<<0>> Hello everyone and welcome to the terrau
<<2>> the official podcast of the Terra
<<4>> Europe. Today I'm interviewing Alex
<<6>> Deell and I cannot wait to get started.
<<9>> Alex, thank you so much for being here
<<10>> with us. Oh, it's my pleasure to be with
<<12>> you. Okay, so obviously we have this VMG
<<15>> so I think we should just get started.
<<18>> Let's do it. To start us off, can you
<<20>> share a little bit of your background?
<<22>> Maybe uh what drawing you into the world
<<24>> of wellness, nutrition? Yeah, a little
<<26>> bit of myself. I I mean I grew up kind
<<29>> of a curious
<<31>> guy um family of nine kids and okay um
<<36>> living in you know the western United
<<38>> States with mountains and things. So I
<<39>> always had a a bit of a curiosity for
<<42>> how things work. you know, of course,
<<44>> enjoy the world around, but I noticed um
<<49>> when I got to high school, um I noticed
<<52>> in my classes that I had a particular
<<55>> interest and affinity for chemistry, for
<<59>> anatomy, physiology, those types of
<<61>> things. And it worked well because with
<<64>> my curiosity and understanding how
<<65>> things work, it translated into the
<<68>> body, into health and wellness.
<<70>> And then that just kind of developed
<<73>> through um into college and and and
<<78>> I saw some opportunities to really
<<81>> pursue this as far as you know my own
<<83>> personal interests and then that
<<85>> translated into needs in the world and
<<88>> in the marketplace. And so um that's
<<90>> kind of where the interest grew from and
<<94>> then professional opportunities came
<<96>> about from there. So, Alex, we've just
<<98>> launched BMG Plus at convention. Can you
<<101>> please tell us a bit more about what um
<<104>> inspired you to create this product?
<<107>> Yeah, there's a few reasons um we put
<<110>> VMG Plus together. We of course
<<113>> recognize the importance of
<<114>> micronutrient support. So, at its core,
<<118>> VMG provides nutrients that all of our
<<121>> bodies need. Um,
<<124>> historically when there have been these
<<127>> deficiencies of micronutrients, you
<<130>> start to see an accumulation of um,
<<133>> disease states in the population. And
<<135>> people recognize this over time. And so
<<140>> you have certain nutrients like for
<<143>> example
<<145>> a vitamin. The the term
<<149>> vitamin is really compound from two
<<151>> different terms. vital amine. And
<<154>> people, you know, scientists and medical
<<157>> professionals recognize that when you
<<160>> don't have these micronutrients,
<<162>> you have the deficiency that builds up
<<165>> and it accelerates aging. It accelerates
<<167>> the development of different disease
<<169>> states. So, it's been very well
<<172>> established that these nutrients are
<<175>> needed for everyone. And so we thought,
<<178>> well, what is what is a way that we can
<<180>> efficiently deliver these to people in
<<184>> the most effective forms in a format
<<187>> that is enjoyable for them to use, that
<<189>> it's convenient. Um, at Doera, you know,
<<193>> people love sharing our products with
<<196>> one another. So, we wanted to be
<<197>> sharable that um people can build a
<<201>> business with. And so all of these
<<204>> different factors come together and it
<<207>> kind of starts to inform what the
<<210>> product might look like because we want
<<212>> to be able to check all these different
<<213>> boxes. And um we've been able to over
<<218>> the years I' I've been doing um in
<<220>> involved with research and development
<<222>> in nutritional biochemistry for a couple
<<224>> of decades. And so you start to gather
<<228>> an awareness of what's available as far
<<230>> as the latest science and technology,
<<233>> the latest delivery formats. And we
<<236>> wanted to incorporate those things into
<<238>> VMG Plus in a way that we haven't done
<<240>> before at Doera. Okay. So, Alex, can we
<<243>> actually take a step back and talk about
<<246>> foundational wellness and what it means
<<247>> for us, please? Yeah. When we think
<<250>> about foundational wellness, it's really
<<253>> combining two different terms. Um to
<<256>> have complete wellness, we need to have
<<259>> a strong foundation. And when we think
<<260>> of the wellness chart, at the base of
<<263>> the wellness chart, we have nutrition
