<<7>> and experts on education inspiration and

<<10>> actionable tips to help you live your

<<12>> best Doo life my name is lud Bato prod

<<16>> education manager of DOA Europe and I'm

<<18>> pleased to be your host today on today's

<<21>> episode I'm speaking to Oliver and anela

<<23>> kisten and oh my goodness where do we

<<25>> even start with these two they are the

<<28>> perfect example and inspiration for

<<30>> anybody who wants to live their life on

<<32>> their own terms these guys have forged a

<<35>> path for themselves based on exactly

<<37>> what they want and they live every day

<<39>> to the fullest they are absolute

<<42>> inspiration when it comes to Wellness

<<44>> business and personal

<<48>> development Angela Oliver thank you so

<<50>> much for being here with me today it's

<<52>> such a pleasure to have you here I am

<<55>> buzzing I cannot wait to start this

<<56>> conversation so thank you w it's amazing

<<59>> it's a pleasure very professional I feel

<<61>> so professional it's amazing thank you

<<63>> perfect so I think one of the question

<<65>> where I'd like to start is can you

<<67>> please uh tell me what your life looked

<<69>> before DOA who were you before DOA was

<<72>> there a life before DOA interesting

<<75>> question what do you think I I I

<<77>> remember I was it feels like it was

<<79>> really another life it was the life

<<83>> before

<<83>> dotera and I was cutting hair back then

<<86>> I was a hairdresser I had a shop in

<<88>> Munich and and I always thought I liked

<<92>> what I do but I some kind of got bored

<<94>> of that and it was over and over and

<<96>> over the same things and it was

<<99>> exhausting and but actually there was

<<102>> not much else I thought I could do until

<<106>> Angela popped up with a new

<<108>> idea that's what I'm doing so my life

<<111>> was always very creative in my first

<<114>> main job I'm an actress and worked in TV

<<117>> stations Etc so talking is quite

<<120>> issue for me has always been um what

<<125>> hasn't changed was that I never felt

<<127>> comfortable in being employed it I don't

<<130>> want to I don't want to harm anyone

<<133>> who's employed that's all good but for

<<134>> me it felt like not being possible so I

<<137>> could never have the same day never this

<<142>> day exactly like the last day in the

<<143>> next so it it's so it's it has always

<<145>> been very spontaneous and very changing

<<148>> and very emotional so so that's why

<<150>> somehow when the Tera hits in it totally

<<153>> fits into my feeling of um creating my

<<155>> own life okay there was always a big

<<158>> issue for me big thing for me yeah and

<<160>> can you please tell us when did do

<<162>> arrive in your life I think it's

<<165>> 2017 am I correct no it's

<<169>> 2018 we started 2018 I'm not the numbers

<<172>> person so just that you know we started

<<174>> 201 the back office and um we really got

<<179>> starting with the business was in the

<<181>> end of 2018 this was when we realized

<<184>> that there is the potential of growing

<<186>> something with DOA so um Beyond using

<<189>> the oils using the products it was 2018

<<192>> when we just like started thinking about

<<195>> that could be another life which could

<<197>> be not a 9 to5 life which could just

<<200>> change our whole approach so 2018 Yes W

<<204>> we started classically as customers I

<<206>> used the oils I was happy and then I

<<208>> couldn't stop talking about it like lot

<<211>> of people yes I fell in love and I could

<<213>> say I want to heal everyone I want to

<<215>> help everyone so I always had my oil

<<217>> with me and I was talking to every

<<219>> client that he was cutting hair and blow

<<222>> drying blow drying all the time and I

<<224>> was trying to go through the oils ah you

<<226>> could use this you could use this so it

<<228>> was um kind of a performance in our

<<230>> hairdresser shop um and then I step by

<<233>> step found out that it's a business

<<234>> opportunity I didn't know that um which

<<237>> was very exciting I had no experience in

<<239>> network marketing at all I just remember

<<242>> that when I found out oh it's network

<<243>> marketing I remember that they that my

<<246>> mother um had when I was a kid had a um

<<250>> makeup from a makeup company and it was

<<252>> a girl a lady and she came to our house

<<255>> once a month and she came there and that

<<258>> was crazy good I love those moments

<<260>> because my mother was so happy and

<<261>> someone taking care of her and those

<<263>> were my only experience with net

<<265>> marketing so far and they were 100 100%

<<268>> good so when I learned about the

<<270>> business model I found out oh okay it's

<<272>> that's a good that's a good thing to do

<<274>> it's close contact it's being close to

<<276>> people it's a lot of talking showing

<<279>> having good product so it totally makes

<<281>> sense and it totally made sense to us

<<284>> then yeah I was I was actually just

<<286>> curious I I love talking so this is what

<<290>> what what gets us together we love to

<<291>> talk we love to inform people about what

<<294>> we do we love to share our passion and I

<<297>> was just curious on how we could get it

<<299>> started

<<300>> and then we just didn't overthink it we

<<302>> just got into that and this is what I

<<305>> could tell everyone in the beginning

<<307>> just get it going okay nice what are

<<310>> some of the challenges that you had to

<<312>> overcome you know during the journey as

<<315>> we hav't had any experience in network

<<317>> marketing before um but we are quite

<<319>> good sellers we we're just talking about

<<322>> oils talking about the product selling

<<324>> selling selling had a lot of new

<<325>> customers but we have never had any kind

<<328>> of system

<<330>> what what happens then so we had those

<<332>> customers but we had no clue how to keep

<<335>> them we had no clue about LP we had no

<<338>> idea about um what's a good information

<<341>> what's a good system to keep them as

<<343>> loyal customers so I guess we lost

<<346>> hundreds really like hundreds customers

<<348>> just by making them passionate at one

<<351>> situation at the intro class which we

<<353>> did like thousands F feel feels like

<<356>> thousands but then we kind of lost them

<<360>> you

<<361>> remember I would I would say it is like

<<364>> um we started so passionate that we did

<<368>> not think of any follow-ups so we just

<<372>> went out we shared our passion and we

<<375>> got a lot of fans but we did not have

<<376>> enough space for just serving all the

<<379>> fans and it took us a while to find

<<382>> those systems which Anga was talking

<<384>> about to really give every customer and

<<388>> every potential she Builder the best

<<391>> basis to start from so it's like I think

<<394>> it's a common a common issue and a

<<396>> common challenge that people always

<<398>> looking on what works for them instead

<<400>> of what duplicates so we should focus a

<<403>> lot more on the duplication that others

<<406>> want to do the same like we do than in

<<409>> what works for us so think about what

<<411>> the others do first and then think about

<<414>> how to support them second and then

<<416>> think what works for you because when

<<419>> the other start doing the same it will

<<421>> have a huge leverage and a huge impact

<<423>> okay yeah and and a classical one that

<<425>> we had a lot of customers but we

<<427>> couldn't find anyone who was looking at

<<429>> us in the int class me performing for

<<432>> three hours and no one was sitting there

<<434>> and saying I can do the same no one was

<<437>> thinking that and I tried I tried to do

<<439>> the same each and every each and every

<<441>> time he gave his

<<443>> best we we really had we had intro

<<446>> classes with three and a half hours and

<<448>> we had always the same joke that in the

<<450>> end everyone was buying because we just

<<452>> had to stop so tired please guys just

<<455>> stop I buy but please shut up stop now

<<458>> and it was really really funny before we

<<460>> before we started really implementing

<<463>> some systems which made it duplicatable

<<466>> and in a way I treated every customer

<<468>> different which is nice I looked at

<<469>> their individual um individual issues

