<<7>> so hello everybody my name is Lisa
<<10>> I'm Lisa Rooney and I'm a market develop
<<12>> manager for the UK and Ireland I'm
<<15>> thrilled to be with you today as we
<<17>> celebrate yoga how fabulous is this we
<<21>> know in our community that we have many
<<24>> many yoga instructors or yoga
<<26>> enthusiasts and today I've been joined
<<30>> by a few of our leaders from around
<<32>> Europe to talk about well actually the
<<34>> slogan of today is connecting with
<<37>> yourself so that's very on-trend to what
<<41>> doTERRA am often saying every single day
<<45>> so firstly I want to show you some of
<<48>> our guests that I have with me today
<<50>> hello everybody how are you thank you so
<<57>> much for joining us thank you so much
<<59>> I'm going to come around and just really
<<62>> and find out who I've got in the zoom
<<64>> room with me
<<65>> so where are you from please introduce
<<68>> yourself and let us know how long you've
<<70>> been teaching yoga can I go to
<<73>> Eleonora first and I'm in addition
<<82>> notice we're a couple of years
<<84>> practicing for much longer I think it's
<<86>> like life and question I think that
<<90>> happens quite a lot doesn't it you
<<92>> you've been doing the yoga for many
<<94>> years and then you're just drawn to it
<<96>> completely yeah exactly
<<99>> hello Karen good morning - it's so
<<102>> lovely to be here so I'm Karen from
<<105>> England not - no and I worked out last
<<108>> night I've been practicing it for 30
<<110>> years
<<110>> and teaching for about nine years and I
<<114>> think it's like everyone else here when
<<116>> you love something so much you just have
<<118>> to teach it and then we've got Mariana
<<121>> you're there in beautiful Portugal I
<<124>> believe my name is Mariana I'm in
<<127>> Portugal right now in the countryside
<<130>> all in Peru
<<131>> al Cuba
<<134>> and I'm a practitioner from 20 years
<<137>> from now in the last couple of years
<<144>> teaching Oh fabulous and it looks
<<148>> beautiful where you are today look at
<<150>> that scenery I'm doing the countryside
<<153>> in the South Island basil it's a very
<<156>> nice place you should meet oh I should
<<159>> definitely I used to love visiting
<<162>> Portugal one day of it I'll come back
<<165>> and then we have Sai Mona and Dan hello
<<169>> welcome good to see you and everybody
<<174>> and we are so happy to be together in
<<176>> such a beautiful day and such a
<<179>> meaningful day for us we are from
<<182>> Romania
<<182>> we've been practicing yoga for more than
<<186>> 26 years and we have been teaching Yoga
<<190>> for over twenty years now we have
<<195>> spiritual School in which practicing
<<200>> yoga in the excellence of our school
<<208>> actually our grass messes and and
<<210>> everybody else said once you start doing
<<213>> yoga it's something that gets to you and
<<216>> you want to share a little bit with
<<217>> anybody
<<218>> oh that is so fabulous to see you doing
<<221>> this as a couple and actually running
<<224>> your business as a couple - beautiful so
<<229>> I wanted to ask you a couple of
<<231>> questions really and I was wondering
<<234>> what led you to your interest to yoga so
<<237>> what was the very first thing that you
<<239>> thought I want to take a yoga class so
<<243>> for me it was a bit interesting because
<<246>> ever since I've known myself
<<250>> there was little the first time I heard
<<252>> the word yoga but I was about six
<<255>> it was during communism in Romania we
<<258>> knew nothing about yoga in those days
<<260>> and when I heard this word it reamed
<<264>> inside of me it vibrated really it
<<267>> resonated and I I told myself that I
<<271>> will be doing yoga the first time I'm
<<274>> going to find the class and I started
<<277>> yoga at 19 and I actually found myself
<<283>> through yoga I found my connection with
<<286>> God because I was not really
<<290>> non-believer and its really defined my
<<297>> path in life that's beautiful thank you
<<300>> so much Karen how was it for you what
<<304>> what led you to yoga well I got I was 16
<<309>> when I started practicing it was just at
<<311>> home with you know the videos they get
<<313>> fit videos and I just loved how it makes
<<317>> me feel like Simona it just made me feel
<<319>> calm and grounded and it is there is a
<<323>> very much spiritual practice to it and I
<<326>> think that's what gets you hooked is not
<<328>> the movement it's the connecting with
<<330>> yourself you know coming back to
<<332>> yourself and throughout the years always
<<334>> I went to university and came in and out