<<265>> and digestion. So at Doera, we're very
<<268>> intentional about promoting not only
<<271>> amazing products, but also healthy
<<273>> lifestyle choices. And so things like
<<276>> getting enough sleep, avoiding
<<279>> environmental exposure to different
<<280>> toxins or getting our daily movement to
<<284>> support metabolism
<<286>> um at the base of the wellness chart,
<<290>> VMG plus combined with healthy dietary
<<293>> choices are really going to help support
<<296>> uh the foundational wellness that
<<298>> everything else is built on. That's
<<301>> beautiful. So does it mean that anything
<<303>> else that we are doing on top in terms
<<305>> of supplements um does it mean it works
<<309>> better for us? It does work better and
<<312>> if if we don't have that strong
<<314>> foundation then the other things you can
<<317>> imagine you know a tower that is more
<<320>> prone to tipping over and so we get a
<<323>> much better return on the investment
<<326>> when we have that solid foundation. So,
<<329>> um, why do you believe it's important to
<<331>> focus on foundational wellness and not
<<333>> just cherrypick a few supplements here
<<335>> and there when I need it? Yeah, we
<<338>> really need to address um wellness as a
<<341>> holistic
<<342>> a holistic approach. And so, you see
<<346>> that in our product offering, but um
<<349>> when people try to kind of maybe cut
<<352>> corners, Yeah. take a shortcut and
<<354>> they're they're thinking, you know,
<<356>> maybe I don't have to worry about this.
<<359>> In the short term, you might be able to
<<360>> get away with a few things like that,
<<362>> but it catches up with you, especially
<<364>> over time. Uh the things will start to
<<366>> compound, the the challenges will start
<<368>> to compound and it starts to erode uh
<<372>> what wellness looks like for you. So, uh
<<374>> it's it's important to be mindful of the
<<377>> little details. Yeah, I think it's just
<<379>> sometimes it's easier for people to uh
<<382>> be wanting a quick, you know, shortcut
<<384>> like, okay, I need this. Let me just get
<<386>> that without necessarily looking at the
<<388>> bigger picture. But this is what we're
<<390>> trying to do here. Yeah. Yeah. If you if
<<393>> you cut corners, you're not going to get
<<395>> the same results that you are hoping
<<397>> for. So, yeah, let's just talk about
<<399>> this product more and more. What makes
<<401>> it special?
<<403>> Uh there are a few things about VMG that
<<406>> make it unique. Um not just different
<<409>> but uniquely effective and and one of a
<<412>> kind really in all the world. Um when I
<<415>> think of what makes it special, it's
<<417>> almost like asking you know do you have
<<420>> a favorite child? I was about to think
<<422>> that I I think about this with uh with
<<424>> my children and depending on the day
<<426>> sometimes I do have a favorite child. Um
<<428>> but there there are a few aspects
<<432>> um of VMG+ that really stand out as key
<<436>> uh differentiators
<<438>> and I I think um the nutrient sources is
<<442>> a key differentiator. Um our intentional
<<446>> support for cellular health and wellness
<<449>> is int is really important and then our
<<451>> bioavailability boosting. I think those
<<454>> three components and um maybe to give a
<<457>> little bit more detail on those um we
<<460>> have in VMG in the formula we've
<<462>> included a nutrition blend we call it
<<465>> nutrition blend and this is composed of
<<468>> four different superfoods. Um we have
<<470>> amla, guava, moringa and lemon. And the
<<475>> the definition of a superfood is is a a
<<478>> food or botanical source that is
<<480>> exceptionally dense in nutrients. And so
<<484>> you can imagine that these four
<<486>> superfoods coming together now providing
<<489>> the majority of micronutrient content in
<<492>> V&G plus it makes it one of a kind. In
<<495>> fact, I mentioned you know a couple
<<498>> decades being involved in research and
<<500>> development, product development. Um,
<<503>> this is
<<505>> not only uncommon but really unheard of
<<510>> to have all natural botanically sourced
<<514>> micronutrients in a product. So, I don't
<<517>> I don't imagine that people are going to
<<519>> see a product just like this. It's more
<<522>> than just a greens product. It's more
<<523>> than just a delicious powder drink mix.
