>> invitation to come into my room or come into um my world."

<<3400>> And that also reminded me of the of the chat we had uh when we first spoke about

<<3405>> the right balance. I think I asked you, is there

<<3409>> such a thing as a work life balance? And your answer was pretty much that. So I

<<3414>> love this. Yeah. My answer was something like that that if if I really be um

<<3421>> happy with what I'm working, I don't need a balance to life because life

<<3427>> means for me talking about what really inspires me

<<3432>> and I turn all my visions into businesses because I I I love it to

<<3437>> connect people, build strong teams, putting them together, celebrating

<<3441>> ourself, making a really nice branding or something. This is really what I what

<<3446>> I like to to make it visible and um to set up businesses. Sometimes we sell the

<<3451>> business or sometimes we just go into a business for a very short time and then

<<3454>> we just scale it and then we let it go. But I don't need this work life balance

<<3459>> because when I'm when I'm sitting at the beach with my kids and someone from

<<3463>> Dutera is calling and has a question, it don't feel like work. So you're so

<<3469>> passionate about what you're doing that it doesn't feel like work. No, it it

<<3472>> doesn't feel like work. And sometimes there are things in life. They are work.

<<3476>> Definitely. I also have things on my to-do list where I think I don't like

<<3479>> it. Like everything in Germany with taxes for example or with like the

<<3482>> business setups and calling this one an open hero bank account. It's like this

<<3485>> is work for me. But um I think you need to focus on

<<3492>> a life work balance when it's not in balanced.

<<3496>> But when when you're free in your business or in your work and your life,

<<3502>> then it's always like belonging all together. Is there anything that we

<<3508>> haven't covered, Alexander, that you wish for our listeners to to know about

<<3513>> you, about the business? I think you know I I can share really something what

<<3519>> I'm struggling at the moment is I really push other people to celebrate

<<3523>> themselves for what they're doing or their success or going back and we be

<<3528>> really great grateful for everything they have but this is like a point in my

<<3532>> life I quit a lot you know sometimes it goes so fast and I'm I'm making strong

<<3539>> and fast decisions and I'm heing like from one thing to the other but while

<<3543>> I'm heating I'm totally fine and not stressed from the outside sometimes it

<<3546>> looks like very stressful but um we need to have really space and time to

<<3554>> celebrate what we did and to really honor ourself and when I was talking

<<3559>> yesterday with you I was like this morning did I really honor myself for

<<3566>> getting presidential diamond I had a very big gala event and invited all the

<<3571>> people from my team and they like came in in all purple dresses and we like we

<<3576>> had we did like a mantra singing um in a in a castle. It was very peaceful and

<<3581>> spiritual and then we had like a big DJ and a band and amazing food and we were

<<3585>> like we were like celebrating till night. But did I really honor myself for

<<3591>> that crazy success? What was the lesson I learned on that way? Did I really um

<<3598>> did I did I did I had enough time to reflect what were my action steps or

<<3602>> what were the difficult parts? And sometimes we are so fast in this

<<3608>> life with our mobile phones and with everything that that there's not enough

<<3612>> room to really lay on on on the ground or in the grass or on the bed and listen

<<3617>> to music and really thank yourself

<<3621>> where Yeah. where where you really went through the last weeks, months, years,

<<3626>> whatever. And this is something that a lot of women miss and don't take enough

<<3634>> time for it. And this is also um what I really skipped in my career the last

<<3642>> year. It's not really to buy you something for your excess or to do

<<3645>> something because it shows your success, but really be in a soft and feminine and

<<3652>> yeah and also like sometimes a bit of weak connection and say, "Wow, I really

<<3657>> really made it." So is it coming like back to your mind now? Is it real? Is he

<<3663>> thinking? Yeah, definitely. It's this is this is really crazy. And then you you

<<3668>> sometimes you think wow there were so many points between I did not even

<<3674>> recognize there were such for me at the moment when I when I go back the last

<<3678>> weeks I think wow there were so many conversation that showed me the truth

<<3682>> and now I see it what that information why this information was so important

<<3686>> for me and yeah our life is so fast and so fast changing and so crazy and

<<3692>> everything is so even in Dubai you can order anytime everywhere I can order

<<3697>> three at 3:00 in the night, I can order, I don't know, a bottle of milk and it

<<3702>> will come in 15 minutes. Everything is is always there and everything is so

<<3706>> fast and so fast changing. And for me, it's like really the reconnection with

<<3711>> myself and and and being in a soft and and and and yeah, and

<<3718>> very very soft and and lovable connection with my inner child always.

