<<21>> was just kept telling me I want to talk

<<24>> to these Europeans because you're doing

<<27>> so amazing and I'm so looking forward to

<<29>> Rome and so Emily here they are here's

<<32>> the great greatest of terrible line

<<35>> breaking I was so excited to come and be

<<38>> with you this year to give you all hugs

<<39>> and when we had to cancel the Rome

<<41>> convention oh my goodness it crushed us

<<44>> all we now know with everything

<<46>> happening it was the right decision and

<<48>> we're grateful that we did it

<<49>> yes but Oh we'd love to be with you and

<<52>> we just we just love that connection we

<<54>> love looking in your eyes and and

<<55>> holding your hands and giving you hugs

<<57>> especially me right right I hug a lot

<<61>> more than I thought I ever would

<<63>> yeah and the kiss thing in Europe is big

<<67>> too so it depends on the country there's

<<71>> one two three in one place for and you

<<73>> start on a different side so it's a

<<75>> whole right it's a whole education I've

<<77>> gone through in Europe yes

<<79>> but as we look at what's happening

<<82>> around the world especially you know

<<84>> it's starting to hit right here in our

<<86>> in our backyard in the US where we're

<<88>> sending our employees to work from home

<<90>> now we're excited that we're in a

<<92>> position where we can do that to

<<93>> continue to service you people are a

<<96>> little bit concerned because our schools

<<98>> just shut down right what a wonderful

<<100>> wonderful time to help people feel calm

<<103>> and even if we can't be with them

<<105>> physically in person yeah what a

<<108>> wonderful time we have to educate

<<110>> virtually and to stay connected that way

<<112>> yeah that's so important we've been

<<115>> talking about that one thing I love so

<<117>> much about doTERRA and in particular to

<<119>> tear Europe is how is that connection

<<121>> that you all have together and I feel so

<<124>> good that so many people are protected

<<126>> and they have this this social outlet

<<129>> and so I really urge you to to do

<<133>> we're doing on a global scale on a

<<135>> European scale for you on your team is

<<137>> to think about those people that may not

<<138>> be getting the the connections and the

<<141>> touches that they would normally get

<<142>> that because we all need to fill that

<<144>> social connection it's a wonderful time

<<146>> for us to really reach out we are

<<148>> doTERRA family to make sure everyone's

<<150>> cared for everyone's okay that no one

<<153>> feels alone

<<154>> right on on that note emily is leading

<<159>> the charge here at doTERRA as we try to

<<161>> rethink events of course events have

<<164>> really prevent presented a nice cadence

<<167>> to us we have our convention our

<<168>> leadership our country by country events

<<172>> where we really get to be there in

<<174>> person with you now we're going virtual

<<177>> and we've got a lot of exciting things

<<178>> in the works that we'll be sharing with

<<180>> you and hopefully it'll make us that

<<182>> much stronger when we can combine that

<<183>> with our in-person whenever that time is

<<186>> right again and as we've met together on

<<188>> this we get kind of excited because

<<190>> we're able to then make touches with

<<192>> people we never would have through just

<<194>> a physical event that's right yes so

<<197>> they get to tune in from the comfort of

<<199>> their own home or gather together in

<<201>> small little small little group

<<203>> gatherings right am I gonna make it

<<204>> really fun and we want to educate like

<<207>> we never have before right and you know

<<209>> so many of our executives are on the

<<211>> road 200 or more days a year to try to

<<213>> get to everyone and now you know Emily

<<216>> and I can just kind of touch down in

<<217>> Rome and do this quick infomercial no

<<221>> we're not actually in Rome it helps

<<224>> think differently about events for sure

<<226>> and and we're actually grateful for the

<<229>> challenge so we all come together as a

<<231>> stronger doTERRA community and you get

<<234>> to do that yourselves right where you

<<236>> get to go out and find that voice and

<<237>> connect with even more people because

<<239>> the world needs doTERRA now like never

<<241>> before so just know we'll be with you

<<243>> virtually for the convention that we

<<245>> were going to have an in Rome we're not

<<247>> leaving you alone we have some really

<<248>> exciting announcements that we want them

<<250>> all to know about some new products

<<252>> we're going to be rolling out and all

<<253>> the education to go along with it so we

<<255>> will be seeing you soon but we just

<<257>> wanted to do a little video to let you