<<527>> Um the second component that I described
<<531>> you know the cellular support blend um
<<533>> when you talk about
<<536>> you foundational wellness and supporting
<<538>> our health and wellness we do this at
<<540>> the cellular level. Um because cells
<<543>> contribute to tissues which make up
<<545>> organs and our whole our whole organism.
<<548>> And so if we want to have good health
<<550>> and wellness, we need to support our
<<552>> cellular health. And so we do this with
<<555>> unique ingredients in VMG+ that help to
<<560>> neutralize free radicals for example
<<562>> that will otherwise contribute to
<<563>> oxidative stress. And that oxidative
<<566>> stress um it really starts to wear down
<<568>> how different enzymes and proteins
<<570>> inside of our cells are working or not
<<573>> they should be working and that causes
<<575>> problems. And then the third unique
<<577>> aspect um and this is you know where
<<581>> essential oils come into play with VMG
<<583>> plus is the bioavailability like we can
<<586>> design the most amazing product but if
<<589>> you can't absorb it it's not useless.
<<592>> Yeah exactly you won't be able to
<<594>> benefit from it like you should be. So,
<<596>> we include unique delivery technology
<<599>> like the liposomes and the essential
<<601>> oils that allow our cells to actually
<<604>> absorb and utilize the nutrients that
<<606>> we've included in BMG. That's amazing.
<<609>> So, as an example, I'm talking um for
<<611>> myself here. I know I am uh iron
<<614>> deficient. Do you think that VMG could
<<617>> help somebody like me maybe absorbing
<<619>> better the iron contained in the
<<621>> formula? We did some uh clinical studies
<<624>> to look at the rate of iron absorption.
<<627>> So iron was our our mineral of choice
<<629>> that we wanted to demonstrate the
<<631>> increased absorption and we saw a
<<633>> six-fold increase in iron absorption
<<636>> compared to um iron that is not
<<639>> delivered in the same way. So with
<<640>> essential oils with the liposal delivery
<<642>> and so um it absolutely does help people
<<646>> to absorb not just vitamins but minerals
<<649>> and other phytonutrients. Okay, I'm
<<651>> excited to try that out. Yeah. Um, you
<<654>> just mentioned just now uh liposal
<<656>> delivery. Could you please explain uh
<<658>> that a little bit more and what it means
<<660>> again for some of us who are not
<<662>> necessarily uh aware of what even
<<664>> liposomes are? Sure. Yeah. Uh liposomes
<<667>> is not the most commonly recognized
<<670>> term, right? But um it's it's pretty
<<672>> straightforward in the sense that um all
<<675>> of our cells, they have a structure to
<<678>> them. They have a cell membrane. And our
<<681>> cell membrane is made up of a lipid
<<683>> billayer. So by layer, two layers
<<686>> together. And the phospholipids that
<<688>> make up the cell membrane, that's the
<<691>> same structure that a liposome um is
<<693>> made up of. And so by delivering
<<695>> nutrients in a sphere that mimics the
<<699>> structure of our cells, our cells
<<702>> recognize that structure and therefore
<<704>> they're they're able to better absorb
<<706>> the nutrients when they're delivered in
<<707>> this manner. And even beyond just
<<709>> absorption, we're able to retain those
<<712>> nutrients longer. So we talk about
<<715>> bioavailability and that's certainly
<<717>> important, but bio retention is also
<<720>> really important. Having those nutrients
<<722>> stay in the body longer um just
<<725>> increases their value. And this term bio
<<727>> retention is something that um when I
<<730>> started studying the product was a term
<<732>> that was new to me personally. Um so
<<735>> again is this something that we should
<<737>> talk about? Is it something that we
<<739>> should educate ourselves more? Yeah.
<<742>> Yeah. I mean so a lot of nutrients we
<<745>> have fats soluble nutrients and water
<<746>> soluble nutrients. Water- soluble
<<748>> nutrients are generally more readily
<<751>> absorbed but they're also more easily
<<754>> cleared from the body and that's not
<<757>> always a good thing. It can lead to uh
<<760>> depletion of important micronutrients.