<<3723>> Also during the day sometimes I go back to my inner child and see what she's

<<3727>> doing and said, "Hey, are you safe at the moment?" "Okay, I'm safe. I'm taking

<<3730>> care of you." And being into this conversation with you the whole day is

<<3735>> like one of the most healing and transformational things we can do

<<3740>> because I speak with myself when I speak to my inner child, but I'm also speak to

<<3744>> this crazy amazing warrior queen and I say, "Okay, what do you think about

<<3751>> this? Is this really what we want? Is this just another struggling in my

<<3755>> comfort zone and don't taking the next step? And she said, you know what my

<<3758>> answer is? And then I asked this little child and say, oh my god, how you do

<<3763>> feeling about this? And I said, I'm fine. I like to play. And you know, this

<<3766>> is and then I asked the part of myself which is hating that step out of the

<<3770>> concert song. And she said, we don't want to do this. Don't listen at her.

<<3773>> And this is I keep up everything on the table. And I always say to the universe,

<<3777>> please bring everything on the table which is showing me the truth. And then

<<3781>> life brings you everything on the table and then you can select and these

<<3785>> conversations we need we really have to to to to be in this convers

<<3790>> conversations with all of the different parts of ourselves. This is so important

<<3795>> to have a conscious success and not like success on the outside also feel it in

<<3800>> the inside. No, that resonates so much. And I love what you said about it's

<<3805>> almost like you have three Alexandra to deal with. Maybe more maybe 14.

<<3813>> I absolutely love that. So my question to you is what is one thing that you are

<<3821>> doing like actively doing for your inner child Alexandra? And I think that you're

<<3828>> doing again actively doing or repeatedly doing for your boss queen lady uh who's

<<3835>> a goddess and achieving all the goals in her life. Yeah, that's easy because I I

<<3842>> I get to know these these two old all day is crazy. The kids um or the the

<<3847>> inner child for me is like having time with the kids. It's it's like really go

<<3850>> on the playground and just sitting on a swing and like doing building sand

<<3854>> castles and all the things like kids want want to do. I love to draw with my

<<3859>> children's childrens at the moment. I love to like being creative with them

<<3862>> together. So having own childs really brings me back my childhood a bit

<<3867>> closer. This is really easy now at the moment to be connected with my inner

<<3871>> child or my little Alexandra. And there are like different Alexandras, you know,

<<3875>> when you do your inner child healing, there's like the four years old

<<3878>> Alexandra, but there's also the 11 years old or maybe the 20 years old Alexandra

<<3882>> is also one of my inner child when I lost my dad. And um it is like really

<<3887>> being on a in a in a conversation with them and I really have like I imagined

<<3892>> that there's a big table. I have like a meditation that goes very deep and then

<<3896>> they they she said in the meditation let's open up a space and put all these

<<3901>> different parts of your personality together on one table and ask them about

<<3905>> the situation. And I was really remembering when I were thinking about

<<3910>> if we really should to move to Dubai for one year. I was asking every single part

<<3915>> I was asking the very I was asking the inner child. I was asking the very

<<3919>> comfortable women. I was asking the very self-destroying women and women I was

<<3924>> really in connection with everyone and then I um I really choose what my

<<3931>> intention told me who has the strongest voice in that moment and for my really

<<3936>> for my inner goddess it's more like um dressing up in the morning it's like

<<3943>> having nice closes because this is really something that comes from the

<<3946>> inside but you can always um remind yourself with the outside like with

<<3951>> having new clothes is I like it very flowy. I like when I have red lips. I

<<3955>> don't really use a lot of makeup, but I always have red lips. And I love really

<<3959>> to have great music on and put my diffuser on and have like, I don't know,

<<3963>> a great energy at home. And then I'm like dancing the whole day, whatever I'm

<<3967>> doing. And really dancing keeps me very connected with my queen. And then at the

<<3971>> same time playing with the kids is like also very good reminder. And there are

<<3976>> also different parts, you know, there are parts it's easy to connect with and

<<3980>> there are parts it's like challenging to connect with. It's challenging to

<<3983>> connect with a part of yourself that is like in a in a traumatic um connection

<<3988>> with like another part of yourself and sometimes you have to to really um

<<3994>> sometimes you have to be very soft and feel yourself and then you have to be

<<3997>> very straight. This is always like a voice in my head. Something is coming up

<<4000>> and said we should do this. No, this is not a great idea. And I think hey thank

<<4004>> you. Thank you for showing. I really hear you. Thank you for your your point

<<4008>> of view but I don't believe you anymore. there are so many other voices I I want

<<4012>> to go with now. So hey, come on the journey with me and we do it together. I

<<4016>> would not separate them. I would all try to keep them together. And for somebody

<<4020>> uh listening, they might be thinking, I don't know what issue like if people are

<<4024>> not into this um journey of self-healing and inner child. How would you recommend

<<4031>> people approaching this word? Um, is it something that you can do on your own

<<4036>> just finding a good meditation or is it something that if you're approaching

<<4041>> this word for the first time you need help from outside? Does it work? Yeah, I

<<4046>> think there you mean for the inner child work. I I think there are definitely a

<<4052>> lot of good books at the moment you can read but for me it was

<<4058>> like there is like a child living in me who lived the life so I am still the

<<4066>> child but there is something that really needs

<<4070>> to needs a bit more love and I am the only one who can give it to them.

