Diamonds+ Reserved Seating

Diamond+ lanyards must be worn at all times.

Qualifying Diamonds and above get reserved seating at Empowerment Day, based on reaching a minimum rank
of Diamond at least once from April 2025 – April 2026. Qualifiers sit at the
highest rank ever achieved. Seat covers will indicate specified ranks.

Example: If your maximum rank is Diamond, but you have only reached the rank of Gold in the qualification period, then you will not qualify for the reserved seating area.

2 reserved seats per account. Co-applicants both attending
cannot bring additional guests. Children not included within 2 reserved seats; children can sit in the
reserved seating area but relevant children's ticket required.

walking on stage to celebrate their achievements, electrifying live entertainment, and the chance to get

Walking the stage? We recommend wearing comfortable shoes due to the number of stairs near the stage.

Seating

There is general tiered seating available for the Celebration Evening for all attendees. Only qualified
floor access wristband holders will access a standing area.

Trophies

• Silver, Gold, and Platinum rank advancers will collect their trophy from dōTERRA staff, just before walking onto the stage.

• Diamond+ rank advancers receive their trophy when they check-in with the Recognition Team, just before their line up.

• Diamond Club Winners from Europe and the DACH region receive their trophy when they check-in with the Recognition Team, just before their line up.
  Did you qualify for more than one rank within the qualification period? Please inform a member of staff to collect multiple trophies.

Floor Access Wristbands

Floor Access Wristbands

Floor Access Wristbands are available to selected qualifiers to access an exclusive area
of the venue during the Celebration Evening.

The Recognition Team will contact Floor Access Wristband qualifiers directly.
Qualifiers will collect their Wristband during registration.

Please note that qualifying for a stage walk does not guarantee a Floor Access
Wristband. Stage walkers and Wristband qualifiers are two separate qualification groups.

Due to floor capacity limits, access is restricted. The venue includes a mix of
standing room on the floor, and seating in the main arena.

Additional Information

If you meet more than one of the criteria, you only get Floor Pass Wristbands for one category.

If you qualified for a Rank Advancement category prior to April 2025 and have
not already walked the stage at a previous Europe Convention, please contact

Language Interpretation

There will be no language interpretation at the Celebration Evening; the evening is dedicated to
celebrating and
dancing!

Refreshments

There will be drinks, refreshments and snacks available nearby throughout the evening. Food or
beverages are not
included with your ticket and must be purchased separately.