<<472>> but on the other hand there was nothing

<<474>> I couldn't lean on in the second

<<475>> conversation and I couldn't remember I

<<477>> act somehow like a therapist or

<<479>> something but I'm not so and that's not

<<482>> the way how we treat customers it

<<484>> doesn't make any sense so I really had

<<486>> to find out what what's what are the

<<488>> steps how to talk to customers how to um

<<492>> make the second conversation the third

<<493>> conversation step by step and then the

<<495>> next thing was to to teach others yeah

<<498>> how to do the same and that was a big gu

<<501>> this is a hard it took us years years

<<504>> years years yeah you always wanted to

<<506>> have the perfect answer to to each and

<<509>> every issue before we changed a little

<<512>> in our mindset that we support already

<<514>> healthy people in living the best

<<517>> possible lifestyle instead of try to

<<520>> cure anything because this is not what

<<522>> we're here for we're just sharing a

<<524>> product and a passion and this we're

<<527>> doing really passionate yeah so now that

<<530>> you reached the rank of presidential

<<532>> Diamond do you still face some

<<534>> challenges or I don't know maybe the

<<536>> perception is that now that you reach

<<537>> that high rank you don't don't have any

<<540>> challenges and life is just smooth

<<542>> exactly

<<544>> no CH we lying on the pool yeah we have

<<548>> a nice we have a nice pool Sunshine

<<550>> every day so it's exactly the opposite I

<<553>> always say that at the now we slowly

<<557>> understand how this business works I

<<559>> would say for the last one and a half

<<561>> year we're really getting into the

<<564>> business model the structure the system

<<566>> systemize everything so

<<570>> that's why I would say we slowly

<<573>> understand the business after all those

<<576>> years it's really hard to say it's a bit

<<577>> shameful but it's really like that and

<<580>> now it feels like we just started in a

<<582>> way we just the movement has just begun

<<585>> because now we know how to duplicate now

<<587>> we know how how important a system is

<<590>> now we know how to teach a system and to

<<593>> te Teach others to teach a system so

<<595>> this is just the the um yes the way how

<<598>> it's going and that's why for us it

<<601>> feels like the movement has just begun

<<603>> so we're not working

<<606>> less I would even say not it's not more

<<609>> just we working different it's really

<<610>> not just not possible yes but yeah it's

<<613>> it's not this picture that we have yes

<<615>> you're PD and then you relax you can you

<<617>> can do whatever you choose but our

<<620>> characters are like that we really want

<<622>> to make this movement even bigger and we

<<625>> want to show others how to make their

<<628>> own movement using network marketing DOA

<<631>> as a tool for a personal growth and

<<634>> movement so that's what we're

<<636>> concentrating now and of course along

<<638>> the way there are so many things in

<<642>> communication dealing with it's a

<<644>> people's business so there were some

<<646>> things and I don't know how deep you

<<648>> want to dig you but we could give some

<<650>> examples that were really really

<<652>> challenging and and yeah in the last

<<654>> year so you you're actually your

<<656>> challenges are growing with you so you

<<658>> have different challenges with uh the

<<660>> rank of presidential Diamond than you

<<662>> have in the beginning when you were

<<664>> silver because your team grows bigger so

<<666>> it's a lot more people and more people

<<669>> more problems this is does sound easy

<<671>> not for a second by the way it is it is

<<674>> really not and and I'm I'm really going

<<676>> for that mindset that people don't

<<678>> expect it to be easy because we have

<<680>> this we have this common mindset

<<682>> everyone's trying to have everything in

<<684>> flow and everything easy and everything

<<688>> however it should be it is just not so

<<690>> in between sometimes it is and and you

<<693>> appreciate it but often it is like a

<<695>> hard work so you have to deal with many

<<698>> people and you have to deal with many

<<700>> people's opinions and ideas and whatever

<<703>> they have everyone bringing his own

<<704>> stuff to the table and yeah I I think

<<708>> you have you have misunderstandings what

<<711>> you learn on the way is communicating

<<715>> really clear which is a big issue in the

<<717>> beginning we're talking a lot but we are

<<720>> not really clear on the point M and

<<722>> while evolving from one rank to the

<<724>> other you are creating um a better

<<729>> communication skill so you're really

<<731>> clear and everything you're challenged

<<734>> with is something you bring from your

<<737>> past so you grow with people which you

<<740>> attracted in the beginning but we

<<742>> attracted a lot different people seven

<<744>> years ago than we attract now so it is

<<747>> always a mirror of your of your own

<<750>> situation in the time when you are

<<752>> attracting someone so about five six

<<755>> seven years later you are dealing with

<<757>> some challenges you attracted seven

<<760>> years ago so I think no one is really

<<762>> talking about that but network marketing

<<765>> in my opinion is the best way of doing

<<767>> anything but creating a network means

<<770>> you are connected to each other in good

<<773>> times and bad times and if you attract

<<776>> someone about seven years ago which was

<<777>> a perfect fitback then might not be a

<<780>> perfect fit now so I can say and I'm

<<784>> very very grateful for that of a team

<<786>> from now 17 16,000 people something like

<<790>> that we have the situation that we are

<<793>> really really good with almost everyone

<<796>> but some of them went into a different

<<798>> direction which is okay and you have to

<<801>> deal with that so we you have to deal

<<804>> with a situation when you are not on the

<<806>> same side and it is all about

<<809>> communication I think this is the most

<<811>> important skill you can learn on the way

<<813>> is to find a way to communicate and get

<<816>> back together on the table yeah it's not

<<819>> a job that you go somewhere and you ask

<<822>> oh tell me about the job and I learn it

<<824>> for three years like headdress for

<<827>> example and um so it's a job you have to

<<829>> learn by your own experience and by

<<831>> mentorship so it's really important to

<<833>> look for mentors who really more

<<835>> experienced than you are and ask them

<<836>> some question whatever so this is

<<838>> something coming to I guess so um and

<<841>> there was something that we really had

<<843>> to learn painfully was when you have the

<<845>> feeling of losing a leg at the p in the

<<848>> past we had the feeling of oh we've lost

<<850>> this leg so we we have lost a qualifier

<<852>> during our years so it was quite

<<854>> surprising it felt like felt like a

<<857>> surprise oh we lost the leg but it's not

<<859>> a surprise actually no and when we when

<<861>> we listen to others and there yes I lost

<<862>> a qualify I'm like no didn't lose it you

<<865>> just haven't looked at the points that

<<868>> help you calculate where this person is

<<871>> going so there are a few things that you

<<873>> can really look at how many core

<<876>> languages Elite in our situation how

<<878>> many Elites do does this team create

<<880>> every month you can calculate is this

<<883>> person going to life events or is she

<<886>> not if she is not coming it's a it's a

<<890>> sign to go in communication so there are

<<892>> some some things um if you look at them

<<896>> and you know which point you have have

<<899>> to check you're not losing it co

<<902>> instantly you see it coming and there

<<905>> are some there's some point where you

<<907>> say ah stop we can let's sit together

<<910>> and and look at that so this changed

<<912>> completely from the feeling of oh oh

<<915>> it's so what a mess we lost the leg in

<<918>> okay we we forgot to calculate and we

<<920>> forgot to look at the um important

<<922>> things yeah but is it something that you

<<925>> can kind of say now with experience or

<<928>> because back then you were not you

<<930>> didn't have the feeling of you know like