<<762>> So this bio retention staying nutrients
<<766>> staying in the body is really really
<<769>> valuable. Um and that's one of the
<<771>> reasons we're uh utilizing this delivery
<<774>> technology to increase the bio
<<776>> retention. Amazing. Have we done any
<<778>> test to uh see how how much longer the
<<783>> uh nutrients are staying in the body and
<<785>> when actually our body is absorbing
<<788>> whatever nutrients it's needed at
<<790>> whatever time. Yeah. No, I'm I'm glad
<<793>> you asked this question. It's like
<<795>> you're reading my mind. This is great.
<<797>> Um yeah, so the same types of tests that
<<801>> show the increase in bioavailability, we
<<804>> you'll take um blood samples and look at
<<807>> how much of the nutrient is there in the
<<809>> blood compared to um not delivered in
<<812>> the same manner. And we can see in the
<<815>> area under the curve from the blood
<<817>> sample, what is the concentration in the
<<819>> blood over time? So how many hours later
<<822>> compared to the non- liposomaal
<<825>> non-essential oil delivery method versus
<<828>> the method that we're using in VMG plus
<<830>> and we see an increase in so the initial
<<833>> spike is where we would see the increase
<<836>> in bioavailability and then how long
<<838>> that that level stays elevated is
<<841>> representing the bio retention. So we
<<843>> see this extend out 8 10 even 12 hours.
<<847>> Oh wow. where typically you'll see it
<<849>> drop down again and it's more pronounced
<<852>> with water soluble nutrients that it
<<854>> drops down. Oh wow. Um does it also mean
<<857>> that we might get more energy out of
<<859>> this product? Like we will feel we might
<<862>> feel a bit more uh alive and just ready
<<864>> to go. Yeah. I mean you think of um the
<<869>> production of energy inside of the
<<870>> cells. We take food or fuel and it's
<<874>> converted into cellular energy or ATP.
<<876>> And this process you know of glycolysis
<<878>> of converting carbohydrates and fats in
<<881>> particular into cellular energy requires
<<884>> important vitamin co-actors and we are
<<887>> providing those co-actors in VMG. So
<<891>> with the increased uptake with the
<<893>> increased retention your cells have
<<895>> those co-actors to be able to convert
<<897>> that fuel into energy. So that
<<899>> absolutely does increase uh one of the
<<902>> benefits that people will appreciate is
<<904>> increased cellular energy. Amazing. It
<<907>> sounds like um we've created you've
<<909>> created something like a perfect recipe
<<911>> for ourselves to just run along and do
<<914>> the the job perfectly. Yeah. I mean
<<917>> that's the goal is that we're we're
<<919>> making sure that the nutritional gaps
<<921>> are no longer gaps, right? that this is
<<925>> designed to be a convenient way for
<<927>> people to make sure that they're
<<929>> consuming these nutrients that they need
<<931>> to then have, you know, their highest
<<933>> quality of life, have the energy that
<<935>> they need, the the mental clarity and
<<937>> focus and memory, um the immune defense
<<941>> that they need. So, all of these
<<943>> different areas that we recognize as
<<945>> quality living, it really comes from
<<948>> having the nutritional support. That's
<<950>> amazing. And I know obviously we have
<<953>> some very special essential oils uh
<<955>> included in this product. So could you
<<958>> please uh tell us more about this uh
<<960>> specific essential oils? Yeah, I do of
<<964>> course is known for our essential oils.
<<966>> Um we have you know unrivaled uh
<<969>> sourcing network and we understand the
<<972>> chemistry of essential oils uh like no
<<975>> others do. And so we've we've leaned on
<<978>> that unique knowledge of specific
<<981>> essential oil chemistry to enhance the
<<983>> micronutrient absorption. So lemongrass,
<<986>> ginger, peppermint, wild orange for
<<989>> example. Um, we wanted to take advantage
<<994>> of the constituent chemistry of those
<<996>> essential oils which have good research
<<998>> on increasing gut permeability for
<<1001>> example or um activating enzymes that
<<1005>> are involved in digestion. And in this
<<1008>> way by including these essential oils
<<1010>> with the liposomes we improve the
<<1012>> bioavailability and the uptake of the
<<1014>> nutrients. And so it's not that the
<<1017>> essential oils are imparting a specific
<<1019>> flavor or aroma. They play a specific,
<<1023>> you know, valuable functional role in
<<1025>> the VMG Plus formula. Well, we have two
<<1029>> little sache here. So, what do you say?
