**Aromatic use:**Place three to four drops of Rosemary oil in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Add one drop to a Veggie Cap or dilute one drop in four fluid ounces of liquid
**Topical use:**Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute Rosemary essential oil with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional cautions below.