<<932>> calculating and like this Forward

<<935>> Thinking right yes now we because we've

<<936>> learned it and everyone in our team we

<<938>> tell them said you can check this this

<<941>> this this they don't have to make like

<<943>> red flags like in relationship you are

<<946>> red flags you just have to know where

<<948>> are the red flags and we didn't know in

<<951>> the but we learned through the L and

<<953>> then we yeah we learned with our

<<954>> mentorship and Etc but um our team

<<958>> doesn't have to make the own the same

<<959>> mistakes they might because they insist

<<963>> it's okay it's okay sometimes it's like

<<966>> that um but I think and I heard this

<<969>> sentence from Elise shedy once she said

<<971>> no one has made more mistakes than

<<973>> Patrick and Elise said I would say no

<<976>> one has made more mistakes than we in

<<978>> the German speaking Market because we're

<<980>> always like creating something tear it

<<983>> down tear it apart do something else

<<985>> building rebuilding Etc but that's the

<<987>> way you learn right make

<<990>> not everybody pain it's painful it's

<<992>> always the way of plan do review so we

<<995>> plan something we do it and this is I

<<997>> think this is one of our main strength

<<1000>> we just do it so we don't overthink we

<<1002>> plan it we do it and then we review it

<<1005>> and this is sometimes really cool and

<<1008>> this is sometimes really painful but we

<<1010>> just tried it so I think the main thing

<<1013>> is to start to except that it is about a

<<1017>> business it is like treat it as a

<<1019>> business it's not a hobby so if you want

<<1021>> to grow to a certain Rank and I think

<<1024>> this is above silver you have to treat

<<1027>> it as a business and then it changes

<<1029>> because if you treat it like a business

<<1031>> and if you just imagine it would be your

<<1035>> only business so this is for the lower

<<1037>> ranks at the beginning if you treat it

<<1038>> like everything you do every income

<<1041>> producing activity you do is the only

<<1044>> way you would have in order to earn

<<1046>> money if you would get ,000

<<1049>> for each one you call if you would get

<<1051>> $1,000 for putting each name on your

<<1054>> names list if you really treat it like a

<<1056>> business it changes your view on that so

<<1060>> we try we so often see that people try

<<1062>> to play their way into the game which is

<<1065>> okay but on one day you have to make a

<<1068>> decision to treat it like a business and

<<1071>> then just go for it which means that you

<<1073>> at one point have to decide am I doing

<<1076>> an income producing activity or am just

<<1079>> doing a managing mode and this is a huge

<<1082>> thing you have a little team and you

<<1084>> start to feel like some kind of

<<1086>> management which is nice the feeling but

<<1089>> only for a minute because then you

<<1092>> please have to go on and just see what

<<1095>> is my income producing activity because

<<1097>> we we all have to do it doesn't matter

<<1100>> what what rank we all have to do income

<<1102>> producing activities so which are the

<<1104>> ones that it's enrolling it's presenting

<<1107>> so when you stop doing this and switch

<<1110>> into management mode because it feels so

<<1112>> fancy this is the wrong direction and

<<1114>> when you look at your people and they

<<1116>> start and we always ask are you working

<<1117>> on your homepage okay stop it have you

<<1121>> enrolled someone enrolled for for

<<1123>> everyone for everyone the brand new

<<1125>> listeners if you just creating your

<<1127>> perfect business card stop it if you are

<<1130>> working on your perfect Flyers stop it

<<1132>> so whatever you do ask ask your question

<<1136>> am I getting money for that so if your

<<1139>> answer is no stop doing it you can do it

<<1141>> when you're diamond and above but don't

<<1143>> do it now because this is everything

<<1145>> which will slow you down on the way to

<<1147>> success and you need a certain amount of

<<1149>> success in order to feel good and to

<<1151>> keep on working yeah and when you come

<<1153>> to the higher ranks the Trap is even

<<1154>> bigger because then some some people

<<1156>> just really completely stop by doing

<<1158>> income producing activities so that's

<<1161>> what I meant it's not feeling different

<<1162>> for us because we building and building

<<1164>> and building so that's why it feels like

<<1167>> it's more or less the same this is why

<<1169>> you're so

<<1170>> successful yes I guess so and this is

<<1173>> something this is something which feels

<<1175>> sometimes so boring to be really honest

<<1178>> because int

<<1180>> 1,27 you're not you're not paid the best

<<1183>> because

<<1184>> you're steadily um evolving new things

<<1187>> it is about recreating the same things

<<1190>> over and over again and get better at

<<1193>> your skills it's not like being a new

<<1195>> you every day it's just being a better

<<1197>> you doing the same things over and over

<<1200>> and over again that's it and it sounded

<<1203>> a bit like also getting your priorities

<<1205>> straight at the right rank is crucial

<<1208>> right yeah and you have to know them you

<<1211>> have to know them and we got we really

<<1213>> had to learn what other things but I

<<1215>> mean that we have amazing tools

<<1217>> everything is written down you can see

<<1218>> the mindset for every so it's obvious

<<1221>> you don't have to make it up so we have

<<1224>> all the tools and the informations in

<<1225>> theara needed to to to learn that and

<<1229>> since we started the marketing tools

<<1231>> everything has improved like it's

<<1234>> insanely good so you're a part of that I

<<1237>> mean yeah I mean so many things have

<<1239>> have been created during the last five

<<1241>> years so I would say we have everything

<<1244>> and more to know it all you just really

<<1247>> have to look at it and take it seriously

<<1249>> and watch it and learn it and then do it

<<1251>> yeah I have one more thing about that

<<1253>> because I was just thinking why you were

<<1256>> talking I think it's important important

<<1259>> not to be so serious about yourself so

<<1262>> in the beginning you you think everyone

<<1264>> everything has to be branded unique

<<1267>> regarding your own expectations

<<1270>> everything has to be perfect for you and

<<1273>> over time I love sharing just the stuff

<<1277>> from other teams so for example if

<<1279>> someone is asking me um about a good

<<1281>> video about the business I'm constantly

<<1283>> sharing Matt Hall's video which is four

<<1285>> years old but it's just like perfect so

<<1287>> I couldn't make it better and sometimes

<<1290>> it's even easier to share something from

<<1294>> someone else than your own stuff because

<<1297>> then you are not the Holy Grail it's

<<1299>> just like I have a good information from

<<1300>> a friend of mine may I share it with you

<<1302>> just be easy and use the things which

<<1304>> are already there yeah but I think that

<<1307>> also involves a certain degree of like

<<1309>> maturity and removing the ego out of the

<<1311>> equation which is not easy so kudos to

<<1314>> you for doing that you kind of crack the

<<1317>> code yes it's a trap for high earners

<<1320>> that they start doing a I I just have to

<<1324>> be careful what they're saying not to

<<1325>> offend anyone because I don't mean

<<1326>> anyone in to to make up their own TV

<<1330>> show or to make up their own Super

<<1332>> coaching program Etc or write a book

<<1335>> this is a classical one write a really

<<1338>> serious book so I'm a top earner now I

<<1340>> need to go out in the world and become

<<1342>> the next Tony Robins if you take your

<<1344>> network marketing business if you take

<<1346>> your data business serious then you you

<<1348>> continue doing the work and that's the

<<1350>> work is clearly defined and the work is

<<1353>> not really automatically including

<<1355>> writing a book or starting a huge um

<<1358>> coaching program because when you travel

<<1361>> around your country doing coaching

<<1364>> sessions with everyone and you maybe you

<<1366>> make extra money with that a lot I don't

<<1368>> know um but you forget your team and

<<1371>> your team is stand there and you're the