<<1032>> Should we Should we try it? Let's do it.
<<1034>> Perfect. So, how how do we take this
<<1036>> product? How do you personally take this
<<1038>> product? Uh, it's it's it's designed to
<<1041>> be convenient. So, it's it's pretty
<<1043>> convenient. Not everybody loves to uh
<<1046>> swallow a bunch of pills for example. So
<<1049>> we designed this ready to mix goes into
<<1052>> solution. You drink it. The most
<<1054>> important thing and how I like to do it.
<<1057>> I put the most important um tasks in my
<<1061>> day at the beginning of my day. Okay. I
<<1064>> won't be like distracted by everything
<<1066>> else that's going on in the day and
<<1068>> forget about that. So I I use a product
<<1071>> like BMG in the morning. And for two
<<1075>> reasons. One, I won't forget to use it.
<<1078>> And then perhaps even more importantly,
<<1081>> my my body now has access to those
<<1083>> nutrients all day long. Um, but it's
<<1086>> really easy to use. It tastes great.
<<1089>> It's convenient delivery format. Um, so
<<1092>> that's kind of how that's how I use it
<<1094>> and that's how I recommend most people
<<1096>> use it. Okay. Little taste test. Cheers.
<<1105>> It's It's just delicious. Pineapple
<<1107>> mango. I cannot believe like I think the
<<1110>> first time I tried this um I was trying
<<1112>> the US sample and I just I was in total
<<1116>> disbelief because I did try my fair
<<1117>> share of green powders and the taste it
<<1121>> was just disgusting. It was very green.
<<1124>> Yeah. And yeah, this is completely
<<1128>> different. it. Sometimes um I've tried
<<1130>> products like this where um it reminds
<<1133>> me of a kid playing on the grass and
<<1136>> your face gets pressed into the grass. I
<<1138>> I know the feeling but obviously you
<<1141>> mentioned the the difference a little
<<1143>> bit between this and taking pills but
<<1145>> can we go um one more layer down and
<<1149>> talking a little bit about uh the
<<1151>> differences about um you know BMG plus
<<1154>> and LLV and I know they're completely
<<1156>> two different products and again it
<<1158>> would be maybe like asking you what's
<<1160>> your favorite child. No, it's a very
<<1163>> logical question that we get um a fair
<<1166>> amount.
<<1168>> Um both products, lifelong vitality and
<<1172>> I guess our foundational wellness or VMG
<<1176>> plus, they're designed to provide
<<1178>> lifelong vitality. That's the product
<<1179>> promise. And so I've described it
<<1182>> before. Um we're supporting the same
<<1185>> outcome through two different paths.
<<1188>> One of the advantages of a product like
<<1191>> VMG+ is just the convenience that we're
<<1194>> combining multiple products into one. So
<<1196>> when you look at the, you know, 75 plus
<<1199>> ingredients in VMG plus and the delivery
<<1202>> format now, um, Lifelong Vitality is
<<1206>> fantastic, right? Three different
<<1208>> products together. um you can split them
<<1211>> out um which some people might like to
<<1214>> do for various reasons but with
<<1216>> microplex alpha CRS and Z omega you have
<<1219>> different components in VMG you get a
<<1222>> consolidation of those different blends
<<1225>> in VMG providing those benefits so the
<<1229>> cellular support blend in VMG is
<<1234>> delivering a lot of the same ingredients
<<1235>> and benefit that you get in alpha by
<<1238>> combining these into one product, we
<<1241>> make it easier for people. So, there's a
<<1244>> a big focus on ease of use. Um, just an
<<1249>> amazing experience. You can taste and
<<1251>> share this product in ways that people
<<1253>> typically wouldn't do with a handful of
<<1255>> pills. And I know you've already
<<1257>> answered this question in probably
<<1259>> another format, but who is this product
<<1261>> for? Who was it designed for?
