How long will I have access to the course?

Once you've enrolled, you’ll have unlimited access to this course on any device you own.  

How long does it take to complete the course?

The course takes approximately 7-9 hours to complete. We encourage you to pace yourself and practice as you learn.  

Does the course support languages other than English?

The video content and accompanying quizzes are currently available in: 

• English

• German

• Italian

• French

Videos are produced in English, with voiceover translations available*. To access translated video subtitles, select your language from the ‘Subtitles’ icon in the bottom right corner of the video. 

Please note that this is a European edition of a USA-based course adapted in accordance with European guidelines.

How do I complete the course?

This course is automatically released one section at a time. Each section must be completed chronologically by viewing at least 95% of the videos and passing the quizzes with at least 80%.  

After you have completed the course, you will have unlimited access to either work through the course again, or refresh yourself on any of the sections in no particular order.  

Is there a deadline to complete the course?

No, there is no deadline to complete the course. You decide when you start and when you finish; enjoy the training at your own pace! 

I ordered the AromaTouch Training Kit. How do I receive free access to the course?

Once your kit arrives, you will receive a small coupon card in the kit box. The card features a QR code for you to scan and access the website, and a unique code for you to redeem online for free access to the certification course. Simply follow the instructions on the card and get ready to become an expert!

I have previously been certified in the AromaTouch Technique. How can I gain access to the course?

If you have previously been certified in the AromaTouch Technique, please fill out this form with the details of your training for the AromaTouch Team. Once your request is approved, we will enrol you on the European course for free! If you have already purchased the course, please reach out to europetraining@doterra.com for a refund.  

It can take up to 14 business days for your request to be processed, however if the AromaTouch Team require more information from you, it may take longer for your enrolment onto the course to be completed.