<<1373>> super priest and you're the super coach

<<1376>> but your team is just lost without you

<<1380>> right l so this is a big trap for top

<<1382>> earners that's why I would say there's a

<<1385>> difference between top leaders and top

<<1387>> earners because top leaders would never

<<1389>> leave their team alone top earners yes

<<1391>> they would go they would go for the ego

<<1393>> way they would go for the fancy way

<<1395>> standing on the back stages and has

<<1397>> nothing to do with the company it's just

<<1400>> like it's just an e thing it's so of

<<1403>> course people can do that it's not our

<<1405>> way because we are creating a h team and

<<1408>> we really insist on being the Terra

<<1410>> leaders so this is that's yeah so there

<<1413>> are different traps in different ranks I

<<1415>> would say of course yeah and that

<<1416>> triggered my next question and also

<<1418>> something that I wanted to say uh like

<<1420>> you obviously very unique and I still

<<1422>> vividly remember the first time I met

<<1425>> you guys we were in Pula attending

<<1426>> Leadership Retreat a couple of years ago

<<1429>> and I actually met you the day before

<<1431>> you went on stage and you were just

<<1433>> dancing uh completely disconnected from

<<1436>> the word but I could clearly see the

<<1437>> energy between you both was incredible

<<1440>> and then the following morning you were

<<1441>> on stage and again there was something

<<1444>> about you both that was just like okay

<<1447>> these two are special and their energy

<<1450>> can be felt like people can feel your

<<1452>> energy so how do you work with your

<<1454>> energy and and I'll stop here for a

<<1457>> moment hopefully we are not unique

<<1460>> because that because I think that there

<<1462>> are many more with a special energy and

<<1465>> a special energy around them they're

<<1467>> just not they're just MH still and the

<<1470>> interesting thing the the the event that

<<1472>> you mentioned this was the first time

<<1474>> when when we left stage people were

<<1476>> coming to us and saying this this was so

<<1479>> good but watching you makes me feel that

<<1482>> I can also do it and this was the we

<<1485>> were like BR this is this something

<<1487>> positive because we were is it something

<<1490>> nice or does it sound like we are some

<<1493>> funny tattoo guys and no one takes the

<<1496>> serious no it's it's the best compliment

<<1498>> you can get when it comes to duplication

<<1500>> that when you are authentic people that

<<1503>> are triggered by authentic auth it's

<<1506>> quite

<<1507>> authenticity authenticity thank you um

<<1510>> people that are triggered in this um

<<1512>> authenticity amazing thank you this is

<<1514>> quite um a special word in English um so

<<1518>> when they're triggered in this and they

<<1519>> see you and they get connect to their

<<1522>> own authenticity thank you um then they

<<1525>> feel like they can do it as well so

<<1527>> authentic yes authentic is pretty simple

<<1530>> so this is the most most goal for us

<<1534>> that people see us and say okay they

<<1536>> they do it they're just normal people oh

<<1538>> when when someone's coming to us and say

<<1540>> oh you're exactly like you're on

<<1541>> Instagram I could never have imagined I

<<1544>> think that's a good thing because we can

<<1546>> we just like we are yes thank you it's

<<1550>> his guess what it's his favorite it's my

<<1553>> it's my it's my favorite word word of

<<1554>> the day it's my favorite word yes but

<<1558>> what was your question I forgot your

<<1559>> question anyway did you the energy

<<1561>> remember I remember if you like I could

<<1563>> answer yeah maybe you say something

<<1566>> again the basic basis of the whole thing

<<1568>> is a good system so if your system is

<<1572>> clear you have a lot to a a lot of space

<<1575>> to to to to move so you can you can see

<<1579>> a system no matter if it's on network

<<1581>> marketing or if it's uh on stage or

<<1583>> whatever you have if you have a good set

<<1586>> of tools you can rely on you are quite

<<1589>> safe so if you know what to do if you

<<1591>> have your steps to go then it saves you

<<1595>> so much thank you it saves you so much

<<1597>> energy because you can dance around your

<<1599>> tools because you you are just like

<<1602>> you're you're safe where you go so this

<<1604>> is what you need you need you need steps

<<1607>> which are working so the most important

<<1610>> thing is that things are duplicatable

<<1613>> and they work so if you have that then

<<1616>> it's not so important if you tattooed

<<1619>> and Barefoot and just like super happy

<<1621>> or if you are wearing a tight suit and

<<1623>> you're like this is all like people get

<<1627>> some people are more related to people

<<1629>> who look super businesslike or super

<<1632>> easy or super hepes or whatever so this

<<1635>> is just like a style but it I think the

<<1637>> basis is a good system and dancing

<<1641>> around your system and being really

<<1644>> authentic again this word yeah again

<<1646>> this word I love it but um it's quite

<<1649>> usual in the DOA word um to see the

<<1651>> women taking care of you know the

<<1653>> products and teaching classes side of

<<1655>> things and then the men business

<<1656>> business business how does it work for

<<1658>> you or how do you balance this energy

<<1661>> between you guys mentioning presenting

<<1664>> Arts is business doing business so I

<<1667>> would start with that um of course when

<<1670>> women show do intro classes they doing

<<1673>> business huh it's pretty tough it's

<<1675>> pretty tough um we've done our intro

<<1677>> class as we have worked completely

<<1679>> offline for the first three years at

<<1682>> least yes completely 100% offline no

<<1685>> online we hadn't no idea that Instagram

<<1688>> existed um so we we always um have done

<<1692>> intro classes together like a

<<1693>> performance which was very nice I mean

<<1695>> it was long and but as it was long in

<<1698>> the beginning and then over time we had

<<1700>> a script for that so we started with we

<<1702>> started with a system on intro classes

<<1705>> and it was a it was a clear script so

<<1707>> what whatever happened if Anga stopped

<<1709>> talking I could just take over in that

<<1711>> situation and and we did those int

<<1713>> classes together and this was really

<<1715>> really fun because it took us to really

<<1717>> strange places all over Europe and we

<<1720>> have been in yoga huts and we have been

<<1723>> in massage Studios and we have we have

<<1724>> been everywhere don't mention every spot

<<1727>> and it is like if it comes to couples um

<<1732>> I think this model and always riding

<<1735>> along this model is is a bit ridiculous

<<1737>> mhm because it gets you back in the

<<1739>> Stone Age it's like the women is taking

<<1741>> care of the children and the guys are

<<1742>> going out for hunting this is this is

<<1745>> just not the way it is I I see often

<<1748>> that there are some skills in the gender

<<1752>> which might be easier for someone so it

<<1755>> is it comes quite naturally to me just

<<1757>> to check the numbers at the end of the

<<1758>> month because I'm curious where we're

<<1760>> going to and Angela shares the product

<<1763>> wherever she's going so I think but

<<1766>> you're also sharing the product it's

<<1767>> just not

<<1768>> I mean a different way in a yes exactly

<<1771>> that's it so but as as we have really

<<1774>> systemized everything it's what what he

<<1776>> says that when I stop talking he can

<<1778>> continue so this is what we teach you

<<1780>> can the same so if I'm doing a business

<<1782>> intro and I start coughing she can talk

<<1785>> so yeah so be doing it together I think

<<1787>> we have more or less the same knowledge

<<1789>> but some different ways of where our

<<1792>> passion goes in the end it goes in the

<<1794>> same direction and actually yes when it

<<1798>> comes to special product things I'm

<<1801>> asking her and if it comes to um how was

<<1805>> it again with the power of three

<<1806>> calculate something calculate anything

<<1808>> sometimes sometimes she comes to me but

<<1811>> not because I know it better I think

<<1813>> it's more because she doesn't like it

