Rose Essential Oil comes from Rosa damascene—more commonly known as the Damask rose—which is a small shrub with thorny stems. Originally from the Syrian capital of Damascus, rose is beloved for its incredible aroma and many beneficial properties.
Before the sun crests the horizon in Bulgaria, workers can be found harvesting delicate rose blossoms from the fields. The labor-intensive production process has a low yield, taking more than 10,000 freshly picked blossoms to produce one 5 mL bottle of Rose essential oil. Because the petals are so delicate, the distillation process must happen the same day the flower is harvested.

How to use
Directions & safety
Aromatic use: Place three to four drops of Rose essential oil in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops of Rose essential oil to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