<<1264>> Yeah, really these the the nutrition The
<<1269>> micronutrients in VMG+ are required by
<<1273>> everybody. So this and that's why the
<<1278>> base of our wellness chart is nutrition
<<1281>> and digestion. That is um you know it's
<<1285>> it's really a non-starter for everybody.
<<1287>> Like you have to begin there. Um and so
<<1290>> it's it's a product that's designed and
<<1293>> intended for everybody to use. So would
<<1295>> you say that if we had to adapt it to
<<1297>> maybe uh younger people or teenagers,
<<1300>> would they be all right taking maybe a
<<1302>> third of a dose and then developing uh
<<1306>> sorry slowly building up to the to the
<<1308>> full dose? Yeah, people would do that
<<1310>> and and I've done that. For example, I
<<1312>> have four children and they're not, you
<<1315>> know, adult-sized children. So dosing is
<<1318>> is typically approached from a weight
<<1321>> perspective. And so you can imagine if
<<1324>> you've got a child who's half of the
<<1326>> typical size of an adult, then a half a
<<1329>> dose would be appropriate for them. And
<<1332>> and it works out well that way because a
<<1334>> lot of families who may be using the
<<1337>> product will split doses like that. Now,
<<1339>> can we uh talk for a second about
<<1341>> routine? I'm a a person who really
<<1344>> thrives in having a routine, a morning
<<1346>> routine. and just enjoying uh you know I
<<1348>> wake up, I go to the gym, I take my
<<1349>> supplements and so on and so forth. So
<<1352>> how does VMG Plus fit into maybe your
<<1355>> routine personally and what do you
<<1357>> combine it with? Yeah, most I mean the
<<1360>> most important thing for people is
<<1362>> consistency, right? If you want to
<<1365>> really move the needle in your health,
<<1367>> you need to be consistent. And we know
<<1369>> this, right? We know this with all
<<1371>> different areas of our life. Consistency
<<1373>> is key.
<<1375>> So, for me, like I mentioned, I I use
<<1377>> the product in the morning so I don't
<<1379>> get distracted and forget to use it. But
<<1382>> I actually enjoy combining it with
<<1383>> Metapar Advantage. Um I'll often also
<<1387>> put in Metapower Recharge. And I've
<<1389>> heard of people pulling in like PBS
<<1392>> sticks, for example. I don't always um
<<1396>> use the PBS PBS sticks with this
<<1399>> product. It becomes a lot of uh flavor
<<1402>> for me. Um and and I'll so I'll usually
<<1405>> you know take um PB restore and use that
<<1409>> as a capsule but it's very easy to
<<1413>> combine with other products particularly
<<1415>> that you can just mix with water and and
<<1419>> I I'll do that in the morning. So can I
<<1421>> ask you said you're using this in the
<<1422>> morning would it be okay or safe to use
<<1425>> it on an empty stomach let's say or is
<<1427>> it best to be taken uh with a meal with
<<1430>> a breakfast? Yeah, one of one of the
<<1432>> other advantages about VMG because of
<<1436>> you know it's about a 10 gram serving.
<<1438>> We have two grams of protein in there.
<<1440>> We have um a lot you know 330 different
<<1444>> fat or nutrients that are part of this.
<<1447>> So the recommendation for people to
<<1450>> consume supplements with food is
<<1453>> generally because they don't have those
<<1454>> types of companion nutrition. But VMG,
<<1459>> you know, two grams of protein, um,
<<1461>> dietary fiber, the phytonutrient
<<1463>> content, it's actually very similar to a
<<1467>> typical food. And so although we would
<<1469>> say consume supplements with food, this
<<1472>> supplement is like a food. Yeah. So I
<<1475>> actually I don't usually eat breakfast.
