<<22>> my name is Rosie and I'm from Ireland

<<25>> and my name's Adam and I'm originally

<<27>> from Australia we do the business

<<32>> full-time and we have been using little

<<35>> tear essential oil since 2010 and I've

<<38>> been sharing and building the doTERRA

<<40>> business since May 2013

<<42>> so before we joined doTERRA I did

<<45>> marketing and branding as a career and

<<47>> always in finance and it wasn't until

<<50>> July 2010 that we went to a training in

<<52>> America and we were actually introduced

<<55>> to the oils then my first main oil

<<58>> experience is with balance oil and I was

<<60>> super super stressed out at the time and

<<63>> I put on the balance oil I just put on

<<65>> soles my feet back of my neck raced

<<68>> smelling it and I drove to work and I

<<71>> remember walking in the back door and

<<73>> work and I was laughing and I was

<<74>> singing and I just realized it's the

<<77>> only difference that day compared to all

<<79>> the other days as I put on balance oil

<<81>> and that was the first time I really

<<82>> recognized on a mood level and on the

<<84>> stress level how you could use oils

<<86>> emotionally

<<89>> over time as everyone starts to use a

<<91>> little oil here they little oil there

<<93>> they really started to see the

<<95>> difference method their lives and right

<<98>> now nearly all of our family or friends

<<99>> use oils in some shape or form and I

<<102>> think that's the best thing with doTERRA

<<103>> is there's an oil for everyone it

<<106>> doesn't matter whether it's personal use

<<107>> if whether it's for children whether

<<109>> it's for elderly there's literally an

<<111>> oil for everybody for me doTERRA has

<<116>> really integrated into my life to the

<<118>> point where there is no separation so

<<121>> for me I don't actually see it at all as

<<123>> a business I just completely see it as a

<<125>> lifestyle and I think especially as a

<<128>> mom I always wanted to be a full-time

<<129>> mom that was just something I always

<<131>> wanted to do and at the same time I

<<134>> always had this entrepreneurial side to

<<136>> me and I think doTERRA just allowed me

<<138>> to have that entrepreneurial side but it

<<141>> never took for my children if anything

<<143>> it gave them a better quality of life so

<<145>> for me that's probably been the best

<<147>> thing about doTERRA I think the

<<150>> beautiful thing is that we get to have

<<152>> an amazing lifestyle and build an

<<155>> incredible business but doing something

<<157>> that's really powerful and and makes a

<<159>> difference but if I was still in finance

<<161>> work in 60 to 90 hours a week I would I

<<165>> would be leaving before the kids get up

<<167>> and coming home after the kids are in

<<169>> bed working Saturday sometimes working

<<171>> Sunday so when people say I could never

<<174>> do what you do and I'm like well I could

<<176>> never do what you do it doesn't make

<<178>> sense to me and I know for this level of

<<181>> lifestyle and financial rewards I have

<<183>> to sell my soul in the finance world and

<<185>> it's not something I'm willing to do

<<189>> for those that are Gold's and Platinum's

<<191>> that are looking at diamond diamond is

<<194>> more about becoming something rather

<<197>> than doing something because a diamond

<<199>> ship is something totally different

<<200>> you're a steward to a large amount of

<<204>> people and it's really important to

<<207>> shift into that space when your team

<<210>> duplicates at a diamond level and they

<<213>> have that freedom to choose what what

<<215>> their life looks like it is so rewarding

<<218>> and and because it's it's okay for you

<<221>> to get there but when people in your

<<223>> team get there it's absolutely amazing

<<226>> from the first time that we learnt about

<<229>> doTERRA essential oils it was apparent

<<232>> to us that doTERRA had third world

<<234>> countries in mind and it was never just

<<236>> going to be an essential company I think

<<238>> when I see how big of a ripple effect we

<<241>> can have just by sharing the oils and I

<<244>> think just by how doTERRA have created

<<246>> the whole business model even our

<<249>> customers have a ripple effect so when

<<251>> we do events I'm always telling my

<<252>> customers if you go home and you use

<<255>> vetiver this is the difference you're

<<256>> making in the world and I think when

<<258>> customers can feel prior to the ripple

<<261>> effect I think that's what really gives

<<262>> doTERRA its momentum you look at doTERRA

<<265>> the customer wins the people sharing all

<<268>> the people doing the business wins

<<269>> people in the supply chain farmers and

<<272>> growers and and even all the charitable

<<275>> organizations that doTERRA support they

<<277>> win it's it's incredible and I get I get

<<280>> goo I literally get goosebumps talking

<<282>> about this when it comes to building the

<<285>> door tear a business I would definitely

<<286>> say you have to become an absolute

<<288>> advocate off the oil we've always used

<<291>> the entire range you have to absolutely

<<294>> love it but to love it you have to use