<<1815>> that much m is it there are some women

<<1817>> who love numbers so let's do numbers I'm

<<1820>> really not the perfect numbers person um

<<1824>> which is okay and it doesn't have to be

<<1826>> with my something it doesn't have to be

<<1828>> connected to my gender it's just like I

<<1830>> okay I don't I'm not really the funny

<<1832>> thing is I got kicked out of school

<<1833>> because of math wow was never I was

<<1837>> never into numbers but I found out if

<<1839>> the numbers mean something it changes

<<1842>> everything so because this numbers are

<<1844>> important to me so I I treat them like

<<1847>> they are important and it is always the

<<1849>> same where energy it where where

<<1852>> attention goes energy flows I guess

<<1854>> that's right it's like that and and I

<<1856>> love those numbers because those numbers

<<1858>> mean something to us and the numbers in

<<1861>> the end are just like the product of the

<<1863>> work we are doing all together so if

<<1865>> there are no int classes there are no

<<1867>> numbers so you have to do it together

<<1870>> because you have to understand each

<<1871>> other so I think it's super important

<<1874>> for every man in this business host your

<<1877>> class at least 10 of them and we have

<<1879>> this thing about being obsessed of being

<<1882>> obsessed being together so we would

<<1884>> never do an intro class or business

<<1886>> training we uh alone he so we're doing

<<1890>> everything together so every business

<<1893>> yes but we obsessed with that I think

<<1894>> this might be a bit unique I don't know

<<1896>> I think there are some coupl I don't

<<1899>> know but and if you and if you think

<<1900>> about that if it comes to this product

<<1902>> numbers thing what's about boy Truman is

<<1905>> he talking numbers or is he talking

<<1906>> product and when it comes to to Elise

<<1909>> was she talking about a business

<<1911>> strategy or was she talking about oils I

<<1914>> think we have to we have to let this

<<1916>> idea go so we represent the business we

<<1920>> represent the business opportunity we

<<1922>> represent the the company so if this is

<<1925>> this includes everything yeah that's

<<1927>> everything is intertwined yeah and this

<<1929>> but the funny thing is I never in my

<<1931>> whole life did one do teror order until

<<1934>> today because she never lets me no I

<<1936>> always decide what we're going to and

<<1938>> and this is when when I have to explain

<<1940>> it to a new customer how he sets his lrp

<<1943>> I have to ask her because I never did it

<<1946>> because she never left me so there are

<<1948>> some good videos I can send you so you

<<1950>> can watch it how to create your first L

<<1952>> it's super easy okay cool you'll get it

<<1955>> you getwise I call the customer service

<<1957>> they're working very nice with me so

<<1960>> what you said earlier about the script

<<1961>> like you can finish off uh each other

<<1964>> sentences and stuff is this also

<<1966>> something that you share with your team

<<1967>> or how do you work with your team so we

<<1970>> had to learn when we were stuck and we

<<1973>> were stuck in some ranks of course it

<<1976>> was always the thing that we were

<<1978>> missing a system sorry to say but again

<<1980>> and again it wasn't my favorite word

<<1982>> authentic and system is the most said

<<1984>> word in this podcast authentic system

<<1986>> it's an authentic system so we were

<<1988>> stuck at one point I think it was gold

<<1992>> right we were we were we were in my

<<1994>> opinion we were stuck several times the

<<1996>> first time was silver silver okay and we

<<1999>> were very fast silver and then it was

<<2001>> like it felt like stuck but it was I

<<2003>> think it was just like 3 or four months

<<2004>> but for a long time we had a clear plan

<<2009>> it had to be Diamond as fast as possible

<<2012>> so silver was just like a milestone and

<<2015>> gold was a milestone and it was just

<<2016>> like okay check mark check mark check

<<2018>> mark and the first time we really felt

<<2020>> stuck was silver to gold so yes and

<<2026>> feeling his frustration and which leads

<<2029>> which leads me to my frustration so we

<<2031>> like okay I have to change something and

<<2033>> then I was looking for the best person

<<2035>> that I found reachable in the which was

<<2038>> El at that moment she was Triple

<<2041>> presential I was saying okay triple

<<2043>> presen that's a thing wow so and then I

<<2046>> found um a program she was offering um

<<2050>> and we went there in the Czech Republic

<<2052>> and she was the first saying okay

<<2054>> there's a basic duplication model model

<<2057>> so it has to be duplicated so when we

<<2059>> always when we fell stuck we were

<<2061>> looking um for

<<2063>> mentorship so we found it in Leed years

<<2066>> ago and then we came back and we teach

<<2068>> the whole system our complete team since

<<2071>> that day we had a 100% script for um an

<<2075>> INT class for a business class it was

<<2077>> it's written down scripted word by word

<<2079>> so no one has to make made it up in our

<<2081>> team by by themselves and we shed it

<<2083>> with other where we shed it with

<<2085>> everyone I think this um German version

<<2087>> of Elise is everywhere we have asked her

<<2091>> it's she she she said it's okay yeah

<<2093>> translate it into German and shout it

<<2095>> out so that's what we did and the same

<<2097>> was when when we were blue for a long

<<2100>> time for us it felt like forever and it

<<2102>> felt like being stuck and we decided

<<2105>> okay we need something we need more

<<2108>> duplications there's something we're

<<2109>> missing and when because I'm really keen

<<2113>> on

<<2113>> looking a weak point yeah where's the

<<2116>> mistake where's what do what are we

<<2118>> missing so and I couldn't find it by

<<2119>> myself I said okay we need a mentor we

<<2122>> need another Mentor then it's time for

<<2123>> another mentorship so we went to meet

<<2125>> Eric warry um which I found out in my

<<2129>> opinion is the best in this um business

<<2131>> so I said okay we we have to ask him so

<<2134>> that's why we found another mentorship

<<2136>> and every time when we learn something

<<2139>> we implement it um teach it to our team

<<2142>> so this is how we work so we we are

<<2144>> working on systemizing everything show

<<2146>> it to our team that they can show it to

<<2148>> their people Etc so this is a energy

<<2150>> that's flowing that's beautiful and and

<<2152>> so generous cuz I'm guessing maybe some

<<2155>> people are quite attached to their work

<<2157>> and they for like oh yeah you can grow

<<2159>> on your own and yeah but then they're

<<2160>> not doing network marketing just doing

<<2162>> something else in our case in our case

<<2164>> for all the guys from our team who are

<<2166>> listening to the podcast I want to

<<2168>> apologize for overwhelming you

<<2170>> constantly um this is this is what we

<<2174>> yeah let's do it tomorrow we are working

<<2176>> we are working on on our own very

<<2180>> personal system which is um Angela is

<<2183>> constantly harvesting ideas so whatever

<<2186>> it is she she's always looking for new

<<2188>> ideas and then we talk it through and

<<2191>> those who

<<2192>> survive our whole I mean they're all

<<2195>> good that's that's for sure so she

<<2198>> thinks they are all good in the

<<2199>> beginning and then we talk them through

<<2201>> and some of them are really good yeah

<<2204>> most of them are quite good and and then

<<2206>> we we we work on those until we we get

<<2210>> them into a duplicatable idea and then

<<2213>> we go out to our teams and this is when

<<2216>> we do this we can be very very fast and

<<2219>> sometimes this is what we learn we can

<<2221>> be too fast okay because it's like we we

<<2225>> expect we

<<2226>> expected from everyone to be as

<<2229>> adaptable as we are and this is just not

<<2231>> working out so we try to get it down in

<<2234>> smaller chunks by now and change step by

<<2237>> step and Implement new things but I

<<2241>> would say in our team whoever wants to

<<2244>> be

<<2245>> inspired can be inspired spired in

<<2248>> weekly team calls and whoever wants to

<<2251>> go with us can go with us but whoever

