Swap Process A swap is a move where two Wellness Advocate accounts trade or "swap" positions in the same organisation.

Enroller Changes When you enrol someone new, you automatically become their Enroller, but enrollership can also be gifted.

Account Reactivations If your account has been inactive for longer than 12 months, it will automatically terminate.

Inactive Moves A member can request an Enroller and Sponsor change after remaining inactive for a specific period of time.

Sponsor Changes New Wholesale Customers or Wellness Advocates are eligible for a one-time Sponsor change.

Account Transfers An Account Transfer allows a Wellness Advocate to take over the position of another Wellness Advocate.

Placements Exceptions Exceptions are available to Wellness Advocates needing placement moves outside of the Placements policy.