<<335>> and in practice at university I had a
<<338>> great time but it really is about it's
<<342>> it's a tool that like the oils that you
<<344>> keep coming back to to keep anchoring
<<347>> and grounding yourself and then I think
<<350>> a lot of people know I had breast cancer
<<352>> twice and it was a tool that it didn't
<<356>> it wasn't just there it was it became
<<357>> just part of my life though daily
<<360>> practice meditation and then yeah I was
<<363>> just called to to teach so yeah you can
<<367>> tap in or you can it can become a
<<369>> lifestyle like the oils as well that's
<<371>> why it fits so beautifully together
<<373>> it seems to me yoga's the ultimate
<<376>> self-care is that right yeah I think so
<<381>> yeah you look after every ass
<<383>> back from breathing deep which reduces
<<385>> anxious feelings - yeah just being calm
<<389>> and also physically fit as well yes
<<392>> beautiful quite deep you can go very
<<395>> deep into it um Mariano would you say
<<399>> when you're doing yoga that you have to
<<402>> be do you have to be strong to do yoga
<<404>> because Karen was talking about there
<<406>> right Fitness do you have to have a
<<408>> strength to begin it not not really Yoga
<<415>> is not only about movement so as
<<420>> remember name told about about yoga it's
<<423>> more about spiritual developments so we
<<427>> can start to experience yoga through the
<<431>> movement and then we can build strength
<<434>> because Yoga is for everyone from young
<<437>> people to old people we can adapt the
<<439>> movement we can adapt the practice so
<<441>> you don't need to have physical ability
<<444>> to do it but in the movement you can
<<446>> build that ability but Yoga is much more
<<450>> than that
<<451>> if the self-knowledge is know how to
<<453>> breathe is to organize your thoughts
<<455>> it's to take care of your emotions so
<<459>> it's that connection really thank you
<<463>> thank you because I've done you know
<<465>> yoga just a little bit so I'm really
<<468>> quite a Nabi so I'm really interested to
<<470>> hear your thoughts on this can anybody
<<472>> tell me do I need to be flexible to do
<<475>> yoga okay when I see these fabulous yoga
<<485>> workshops taking place and you all look
<<488>> like you get into these amazing
<<489>> positions
<<490>> Eleonora do you have to do that or can
<<494>> you do like easy versions you know the
<<501>> most of yoga teachers also feel that
<<505>> looking at other people so there is
<<507>> always that kind of comparison that
<<511>> keeps being when we look somebody else
<<514>> but Yogi's ready too it's really about
<<517>> letting go of the comparison because
<<519>> each of us is perfect the way we are so
<<523>> I think that more than physical
<<527>> flexibility you need to be and you will
<<532>> be come to yoga and you will acquire
<<535>> mental flexibility I really find that
<<538>> it's like the body follows what the mind
<<542>> what am i can do so for yoga you
<<545>> exercise your mind to be more
<<547>> compassionate with your body it's no
<<550>> longer what I can do what I'm able to do
<<553>> what I'm not able to do is what I
<<555>> believe I can do and what I believe I
<<558>> can achieve or at least you know it's
<<560>> been like that for me I never be good at
<<563>> sports so y'all get really brought into
<<565>> my life I love self love and acceptance
<<569>> it's really reassuring actually because
<<572>> I think that's the reason why sometimes
<<574>> I have not gone to a yoga class because
<<576>> I've thought oh I couldn't possibly do
<<578>> all of those positions that I see people
<<581>> doing so that's nice very good does
<<584>> anybody else have any tips for anybody
<<586>> who's never been to a yoga class before
<<588>> and perhaps is a little bit nervous of
<<590>> going now I'd like to just teach it
<<598>> teaches a stage approach there's always
<<600>> something you can do and I think the
<<603>> main thing when you go to yoga class is
<<605>> not to compare yourself with anybody
<<607>> else because of the body and the surges
<<610>> I've had when I go to my teacher
<<611>> training classes everyone simply
<<613>> handstands and head stands and my my
<<616>> muscles just aren't gonna do that and so
<<619>> a big part of my yogi journey was
<<620>> letting that go and accepting my body
<<622>> where it is today and I say to my
<<625>> students you're doing yoga when I see
<<627>> you doing your thing that's right for
<<630>> your body and when people are like the
<<632>> faces are red and they're really trying