<<2252>> wants to run with us can run with us too

<<2255>> so we are going on a very fast pace and

<<2257>> whoever wants to keep up with us is

<<2260>> super invited and we try not to let

<<2263>> anybody fall back who is not fast enough

<<2266>> so we try to create trainings which get

<<2269>> people on the different stages of the

<<2271>> way so what we are really focusing on is

<<2274>> the first stage Elite which is doa's

<<2276>> core rank to find a way to show people

<<2279>> how to get there and to show other

<<2281>> people how to get there and to show

<<2283>> other people how to show other people

<<2285>> how to get there because in the end they

<<2287>> will be Elite Silver and platinum and if

<<2289>> you have six platinums you're

<<2290>> presidential diamonds so the knowledge

<<2292>> about this core rank situation is

<<2294>> actually the basis of the whole growth

<<2297>> and we think the better people

<<2300>> understand the way and the easier The

<<2303>> Way It Is to Be Imagined so simplicity

<<2307>> is the ultimate sophistication in in

<<2309>> whatever we try so we try to give it all

<<2313>> to our team in a way which is kind of

<<2316>> digestible for everyone and again

<<2318>> apologize for those who feel overwhelmed

<<2320>> because sometimes we should improve so

<<2324>> we learning daily working on that maybe

<<2326>> we find a mentor maybe well funny that

<<2329>> you mention it because one of my

<<2330>> question was do you have a mentor a role

<<2332>> model that shaped you shaped you

<<2334>> iniversity commment into the leaders you

<<2336>> are today yeah love to communicate with

<<2338>> other European PDS especially there are

<<2341>> a few that we really close and I love

<<2343>> the exchange and the trips that's so

<<2346>> that's so much that's so important

<<2348>> really really when we meet and we talk

<<2350>> and sit together and have din together

<<2352>> say ah this is your this could be more

<<2354>> we could improve that in Tera you I

<<2356>> would say we can improve that but

<<2358>> mentioning some names about about

<<2360>> mentors we started with Le Shad yeah um

<<2363>> who back then created this basic

<<2365>> duplication model which is the basic

<<2367>> workbook for everyone in dotera you can

<<2369>> still find it you have these um daily

<<2371>> Mentor calls from Elise shedy which

<<2374>> really had been a big part of our way

<<2376>> then we started working with a lady who

<<2379>> was called Deb Eric Deb Ericson was very

<<2382>> nice another idea from my wonderful wife

<<2386>> um she was doing weekly calls and she

<<2389>> was she found a good way in between some

<<2393>> spiritual ideas in personality growth as

<<2397>> well as business so it was like you had

<<2399>> as well the um sound healing thing as

<<2404>> the IPA which I heard first about income

<<2407>> producing activities so it was a good

<<2409>> mix and now we're working with uh Eric

<<2411>> warry which is really mind-blowing we

<<2413>> are in a kind of Mastermind with him

<<2416>> with 100 people in total and this is

<<2419>> really really really inspiring because I

<<2422>> think no one of us started their life

<<2426>> with the plan being a network marketing

<<2428>> leader this is not something you when

<<2430>> you got ask at school you go and be a

<<2433>> pilot or bus driver or whatever no one's

<<2435>> saying I'm going into MLM and going to

<<2437>> be a great leader so this is yeah but

<<2440>> yesterday we worked on that we are just

<<2442>> like working on that yesterday I had a

<<2443>> conversation with my 14-year-old son 14

<<2447>> so and and we were talking about where

<<2449>> to go next and when he's finished school

<<2452>> and he's very into sports he in a way he

<<2456>> wants to be a professional on the other

<<2457>> hand she was saying okay the life you

<<2459>> live the movement you create the way

<<2462>> network marketing is working the way D

<<2464>> Tera is working it's a pretty good thing

<<2467>> to do maybe I might join yes made it yes

<<2472>> next Generation just by watching us and

<<2476>> this is I think this is a very good

<<2478>> mirror when your children saying things

<<2480>> that you doing they they seem very good

<<2483>> very helpful for people very supportive

<<2486>> and and which is a very important thing

<<2488>> for us that we can decide freely where

<<2491>> to go and when to go and what to do

<<2494>> there this is huge yeah and this is huge

<<2496>> and he said this is really worth it I

<<2498>> know it's a tough job and you're working

<<2501>> so much but the freedom you create with

<<2504>> your life is so impressive I might

<<2508>> join which is very good and it's part of

<<2510>> our moving to really get network

<<2512>> marketing in the light way it should be

<<2515>> yeah so um because it is when you ask

<<2519>> someone what what he's doing to make a

<<2522>> living on as soon as it is something

<<2524>> everybody knows everyone agrees that it

<<2527>> might be a good idea and we think in

<<2529>> network marketing it's just like the big

<<2531>> misunderstanding that people don't get

<<2533>> the point what it is about network

<<2534>> marketing or all those ponies and

<<2536>> pyramids but this is just a lack of

<<2538>> information this is not a problem from

<<2540>> the industry this is a lack of

<<2542>> information so this is what we are

<<2543>> working on and this is what we need

<<2545>> mentors for because we we didn't learn

<<2547>> it either so we have to find a way to

<<2550>> get our own information to

<<2551>> professionalize it professionalize it

<<2553>> and pass it on and I think if you're not

<<2556>> in a situation where you can afford an

<<2558>> Eric Warriors Mastermind or you're just

<<2561>> like in the beginning start reading I

<<2563>> think it's just like start reading so if

<<2565>> you're completely new to the industry

<<2567>> just take Eric War's GoPro it's a small

<<2569>> book just read it it's worth $1,000 in

<<2572>> in a mentor per hour it is all the

<<2574>> knowledge you need in the beginning is

<<2576>> in GoPro then start with some mindset

<<2579>> books it's like thinking Grow Rich or

<<2581>> all the classics just start reading

<<2583>> because there's so much information in

<<2585>> that and one book will guide you to the

<<2588>> next one until you are on the next level

<<2590>> where you might need a mentor and in

<<2593>> dotera the whole system is actually

<<2595>> built like you have your Mentor just

<<2598>> like look into your upline list this is

<<2601>> what new people brand new people might

<<2603>> not know go into your back office check

<<2605>> your upline list and look who is above

<<2607>> you go in contact just ask them if they

<<2610>> don't talk to you they may not be your

<<2612>> mentors but if someone is taking time

<<2615>> listens to you and and tries to support

<<2617>> you this could be your Mentor so be be

<<2620>> willing coachable and hungry and

<<2622>> coachable to find someone who who really

<<2625>> supports you so so take things you get

<<2628>> from others in order for your for your

<<2630>> own growth I love that and this is also

<<2633>> triggering my next question is uh what

<<2635>> advice would you give to somebody

<<2637>> couples or not starting this uh business

<<2641>> um create a plan create a plan first so

<<2644>> if you fall in love with the product

<<2646>> perfect and if you want to start a

<<2648>> business really learn and understand the

<<2652>> business learn about network marketing

<<2654>> so you get rid of these crazy questions

<<2656>> if it's a Ponzi just read about it and

<<2658>> you will understand it maybe another

<<2660>> book uh recommendation could be uh

<<2663>> Robert kosagi which is about just about

<<2665>> network marketing just read it and you

<<2667>> will understand more so the more

<<2669>> professional you are and the more

<<2671>> professional you you you appear the the

<<2675>> more the easier it will be for you to be

<<2677>> understood and people take you serious

<<2679>> so be the way you wish people to see you

<<2684>> so be professional and be be kind this

<<2687>> is really important professional kind

<<2690>> and serving I think this is the the

<<2692>> basis for being a good start in in

<<2694>> network marketing and what's it about

<<2696>> couples

