The customisable presentations are available in English only. ## How to Order + ### Wellness Advocates and Wholesale Customers - Find the BOGO offers on shop.doterra by searching 'BOGO', clicking on the BOGO banner or selecting the BOGO category from the top of the navigation menu. - Add your preferred BOGO pairings or the BOGO Bundle by clicking 'Add to Cart'. - Hover over the cart icon and click on 'View your cart'. - From here, you can either process a Standard Order by clicking on 'Continue to Checkout', or you can add the items to your Loyalty Order (LRP). - To add items to your Loyalty Order, click on the purple 'Add' button in the Loyalty Order box. - From here, you have two options: Add: This will add the items to your existing Loyalty Order. - Replace: This will remove all the items currently in your Loyalty Order and replace them with the items in your cart. Please note, you cannot use the 'Replace' option if you only have the BOGO Bundle in your cart. If you choose to add the items to your Loyalty Order, you must process the order immediately to ensure that you receive the BOGO offers. Before each promotional period begins, the BOGO offers will be announced via email and our official dōTERRA Europe Social Media Channels. Once the promotion is active, all offers will be available to purchase throughout the promotional period while supplies last. Like us on Facebook to see the offers on your Facebook feed. + ### How long do the dōTERRA Europe BOGOs last? BOGO offers will run from 18 February 2026. All offers will end at 21:59 GMT/ 22:59 CET/ 23:59 EET on 24 February 2026 or while supplies last. If you choose to participate, your order must be placed and processed within the period of the BOGO offer. This means BOGO offers cannot be saved on an existing Loyalty Order (LRP template). They can, however, be processed as a Loyalty Order if the order is processed immediately. + ### How do I purchase the BOGO Bundle? Can I enrol someone with the BOGO offers?

Yes! By using the enrolment process on shop.doterra, all you need to do is search for the BOGO offers when creating the enrolment order. Add as many pairings as you like or add the BOGO Bundle, and join dōTERRA with a fantastic range of offers. Remember, if the enrolment order reaches 150 PV or more, the initial membership fee is waived as part of Europe's FREE Membership Promotion! Enrollers can also use the Link Generator tool to speed up the process.

What markets are eligible to participate in the dōTERRA Europe BOGOs?

The dōTERRA Europe BOGOs are available to all Wellness Advocates, Wholesale Customers, and Retail Customers in the Europe and Israel markets only.

Can I combine BOGOs to save on shipping?

Yes! At any time during the promotional period, you can combine multiple BOGO offers in one order to save on shipping. You can also select the BOGO Bundle to automatically add all the offers to your shopping cart in one single order, complete with a free dōTERRA Cheer™ (5 ml). Please note the BOGO Bundle and free gift will remain available unless one or more BOGO pairing(s) are sold out.

How do I know if my order has been placed and processed?

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your dōTERRA account.

Do orders with BOGOs qualify to earn Loyalty Points?

Yes, Loyalty Points are earned following the regular rules and guidelines. Loyalty Orders (LRP orders) and One-Time Loyalty Orders that are processed with 50 PV or more will receive Loyalty Points based on a member’s current percentage. Loyalty Points are based on the PV of the item you are purchasing (not the item you are receiving for free). For example, if the promotion was “BUY Lemon (15 ml), GET TerraShield (15 ml)", you would receive Loyalty Points from the PV of the Lemon (15 ml).

LRP orders processed with less than 50 PV will not earn Loyalty Points.

Why didn't I receive the 'FREE' item at checkout/with my order?

There could be a few reasons you may not receive the 'FREE' item at checkout or in your order.

• You purchased the product(s) after the BOGO promotional period ended.
• The 'BUY' and/or 'FREE' product(s) sold out during the BOGO promotion. When this occurs, the 'BUY' and 'FREE' offer is no longer available, and the products only become available for individual sale. In some cases, the stock allocated to our BOGO promotion may run out, but dōTERRA works hard to ensure that stock for selected core essentials remains available for general sale as much as possible outside of the promotion, to ensure our community can continue to support their everyday wellness needs.
• Your wire transfer payment was not received by the specified date. Details on the deadline can be found on this page.

What payment methods are accepted for BOGO offers?

You can pay for BOGO offers using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Wire Transfer. More details and recommended steps regarding Wire Transfer payments can be found below.

Can I pay for BOGOs with Wire Transfer or Direct Debit?

Yes, however, if the funds for your order have not been received by the end of the BOGO period, you may not qualify to receive the promotion. You may also be affected by pairings that have sold out - if you purchase a pairing which sells out before payment has been fully received and completed, you will no longer receive the sold out pairing. If possible, we suggest processing BOGO orders immediately using a credit card or AR Balance to ensure you receive the promotion.

If completing a Loyalty Order (LRP) with BOGOs using Wire Transfer as a payment method, please ensure you enter the order number, not the Loyalty Order (LRP) template number.

If you are purchasing a BOGO offer via Wire Transfer, payment must be received by 24 February 2026 in order to qualify for the promotion.

Can I pay for a BOGO item with reward points?

If you purchase a BOGO item using reward points, you will only receive the "BUY" item. You will not receive the free "GET" item within the BOGO offer.

Can I pay for BOGOs using iDEAL as a payment method? Applies to members in the Netherlands only.

Yes, if you are a member in the Netherlands, you can pay using iDEAL as a payment method. Your order must be processed immediately.

Can I purchase a BOGO item through email?

No, email orders will not be accepted. If you wish to purchase any of the BOGO offers, please process your order online or by calling Member Services.