<<634>> to get into it that's not yoga that's
<<636>> what we call the ego that's trying to
<<638>> get
<<638>> I can always said you have to accept
<<641>> your body where it is and that's the
<<643>> main thing and and teaching online
<<645>> actually is quite powerful because my
<<648>> students can't see each other so they're
<<650>> more into their own own body so yeah I
<<652>> think that's my main tip don't compare
<<654>> must be yeah just be where you need to
<<657>> be thank you Karen and I think we did
<<660>> some online yoga classes in our doTERRA
<<664>> and community group and I think that was
<<666>> nice actually because I did turn the
<<669>> camera and and just copy and spend time
<<673>> just doing the moves so that was that
<<675>> was quite a nice experience have you all
<<677>> moved to teaching online now we have
<<680>> actually teaching online classes and
<<689>> this the quarantine and everything just
<<693>> came and found us prepared for this
<<696>> because we really think that as our
<<700>> colleague said Yoga is about getting to
<<703>> know yourself so you don't really need
<<705>> to to be in a certain place or a certain
<<708>> studio to do this you can do it right
<<711>> from the comfort of your home and you
<<714>> just need to connect with yourself and
<<717>> put your body into poses not beat
<<721>> yourself to it
<<722>> that's not yoga just try to do your best
<<726>> and remain concentrated and focused and
<<730>> relaxed all through it
<<733>> dan is our favorite pose that you like
<<736>> when you're doing a practice is this
<<738>> that one that stretches wonderful for
<<740>> you my favorite practice in yoga
<<745>> actually is meditation my flexibility is
<<750>> not very well and in the previous
<<758>> question
<<760>> you have about flexibility contortionist
<<766>> make do asanas posture in yoga better
<<773>> than a yogi but don't be found in
<<778>> alignment person because yoga it's about
<<781>> awareness not about flexibility and I
<<790>> have some yoga posture which like me for
<<797>> example is part to Montana sauna the
<<801>> meaning in English
<<812>> I always just ate it in English there
<<816>> are all sorts of postures in yoga some
<<818>> are more difficult some are easier to do
<<821>> but I think then here is the living
<<823>> proof that you don't really need to be
<<825>> so flexible as much as become aware of
<<829>> what you are and work with your energies
<<833>> and then you will reach every state of
<<837>> mind you want to reach and you will
<<839>> reach that Union and the reason for our
<<844>> so many types of yoga is because
<<849>> everybody can find his way and Eleonora
<<855>> what type of yoga do you teach you or
<<858>> what is your favorite type of yoga I
<<860>> teach at a yoga I started I think my
<<865>> first the first classes I went to as a
<<868>> student we're more our yoga and vinyasa
<<872>> flow yoga
<<874>> I said to all the Western Yoga it's
<<877>> morally like the physical approach which
<<880>> is great because it's a I think it's
<<883>> like a key to to bring the two worlds
<<885>> together someone who is more into the
<<888>> physical aspect of you know of yoga and
<<891>> then it's like a way to to bring in
<<895>> those like people closer to a spiritual
<<898>> side of it but yeah now I teach hatha
<<901>> yoga I had a wonderful trip to India in
<<905>> which I I think I met the most amazing
<<908>> teacher and just a woman in a small
<<911>> village and yeah that was amazing that
<<914>> totally changed my practice but I have
<<916>> strongly influences of Iyengar yoga I
<<919>> don't know if you have ever heard of it
<<922>> it's not no it's a type of yoga that is
<<925>> very much focused on alignment so with
<<929>> attention to details and what I really
<<932>> love about Iyengar yoga what I bring
<<934>> into my practice with the students is
<<936>> that we use a lot of props so like
<<939>> bolsters
<<940>> in bells blocks and a lot of things to
<<945>> solve it really everyone and anyone can
<<949>> can do it because you know there are
<<952>> different levels we also use chairs you
<<954>> can easily do yoga furniture and that
<<956>> will still be yoga if that's what your
<<959>> body allows you to do the day that's
<<962>> still yoga so I'd like to bring together
<<964>> these two styles beautiful so I may be
<<968>> practicing some chair yoga from my
<<970>> little home office here so let's talk
<<976>> about one of our things that were all
<<978>> passionate about the essential oils and
<<980>> we have the beautiful yoga collection