<<2697>> first I want to add understand the core

<<2699>> rank understand Elite in Tera especially

<<2701>> understand how this rank is created and

<<2703>> how you can show people what other the

<<2705>> basic steps what are the pipes what you

<<2707>> have to do this is our daily work and

<<2710>> then um learn a system to show it to

<<2712>> others so this is duplication so this is

<<2714>> something that's really important forget

<<2716>> about your own unique way W it's you

<<2719>> have your own unique way that's good but

<<2722>> the basis is p it's just the pipes so um

<<2727>> when it comes to

<<2729>> couples I we were saying on our vision

<<2733>> board we like okay please can we mainly

<<2735>> work with couples um that are in a very

<<2738>> good relationship because when you are

<<2741>> you can it's you can triple multiply

<<2744>> your success like crazy working with

<<2746>> couples is amazing um you have to know

<<2749>> who is doing what this can change of

<<2751>> course but you have to talk about it and

<<2754>> um you know when you have to stop

<<2756>> talking about the business which is

<<2758>> important we starting we were finding

<<2761>> ourselves brushing our teeth in the

<<2763>> bathroom and discussing um placements so

<<2767>> that was the point when we were saying

<<2770>> okay we might have some hours where we

<<2773>> not talking about our own business it's

<<2776>> challenging but we manage it never talk

<<2778>> about business in the bedroom for

<<2779>> example this is a very important thing

<<2782>> which we had to learn this is a ho it's

<<2784>> there are some holy areas where I have

<<2786>> to stop

<<2787>> um this is one thing do we you really

<<2789>> have to be clear about that this is it

<<2791>> sounds it sounds funny but when you

<<2793>> start talking about DOA in bed you can't

<<2797>> get rid of it anymore so it is like

<<2799>> because dotera is is as well our passion

<<2802>> as our job as some kind of game because

<<2807>> at the end of the month when you start

<<2808>> with your placements it is just like

<<2809>> playing a game because you have you have

<<2811>> some you have some let's call it

<<2813>> material you can put in different ways

<<2816>> and it supports their growth it supports

<<2819>> your growth so it's really people get

<<2822>> being part of your life so your team

<<2825>> grows and it's more people you get into

<<2828>> your life so you have to find a way

<<2831>> sometimes to get them out of your life

<<2833>> back and this is when for couples really

<<2837>> take care of your intimacy and and and

<<2840>> really find your own Sacred Space where

<<2843>> it's no do teror and and stick to that

<<2846>> this is really really important because

<<2849>> the first thing when what you talked

<<2851>> before about our energy is our couple

<<2854>> energy and then dotera comes with it so

<<2858>> it is us and dotera so don't let dotera

<<2861>> take over to

<<2863>> 100% sometimes it will anyways but be

<<2866>> careful how you invest your time and

<<2870>> appreciate each other and be clear and

<<2873>> grateful about that every day but the

<<2875>> other thing is that we love

<<2877>> our life so much that we don't need a

<<2879>> vacation from our life so even though we

<<2882>> are talking sometimes 18 hours about

<<2887>> about our structure about our ideas it

<<2890>> doesn't feel like hard work it's like

<<2892>> it's so passionate so for us it's it's a

<<2895>> dynamic and we really have to force

<<2897>> ourself maybe one hour a day we're not

<<2899>> talking maybe not by brushing tees Etc

<<2902>> um but it it's still something like it a

<<2905>> good game between us and um we have a

<<2908>> common

<<2909>> goal this is also something I think a

<<2912>> lot of couples they lose their their

<<2914>> picture together where we want to be

<<2916>> where we want to go what we want to

<<2917>> achieve in life so one is working there

<<2920>> this might also work I don't know it's

<<2922>> just not for us one is working there the

<<2924>> other is working there she has her goal

<<2926>> he has his goal so nice but when you put

<<2930>> this together and then it multiplies it

<<2932>> can go really fast and this is

<<2934>> interesting looking at it it might not

<<2936>> be for every couple I don't know I'm not

<<2937>> a couple therapist and I will never be

<<2940>> but for us DOA is like like a like a

<<2943>> lifelong therapy actually like aass

<<2945>> personal therapy and the couple therapy

<<2948>> as well so if you if your if your

<<2950>> relationship is in trouble when you

<<2951>> begin dotera you won't have no

<<2953>> relationship no longer nice predic if

<<2955>> you are if now people might get a no you

<<2958>> get you just get clear you just get

<<2960>> clear on your points which is just cut

<<2962>> out it is like it I love the honesty no

<<2965>> it is it is important to to be clear

<<2967>> about what you do so when you are a

<<2969>> strong team you will you will you will

<<2972>> crash it it will be great and if you

<<2976>> have because I think

<<2978>> often we are happy with something

<<2981>> because we think we should have to be

<<2983>> happy and we are honestly not okay so

<<2987>> like are we tricking ourselves into

<<2989>> being I think we often do I think we

<<2992>> often do we we we talk everything like

<<2994>> it is all like like flower and honey and

<<2997>> and maybe it is not and it is like I

<<3000>> mentioned in the beginning of our talk

<<3002>> it is not always easy and you need some

<<3005>> strength and you need some trust and you

<<3007>> need some faith and you need a lot of

<<3009>> belief in order to go for the long way

<<3013>> and it is like when you when you look at

<<3015>> do Tera it's just like I I read 1% who

<<3017>> who go to the highest ranks it is not

<<3020>> because it's so hard to do it's not so

<<3022>> hard to share oils it is really hard to

<<3027>> have the discipline on the long way and

<<3029>> really show up every day so no matter

<<3032>> how you feel you show up every day and

<<3035>> and this is the thing which I can share

<<3036>> with everyone if you really want to be

<<3039>> want to be clear about that point and

<<3041>> you want to go all in you have to have

<<3043>> the discipline and you have to show up

<<3045>> on a daily basis and and even if it's

<<3048>> not easy or or like it may be sometimes

<<3052>> it has to be so go for it and the first

<<3055>> time the h husband shows up in the team

<<3058>> call it's like oh a good sign like yeah

<<3060>> we got it we made it yes because we know

<<3064>> that the doubles and triples and this is

<<3067>> really good it's not a coincidence that

<<3069>> if you look at all the leadership things

<<3071>> the most successful are couples it is

<<3075>> like it is ladies it will be some men I

<<3078>> hope so we're working on that but it is

<<3080>> couples because you are having the same

<<3082>> project and if you lack a project I

<<3085>> think it's hard to to find way but if

<<3087>> you have a strong project it can get you

<<3090>> anywhere so for those who feel like they

<<3093>> need something really intense in their

<<3095>> life and they want to go all in together

<<3098>> the ter is the best thing you can

<<3099>> imagine I love it so it sounds like

<<3102>> you're dealing with a lot do you guys

<<3105>> sleep at night are you so on fire that I

<<3109>> I sleep perfectly um I would be I'm

<<3112>> going sometimes too I would be the worst

<<3114>> person to teach a work life balance um

<<3117>> that was my question actually impossible

<<3120>> U so I know there are people who are

<<3121>> very good in that um it's not me first

<<3125>> I'm not into the philosophy of me first

<<3126>> not that that I think it's a bad

<<3128>> philosophy it's just not something for

<<3129>> me yeah because I'm I'm an empath and I

<<3133>> look around I feel around all the time

<<3135>> sometimes I can make it stop but not

<<3138>> really so and I think it's a great power

<<3141>> when you're serving people and when you

<<3142>> take care of people of course sometimes

<<3145>> I need to force myself because I have

<<3147>> the same with animals so then it becomes

<<3149>> a huge range for

<<3152>> um yes for help and support so sometimes

<<3156>> I have to force myself to stop and make