<<4075>> Sometimes we wanted to have like things from our parents or grandparents or

<<4079>> friends or something they were not able to give us and it's I am the one who can

<<4086>> give this what was missing maybe 10 years ago and it's never too late. It's

<<4090>> never too late to give your inner child something that was missing like 10 years

<<4095>> ago. And really I mean if if we look at 2025 you can also talk with Chet GBT. It

<<4102>> was like for me it was so crazy to get in that connection. I said I want to

<<4106>> have more contact to my inner child. Can you ask me 10 questions and for a deeper

<<4109>> connection? There are so many possibilities at the moment really. Or

<<4113>> sometimes I say to to Chetu beauty I said okay you are um Alexandra now and I

<<4118>> am the inner child. Please make something to make me feel seen today.

<<4122>> You can really use this AI tools. We always think it's crazy that AI has so

<<4128>> much power and we don't know where where it will be but you can use it for

<<4131>> yourself in a very soft and healing healing way also. So um I think everyone

<<4137>> should do this this inner work because it's really healing on like another

<<4142>> level but it takes time. It really takes time. Yeah. I'm I'm sure of that and

<<4148>> thank you for sharing even those small actionable tips I think is really really

<<4152>> helpful for somebody who wants to embark on this journey. So uh thank you. Um I

<<4157>> have two final questions for you. Um one is how is Alexandra today? I should have

<<4163>> probably asked you this in the beginning but just if you take one second for

<<4166>> yourself out of the whole day how are you feeling today? Today h today I'm

<<4173>> feel very grateful. Yeah, feel very grateful and very loved.

<<4179>> Um, for me it's like I'm I'm I'm with so many things in in contact like making

<<4187>> sure how is the connections to my child, how is the connection to me, how is the

<<4190>> connection to my husband and today is really a day where I I really feel seen

<<4195>> also like I I was inviting into this podcast and it gives me like I am seen.

<<4200>> I am like um I am a part of Doerra. I am I I have a place where I can speak about

<<4206>> my journey or my thoughts and this is really it's not only just an invitation

<<4210>> into a podcast. It's really for me it gives me a moment to to really honor

<<4216>> because it's also like just a result of my work. It's like being seen and this

<<4221>> is for me um a very important part of my life. Alexandra obviously we are

<<4225>> approaching the terafil convention on the 9th and 10th of May. So I'm curious,

<<4231>> what are the three oils that you will have with you during convention? Oh,

<<4235>> that's a very good question. I would definitely have jasmine with me. Jasmine

<<4239>> is like my oil for feminine power and I I will have a a talk on stage. I will

<<4245>> speak at the um empowerment day. So I will really have jasmine everywhere when

<<4250>> I will enter the stage. Um then I definitely take with me grapefruit

<<4255>> because it's um it's for me really a helper during the day um to put it like

<<4261>> in water to like have like an inhilation or something. And the third oil will

<<4268>> be huh that's very good. Maybe it will be it will be passion or it will be

<<4276>> magnolia. I don't know passion or magolia. I'm I'm very when I when I go

<<4281>> on an event like like convention which is like in a very male energy like you

<<4285>> have like being on stage and meeting a lot of people for me it's also it's

<<4289>> always more important to focus on my feminine side like stay in my flow being

<<4292>> connected with me being with an open heart for meeting each other because a

<<4296>> lot of people come and want to make pictures or talk and that's for me

<<4299>> always the reminder to connect with my inner queen and these are really my oils

<<4303>> to connect with my inner goddess Alexandra I love this so much also

<<4308>> complete random, but grapefruit was the first oil I'd ever came in contact with

<<4313>> before even joining Dutera. Uh, and I think that was my haha moment. Um, so

<<4320>> yeah, I fell completely with grapefruit and I love the fact that you just went

<<4324>> through again. So nice. And I will come to convent. I mean, I obviously attend

<<4329>> convention. I will come and have a sneak peek in your bag and maybe I can do a

<<4333>> little video for what can I find in Alexandra's bag. Perfect. That would be

<<4338>> so good. Alexandra, thank you so much for your

<<4342>> time, your presence, and just um your openness today. It's been a pleasure

<<4347>> talking with you, and thank you for being vulnerable and just willing to

<<4351>> chat with us. Thank you so much for your time and opportunity to speak here.

<<4355>> Thank you. [Music]