<<983>> but I I understand that you use many
<<985>> different oils at different times who
<<988>> would like to give me some examples of
<<990>> how they use essential oils with their
<<992>> yoga so I've just got a few that I use
<<996>> here so I think most you guys here will
<<999>> agree I use air quite a lot before
<<1002>> pranayama so punny arm is a part of
<<1005>> where we work with the brat mainly to
<<1008>> calm and get into the mind and connect
<<1010>> but you can also train with spiritual
<<1012>> muscles as well
<<1013>> balance balance is the oil that made me
<<1016>> want to share doTERRA to me it's like an
<<1020>> hour of yoga in a bottle so we've been
<<1023>> talking about yoga connecting us and
<<1025>> really expecting us home to ourselves
<<1027>> and to me balances like that so I always
<<1031>> use balance and if I'm teaching a
<<1033>> workshop I'll encourage students to
<<1036>> smell it first because it will help them
<<1038>> get out of the cycling part where the
<<1041>> brain is still very busy and it will
<<1043>> help them sink deeper into the practice
<<1046>> so I use that a lot and aligns my
<<1048>> absolute favorite-- after the over
<<1050>> collection and then rows when I'm
<<1052>> teaching up what they say for my heart
<<1054>> so I teach from the heart space those
<<1057>> are my main ones well I loved them that
<<1061>> comment I think I'm gonna remember this
<<1063>> one for a while now Karen is your
<<1065>> balance is like an hour of yoga that is
<<1068>> fabulous really good who's up next on
<<1073>> the oils I was just about to say that I
<<1076>> also use a lot of buzz and air I think
<<1079>> they are yeah absolutely crucial for our
<<1082>> yoga practice that really helps people
<<1085>> to arrive in the space that's what I
<<1087>> find many times people are right that
<<1089>> they have you know everything that
<<1091>> happened during the day and they really
<<1094>> want to practice yoga about it it may
<<1096>> take the house of the classic to really
<<1098>> unwind in the oil stuff I just saw
<<1101>> healthful into helping us to just arrive
<<1105>> and ground ourselves to where we are
<<1107>> getting the here and now my fingers yeah
<<1111>> that's amazing it really speeds up
<<1113>> everything that we do in yoga from the
<<1115>> oil so it's really helpful
<<1118>> this'll be why we have so many people in
<<1121>> our community or yoga instructors
<<1123>> probably I just wanted to add about the
<<1125>> oils that I use there are two other oils
<<1130>> that I found extremely beautiful to use
<<1134>> with yoga and one and maybe they are
<<1137>> different unusual oil so one is smart
<<1140>> and sassy I love to diffuse that during
<<1144>> classes smartandsassy is like the oil of
<<1147>> inner beauty so if someone is really
<<1150>> struggling to you know to go and take
<<1152>> the truth class is you will say maybe
<<1154>> sometimes people are not better sure if
<<1159>> they can do it so that really makes you
<<1162>> feel better in your own skin more
<<1165>> comfortable in your own skin and then
<<1167>> also in tune when someone is starting to
<<1170>> meditate when someone is approaching the
<<1173>> practice for the first few times that
<<1175>> really helps you to stay to stay there
<<1178>> to be present and to to not be
<<1180>> distracted I just wanted to add this too
<<1185>> because I think it's young I found them
<<1187>> yeah a bit unusual but so effective
<<1190>> yeah it really goes very well yoga with
<<1193>> oils it just mixes so well I think
<<1198>> balance is the oil of the day when we're
<<1201>> talking about yoga because everybody's
<<1203>> using it in their practice but I would
<<1206>> also like to mention peace from the
<<1209>> emotional
<<1210>> kid I can't this little bottle it's like
<<1213>> Zen in a bottle so if you want to reach
<<1217>> a zen-like state of mind you just need
<<1221>> to snake just wants me from this little
<<1223>> bottle and you're there but besides that
<<1227>> look at you could always use citrus oils
<<1231>> I like to use it to soils because they
<<1235>> are clean and uplifting and purifying
<<1239>> and it really sets you in a like open
<<1244>> state of mind and also I think adaptive
<<1248>> comes strong I would call this my yoga
<<1252>> oil as in yoga it really helps you to
<<1258>> become aware of who you are and what you
<<1261>> really are and that really lead you to
<<1265>> become more adaptive to everything that
<<1269>> comes to you so adaptive I would call
<<1273>> this oil like yoga instead about that
<<1276>> even I would say yoga real it's such a