<<3158>> myself a tea and breathe that but that's

<<3162>> what I do but we we learn we grow and

<<3164>> learn with that sometimes we we have the

<<3167>> feeling that we we're totally burned out

<<3169>> but when we in the middle of a um of a

<<3172>> project or creating a new a new system

<<3174>> or some a new way to implement the

<<3177>> system in our team we would just not

<<3179>> stop because we so passionate about this

<<3181>> that we not like okay now we go no we we

<<3184>> just continue doing that there's

<<3185>> sometimes a bit much I we know we know

<<3189>> um but I think we're getting a bit

<<3190>> better huh in making breaks yeah if a

<<3193>> camera would follow us a whole week 24

<<3196>> hours a day and you would watch it it

<<3199>> would not look like work no I think so

<<3202>> this is when we're talking about when

<<3203>> we're talking about because it is a

<<3205>> common thing that people talk about U

<<3207>> they are burned outs we're not burned

<<3209>> out we're not even cloth being burned

<<3211>> out and if the camera would follow us is

<<3214>> ridiculous talking about the burnout

<<3216>> because most of our conversations we

<<3219>> have are in the sun somewhere walking

<<3221>> around or doing something so creating

<<3224>> these days we are mostly in mayca where

<<3227>> the sun is shining 300 days a year and

<<3231>> and we have some meetings with people in

<<3234>> cafes close to the Sea it is work but we

<<3237>> can create the way of work which we like

<<3240>> to have so this work life balance I I

<<3244>> tried it um I tried it with a work life

<<3248>> B um I tried to to meditate on a daily

<<3252>> bases I tried to do it on a monthly

<<3255>> basis now and it works perfect and um

<<3258>> the main thing or the main problem issue

<<3260>> challenge for me is you you can't

<<3262>> approach people while meditating and not

<<3265>> if you're meditating and not if they are

<<3267>> meditating so we changed over to

<<3269>> CrossFit and found a nice group there

<<3271>> which is perfect to approach people

<<3273>> because they are constantly in pain and

<<3275>> it's really fun it's really fun so um

<<3279>> yes we have some kind of work life

<<3282>> balance because we our life is work life

<<3286>> yes our life is work life balance and

<<3289>> when we were in zooms with um other

<<3291>> higher ranks in the middle of the day

<<3293>> for example yeah um after whatever and

<<3297>> someone's saying ah it's I'm so

<<3300>> over you know me me me me me um so maybe

<<3303>> it's only German speaking thing I don't

<<3305>> know but you know it's it's that way

<<3307>> then I'm I sometimes say okay guys we're

<<3310>> in the middle of the day we decided to

<<3312>> be in the zoom now so whatever we do

<<3315>> after it or later it's our decision so

<<3318>> this has nothing to do with being

<<3321>> overwhelmed we just have a project let's

<<3323>> go for it so sometimes we just forget in

<<3326>> in what kind of super super luxury

<<3328>> situations we are that we can manage our

<<3330>> day completely free which is amazing um

<<3333>> so in our what what we call work life

<<3336>> balance is just that we are we creating

<<3338>> something this is life so I don't need

<<3341>> to be balanced from life because my life

<<3344>> is my life so and perfect yes and that's

<<3348>> wonderful so yeah so go for it maybe

<<3350>> when someone is complaining he or she

<<3353>> just hasn't found MH you know the thing

<<3356>> that

<<3357>> the big thing you just you just need

<<3358>> then you have time to complain when when

<<3360>> you're really passionate with something

<<3362>> and you really want then you don't have

<<3363>> time to complain and you don't need time

<<3365>> off from something you loveh so you you

<<3368>> you you just sometimes you're exhausted

<<3371>> because even things you love to do

<<3373>> exhaust you somehow course but you're

<<3375>> just exhausted it's not like you are you

<<3377>> are you are you need holiday and the

<<3380>> whole concept the whole concept of

<<3382>> holidays is crazy because if you need

<<3385>> holidays it means that you spend most of

<<3388>> your time with doing things you don't

<<3390>> like to do because you don't need off

<<3392>> time from something you love so change

<<3395>> what you do so you never ever need

<<3396>> holidays again this is yeah and and

<<3399>> still again it's not always easy I don't

<<3402>> kick out flip out of bed every morning

<<3405>> and I'm super happy to run into my first

<<3407>> Zoom it is not like that it is often

<<3409>> like that and often I have time to go to

<<3411>> sports or run or something in the

<<3413>> morning because I decide when I do what

<<3416>> and how and with whom and this is the

<<3419>> biggest privilege big Luxy yes it is it

<<3422>> is okay uh one of the last question I

<<3424>> have for you guys is what does set your

<<3427>> soul on fire what what does set your

<<3430>> soul on fire growth growth it's

<<3433>> definitely growth growth and movement

<<3435>> conscious movement really when you see

<<3438>> that um people around change you and

<<3440>> make different decisions and more

<<3442>> natural decisions this what makes me

<<3445>> crazy passionate yes it really keeps me

<<3448>> going we had the situation last month

<<3451>> that one of my team a man out of our

<<3453>> team without his wife he's working alone

<<3457>> he called me he got silver last month

<<3459>> and and he said um that he's so grateful

<<3462>> for my support on that way by the way

<<3464>> he's not my enrollment he's a team

<<3466>> member so I don't care of enrollments or

<<3468>> sponsorship or whatever but I I really

<<3469>> like him and I try to support him and we

<<3472>> have a deal to support him until Diamond

<<3475>> because he really wants to go far and he

<<3476>> hit silver last month and he called me

<<3479>> and said hey this is the month where I

<<3482>> earned the most in my whole life Wow as

<<3486>> a silver and and this is what what what

<<3490>> I I I can flip out on on things like

<<3492>> that because this is the reason why I

<<3494>> get up in the morning it's growth and

<<3496>> it's

<<3497>> making possible for other people to grow

<<3500>> as well and to really be themselves in

<<3504>> not not not going for anything going for

<<3506>> what they love to do and and start

<<3509>> growing and and realize by themselves

<<3511>> and this is the big thing about silver

<<3513>> and the dotera mind say this believe in

<<3515>> you when people start believing in

<<3517>> themselves this is freaking me out they

<<3521>> capable of much more than they thought

<<3522>> they are this makes me cry I love that

<<3526>> um Oliver back to what you said is just

<<3529>> it was instant grow yeah uh I don't know

<<3531>> if you remember but that day that I saw

<<3533>> you at leadership a few years ago you

<<3535>> had the word grow written on like on

<<3538>> that slide and that still resonates a

<<3541>> lot with me so thank you for saying grow

<<3543>> but it is everything makes sense the

<<3544>> whole planet is about growth it is like

<<3546>> every tree every grass everything is

<<3548>> about growth so I think the only reason

<<3551>> why we are here is to grow mentally in

<<3554>> every way in every way we have to grow

<<3557>> and if if it's nothing else but you you

<<3560>> you're going to bed a little bigger in

<<3563>> any way a little than you got up in the

<<3565>> morning

<<3566>> and that's it that's that's all about

<<3570>> wow um okay can you tell me who you are

<<3573>> in one word auth tricky yeah that's

<<3577>> pretty easy I would do we have um do I

<<3580>> have my own word you can you can do we

<<3582>> have a couple's words I mean obviously

<<3583>> your is authentic thank you I I think I

<<3586>> said that a few times said it a couple

<<3588>> of times authentic um I'm going with

<<3590>> that but also unconventional this is

<<3594>> yeah this is what if someone describes

<<3597>> yeah it might be unconventional I love

<<3599>> it yes guys this conversation has set my

<<3602>> soul on fire so thank you thank you so

<<3605>> much for uh coming here it's lovely to

<<3608>> spend some time with you and just feel

<<3610>> very privileged to be your host today to

<<3613>> chat with you so thank you for sharing
