Which markets are eligible for this promotion?

All European markets are eligible for this promotion.

What products qualify towards this promotion?

Any product that has an assigned PV value will qualify in your single customised enrolment order. Enrolment kits do not count as part of the promotion; the customised enrolment order must be made up of individual products or non-enrolment kits that reach the minimum PV requirement stated.

What forms of payment can I use for this promotion?

All of our currently accepted payment methods on shop.doterra will be accepted for this promotion, including Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Is the promotion based on PV or a monetary amount?

The free membership promotion is based on PV. PV isn’t the same as the monetary amount, so check your PV to ensure you’ve met the 150 PV requirement.

When will the enrolment fee be removed from my order?

When you reach the minimum PV amount, the website will automatically update to show that the fee is removed. You will also see that you've qualified for free membership during your final review process.

Can I email in my new enrolment?

Yes. You may also call Member Services.

How do I know if my order has been placed and processed correctly?

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account.

If I enrol with this promotion, do I still have to pay the annual fee?

Yes, you’ll pay a renewal fee of 15 euros (VAT Exclusive amount) to keep your membership after your first year. Once you renew your membership, we’ll send you a free gift of Peppermint essential oil as a thank you.

What is the difference between becoming a Wellness Advocate and becoming a Wholesale Customer?

Wholesale Customers: Wholesale Customers are interested in using doTERRA products for their wellness and want to purchase at wholesale pricing. A Wholesale Customer can also earn Loyalty Points with the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP).

- Enrolment Order: an enrolment order is the first order placed by a new Wellness Advocate or Wholesale Customer that includes either an enrolment kit or products of choice, in addition to the enrolment fee. - PV: stands for Personal Volume. All products have a set amount of PV, which is often the wholesale value of the product minus sales tax, shipping & handling charges. PV is NOT equal to the cost of an order. To view the set amount of PV for a specific product, please see the product description. - Reactivations: a reactivation is an individual that was previously signed up as a Wellness Advocate or Wholesale Customer who would like to reactivate their account. - Only a single order can only qualify for this promotion. - Any orders or items returned that result in the order going below the 150 PV requirement will not qualify. - Enrolment kits are excluded from this promotion. - This promotion is based on the PV of your order. Your enrolment order must reach the minimum 150 PV requirement to qualify. - PV is NOT equal to the cost of an order. Before completing the enrolment order, the new Wellness Advocate or Wholesale Customer must verify that the order is 150 PV or more. - Enrolment orders, once placed, cannot be changed, adjusted, or combined to qualify for the promotion. - Enrolment orders placed outside of the enrolment period do not count as qualifying enrolments for the promotion. No exceptions will be made. - Any orders or items returned that result in the order going below the 150 PV requirement will no longer qualify and will be charged an enrolment fee. - Wire Transfer payments must be received by the 10th of the following month in order to count toward the promotion. No exceptions will be made in this regard. - Reactivations DO NOT count toward this promotion. A reactivation is an individual that was previously signed up as a Wellness Advocate and would like to reactivate their account. - The new member's account must be held in Europe. - The enrolment fee lasts for one year. You will be prompted to renew annually. - Please ensure that you follow all these guidelines if you would like to qualify for the promotion. - If you feel you have qualified for the promotion and did not save on your enrolment fee, please contact Member Services and they will be able to advise. - This promotion will run from 20 January 2023 - 30th April 2023 for a limited time only.