<<1278>> beautiful oil I've just used it again
<<1280>> here now it's it's certainly becoming my
<<1283>> new fave damn did you have a nice oil
<<1286>> you like there yes
<<1289>> peppermint is my favorite oil I love all
<<1295>> the oils but peppermint has done
<<1299>> something special because energized and
<<1305>> for the mind and the most important
<<1311>> thing in in spirituality is to focus the
<<1314>> mind because when you focus the mind
<<1319>> your energy flows in one direction and
<<1325>> you you have efficiency in what are you
<<1330>> doing
<<1331>> peppermint is is one of my all times in
<<1334>> fact my little God daughters call me
<<1336>> peppermint Lisa because that's what I
<<1338>> smell like all the time to them I've
<<1341>> always got it controlling my womanly
<<1345>> temperatures got to tell me about their
<<1352>> favorite oils Mariana so one of my
<<1356>> favorites is also valence and it depends
<<1359>> on the practice if we are practicing in
<<1362>> the morning maybe the sheer plan to use
<<1368>> we can build our energy and then in the
<<1372>> end of the day the peace serenity it's
<<1375>> also it depends sometimes I look at the
<<1378>> look at them they are very busy inside
<<1385>> and then I also like to build a class
<<1391>> with the emotional oils so start with
<<1394>> forgive so forgive yourself set up your
<<1398>> emotions your thoughts then console and
<<1400>> then try to build a story in the
<<1403>> practice with the experience of oils and
<<1405>> then motivate motivate for change for
<<1409>> peace and kind of experience what else
<<1415>> bring in my practice and my class is
<<1419>> that the opportunity to build a story
<<1422>> with the senses so we can have that
<<1425>> memory from the class and take with us
<<1428>> to our lives that's the magic of oils
<<1431>> and yoga it really is quite beautiful
<<1434>> isn't it they're just such a huge part
<<1437>> of the the yoga practice very nice you
<<1441>> know and it's not just yoga prices as
<<1443>> well it's any activities isn't it any
<<1445>> workout it stimulates you will relaxes
<<1448>> you just beautiful fabulous this has
<<1452>> been fun I've learnt so much about yoga
<<1454>> this morning is there anything that
<<1457>> anybody
<<1458>> in our little query pea wants to share
<<1461>> with me that they feel that people need
<<1464>> to know about yoga or people need to
<<1466>> take the opportunity to do yoga a reason
<<1470>> why or something any final words from
<<1473>> you it's something that can in a browser
<<1476>> said at our London convention in two
<<1481>> years ago she said at some point that
<<1486>> everything we are doing if we are being
<<1490>> aware and focused and present is yoga
<<1494>> and she actually witnessed something
<<1497>> like you coming here and being present
<<1500>> is yoga you listening right now is yoga
<<1504>> everything we do and everything that we
<<1507>> do and we are doing it with passion and
<<1511>> presence and being there with all our
<<1516>> being is yoga so why not starting
<<1521>> practicing this and knowing that about
<<1525>> what we are doing the yoga the
<<1528>> definition of yoga is unity unity with
<<1533>> our self higher self with our essence
<<1539>> with our spirit and every time when we
<<1543>> experience the presence and present we
<<1549>> are in union with our essence with our
<<1552>> spirit we are a new yoga to be in yoga
<<1556>> is to be in presence to be in present to
<<1561>> be unite with your spirit and actually
<<1569>> this quarantine this lockdown global
<<1571>> lockdown I I wouldn't say I would love
<<1574>> have it again and again but it was the
<<1577>> first time that people actually had to
<<1581>> stay with themselves and helps to find a
<<1584>> way that they could enjoy being with
<<1587>> themselves
<<1588>> and getting to know themselves and many
<<1592>> of them actually started doing yoga
<<1595>> because they found relief and peace in
<<1601>> doing that and they've learned through
<<1605>> doing that they've learned how to be
<<1607>> with themselves again and enjoy that I
<<1610>> just want to again say I think you I was
<<1617>> I've been teaching my classes that Yoga
<<1619>> is life life is yoga but I think all of
<<1621>> this is no separation so it's about
<<1624>> really living your life present and
<<1627>> being able to flow around things instead
<<1629>> of having so much resistance or draw
<<1631>> more when something happens so if you
<<1639>> have any you know if you suffer with
<<1641>> mood low mood or any anxious feelings or
