The Great Summer Reset

Learn to fall in love with life and protect your peace by filling your time with possibility! The Great
Summer Reset is a 10-week wellness game designed to help your mind detach from rigid routines and constant
noise. Choose your daily
foundation supplements, play the week's activities and check them off as you go, and connect once a
week with people who matter to you. This is how your mind and body thrive – so get outdoors and notice how you come alive!

FindWarmth Within

Summer allows us to feel the sun on our skin and soak up every drop of vitamin D, but these events are
about finding warmth within. The kind that comes from genuine connections, or
surrounding ourselves with people
who want to see us grow, and closing the gap between ourselves and who we aspire to be. Together, we'll
explore how nature's gifts can fuel and fulfill every step of your summertime. It's time to radiate

Online Events

Watching online gives you the power to create your own special space to enjoy an event. Engage at home
with family or host a watch party with your team. Whatever you choose, you'll love the amazing content and
speakers we have lined
up. We'll e-meet you soon!

available online. Event dates and times for virtual events will vary by market. You will receive an email
containing a link to the event

In-Person Events

We know that you love sharing experiences in person as much as we do, which is why we are thrilled to
come together for some live events. The energy and passion of the doTERRA community is long-lasting! You
will create precious
memories, make new friends and take the experience of a live event with you.

• Bring your registration confirmation with you (this can be on your phone).

• Arrive 15-20 minutes before the event starts so you can check in.

• We advise those who are keen to attend live physical events to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!

• Attendance at the event you have registered for is required for you to be eligible for the Prize Draw (prize draws will vary on market participation).

• Ticket prices for live in-person events vary, depending on your chosen event.

When you register for a live or online event on Eventbrite*, you could be entered
into a Prize Draw to win free dōTERRA products or other goodies! Prize draws or other giveaways are
exclusive to those who attend an
event, whether in-person or online.

*Entry deadlines and registration end times are detailed on each registration page. You must attend the
event, whether in-person or online, in order to be eligible for any specified prizes. Unless stated
otherwise, there is only one
entry per participant. Your entry may not be transferred or exchanged, and no cash value is assigned.

Please note prize draws, raffles, and giveaways vary between each event, and
not every event during the season will offer a prize draw. Details can be found in the event description
on the Eventbrite
registration page for your chosen event. Terms and conditions apply and may vary.

We cannot accept cash payments at the door and no exceptions will be made.

Where is my event located?

You can find the event location on the Eventbrite webpage. If the location
is not listed, this will be updated as soon as possible. Once you register for an event, you will
receive a confirmation email
stating the location and further details.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

You can update your details, including the name on your ticket, via your
Eventbrite account. Alternatively,
email us at euevents@doterra.com with the
following details and we will make these updates for you:

• Full name

• Email address

• doTERRA ID

• Name of event

• Date of event

• Event location

Please note that we check-in attendees based on their unique Eventbrite QR
codes, so name changes are usually not needed.

I am a prize-draw winner, how do I claim my gift?

Prize winners will receive a form to fill out in order to claim their
prize.
If you have any questions, please contact euevents@doterra.com. All the information in the
form is required for you to claim your prize.
All prizes must be claimed within 48 hours after the event ends. Once we have received your
information,
your prize will be processed within two weeks (delivery times may vary), and you will receive
confirmation from us as soon as this is done.
*Prize to be confirmed. Does my ticket include a free gift? If your ticket purchase includes a free gift, this will be referenced in the Eventbrite event description. Please note that the free gift is available only to attendees who participate in person; we cannot send the gift by mail or other means. I am unable to attend the event, but I have already bought a ticket. Will I still receive the free gift included as part of my ticket purchase? If the ticket to your event includes a free gift, these are only available for collection in-person during check-in; free gifts cannot be shipped to your home address. If a team member is attending the same event, you can provide them with your QR code to check-in on your behalf and they can collect your free gift for you. Will this event be recorded? In-person events are not recorded by dōTERRA, but may be photographed. Online events may be recorded and screenshots may be taken. Please note that by attending an event, you recognise that your image may be captured. Tickets are sold out. Can I still receive one? For in-person events, maximum capacities are set according to the health and safety regulations of the venue, so unless changes are made by the venue, capacities will not be increased. As there is no waiting list, be sure to check Eventbrite regularly as some tickets may be available if someone has their ticket refunded – this will not be communicated. Can I have my ticket refunded? If you would like to request a refund for your ticket, please do so through your Eventbrite account. Refund policies vary by event and are detailed on the event’s Eventbrite webpage. If you are unable to request a refund via your Eventbrite account, please email us at euevents@doterra.com
with your ticket information. Refunds can be issued up to 24 hours before the event starts.
No refunds will be processed during or after the event.

What happens if I am late for the in-person event?

If you are late to the in-person event, you can still attend as check-in
will remain open. If you need to leave the event early, we kindly ask that you respect speakers and
other attendees and exit
discreetly.

Where can I find the link for my online event?

Links to attend online events will be sent out the day before the event
starts. When available, links to online events are provided at the bottom of confirmation emails.

Can my child attend an in-person event? Do they need a ticket?

As these are business events, we do not recommend children attend. If
there is no alternative, children over the age of 5 years require a ticket. Children under the age of
5 years are able to attend for
free.

I can't find my ticket, what can I do?

• Access tickets instantly, on the web or in the app, via a secure link from the order confirmation page or email.

• Use the new Find my tickets tool in Eventbrite's global navigation to locate tickets.

• If you are still unable to locate your ticket, please contact euevents@doterra.com.

I can't make a payment on Eventbrite; how can I secure a ticket?

Some forms of debit cards may not be accepted by Eventbrite.
Unfortunately,
we do not have control over this payment process and are unable to process any payments on your
behalf.
We recommend that you try an alternative payment card on Eventbrite, arrange the payment with a
friend,
or get in contact with Eventbrite support directly using this link.