<<1646>> like you know not sleeping as well just
<<1648>> give it a go and find a teacher and just
<<1652>> experiment and see how you feel it's
<<1654>> worth it's worth giving oh go I think
<<1657>> that's one of the key things you said
<<1659>> there find a teacher somebody you
<<1660>> resonate with isn't it because you can
<<1663>> actually go to a class and not enjoy it
<<1667>> because that person just doesn't connect
<<1669>> with you they're not on your level but
<<1671>> then if you keep trying to find that
<<1673>> right person I've done the same with my
<<1675>> dance classes I found the perfect person
<<1677>> that I want to watch online and she
<<1679>> inspires me each day to you know to do
<<1682>> it so that's very much so and now we're
<<1685>> online as well the world's your oyster
<<1687>> you can watch people from everywhere
<<1690>> can't you yeah I just wanted to say that
<<1693>> it's so beautiful to be listening to all
<<1696>> this yeah
<<1698>> your teachers and I think that the fact
<<1702>> that we are here today together you know
<<1705>> everyone from a different place everyone
<<1708>> doing a different type of practice
<<1710>> everyone with the different backgrounds
<<1712>> and story it really represents the
<<1716>> concept that yoga really is for everyone
<<1720>> and that everyone can find the right
<<1723>> feet for in the light for yoga so it's
<<1728>> like it's exactly like the oil so once
<<1730>> you start to leave something in you
<<1734>> think that something in a way is over
<<1738>> more about yourself and to really dig
<<1742>> deeper into how you feel and why you
<<1745>> feel that way what's your greatest gift
<<1747>> to the world and how you can improve
<<1750>> other people life around you is the same
<<1754>> thing you can do that with the oils and
<<1756>> you do that with yoga but just
<<1758>> practicing yourself because you will
<<1760>> become a more compassionate person and
<<1764>> more you know the more we understand
<<1766>> ourselves that the more we can love and
<<1769>> understand others so I think that's yeah
<<1773>> for me that was a good enough reason to
<<1776>> keep going to my yoga class in this even
<<1779>> in the beginning when I was like its
<<1781>> source
<<1782>> you know it's painful I'm not used to do
<<1784>> this type of ethics of exercise but then
<<1787>> I was like well I am different and
<<1790>> different with my husband and different
<<1793>> with my friends I'm different at work
<<1795>> and Colette started to look at me and be
<<1798>> like you're not freaking out what's
<<1799>> wrong with you that's right well I go to
<<1801>> yoga maybe not is oil so yeah it's just
<<1806>> it's just someone that it's just
<<1808>> something that everyone should try to do
<<1810>> at least for a period in your life and
<<1813>> then you know just see what breaks out
<<1815>> for you I can just imagine you with the
<<1818>> the normal world of everybody going
<<1820>> crazy you know at the airports or you
<<1823>> know rushing around shopping and and
<<1826>> Eleanor is there going I'm not freaking
<<1828>> out I'm in the same
<<1831>> I still do freak out everyone else but
<<1834>> with yogurt oils in my life is much
<<1836>> better much easier I couldn't I couldn't
<<1839>> imagine my life and dollars without
<<1841>> those two things now definitely not
<<1845>> that's a good boy my cell okay we're
<<1848>> gonna go over to the beautiful
<<1849>> countryside in Portugal to finish with
<<1851>> Mariana yes yoga is this process of
<<1856>> transformation and as you were talking
<<1859>> about we have is an adventure for a few
<<1863>> days in the countryside but we we came
<<1867>> in with all our work with the kids
<<1870>> with the school online and everything so
<<1874>> we build this ability to manage life
<<1879>> flowing in in balance so you can do the
<<1883>> same things not with the mind taking
<<1886>> over you that's the the power of yoga
<<1889>> that's the flexibility you you can build
<<1894>> inside so you can go through things
<<1898>> peacefully quietly and balanced that's
<<1902>> what yoga brings to me thank you so much
<<1912>> Mary Ellen so as we celebrate yoga day
<<1916>> we really are saying to you use your
<<1920>> beautiful doTERRA essential oils and
<<1922>> connecting with yourself is what it's
<<1925>> all about
<<1926>> enjoy and do your yoga start yoga just
<<1932>> just get in there and and do it it's all
<<1935>> about yoga today thank you so much for
<<1938>> joining us and I look forward to seeing
<<1941>> you again soon to a fabulous day
<<1948>> [Music]