<<1478>> Um, and this will usually take the place
<<1481>> of it. So I I don't um I I consume VMG
<<1486>> um with Metap Power Advantage and I'm
<<1488>> not necessarily layering that with And
<<1491>> now that I have you here, I feel like I
<<1493>> need to ask the pro, are there any uh
<<1496>> secrets, tips and tricks that we should
<<1498>> implement in order to have this um
<<1501>> really structured routine? I know you
<<1503>> said consistency, but is there anything
<<1504>> else? I think most importantly is
<<1507>> consistent use of the product. And then
<<1509>> we we talked earlier about the
<<1511>> importance of you know healthy habits
<<1514>> and combining consistent use of the
<<1516>> product with other healthy lifestyle
<<1518>> choices. So you can't be ignoring um the
<<1523>> other areas of your life that you know
<<1526>> you should be getting daily movement,
<<1527>> you should have a good diet, you should
<<1529>> have healthy connections and getting
<<1531>> enough sleep. You can't cut those
<<1534>> corners and expect to have the same
<<1537>> outcomes just by using the product,
<<1540>> right? It's kind of a two-step approach.
<<1543>> You need to have the lifestyles and the
<<1545>> product to get the maximum results.
<<1547>> Okay? So, no secret. Um, well, it's
<<1551>> really simple. The secret is be mindful
<<1554>> of both of those things. So I think you
<<1558>> know people sometimes people will say oh
<<1560>> you know I didn't have the same
<<1562>> experience or results as somebody else
<<1565>> with the product like I was using the
<<1566>> product but I didn't have the same
<<1568>> results and you start to talk with them
<<1570>> a little bit more about well tell me a
<<1572>> little bit about your lifestyle and you
<<1574>> can quickly see oh okay you're using
<<1577>> you're both using the product but you're
<<1579>> not sleeping like you should you're not
<<1581>> getting movement like you should and you
<<1584>> can see that if there's a separation in
<<1586>> the lifestyle factors then that can be
<<1590>> an explanation. And obviously we've
<<1592>> designed this product to um work hand
<<1595>> inhand with our again newly launched
<<1598>> Eomega Plus and also part of the
<<1600>> foundational wellness um a gut
<<1603>> microbiome support might be uh PB
<<1605>> restore or PBS plus. So can you talk us
<<1609>> through the whole magic trio? Yeah, I
<<1613>> mean it's intentional that those
<<1615>> products belong where they where they
<<1617>> do, you know, the base of the wellness
<<1619>> chart. Um, so E Omega is really
<<1622>> providing our healthy our healthy fats,
<<1626>> omega-3 fatty acids. And it's no
<<1629>> accident that omega-3s are in the top
<<1632>> four nutrients ever studied, that
<<1634>> there's more than 40,000 publications on
<<1637>> these. Um there there are a couple of
<<1640>> terms sometimes I refer to as like
<<1642>> plyotropy or polypharmarmacology.
<<1645>> Basically meaning you can have a
<<1646>> nutrient that impacts multiple
<<1649>> downstream um outcomes and omega-3 fatty
<<1653>> acids are one of those nutrients where
<<1656>> there a lot of different um health
<<1659>> benefits from consuming those healthy
<<1661>> fats. Um and there this is recognized
<<1665>> all around the world. So you have
<<1666>> approved health claims with uh different
<<1669>> governments in key markets all over the
<<1671>> world for consuming omega-3 fatty acids
<<1675>> and most of those are tied to
<<1677>> cardiumabolic benefits. So you talk
<<1679>> about things like improved insulin
<<1681>> sensitivity or triglycerides or blood
<<1684>> pressure. These are cardioabolic
<<1687>> um parameters.
<<1690>> When we talk about the importance of a
<<1692>> healthy microbiome and PB restore or PB
<<1695>> assist, um diversity is king. Like we we
<<1699>> need to have a diverse microbiome. Um
<<1702>> but we've been talking about
<<1704>> micronutrients and how do we get these
<<1706>> micronutrients from the product into our
<<1709>> body? It happens through the digestive
<<1711>> tract. And so having a healthy digestive
<<1714>> tract with these healthy bacteria um is
<<1718>> really critical to being able to take
<<1720>> advantage. Alex, is there anything that
<<1722>> we haven't covered yet about this
<<1724>> product that we should we should know
<<1726>> about? Um
<<1729>> I don't know. It's you can get into like
<<1733>> there are five different blends in VMG+.
<<1736>> Um we've done a number of different uh
<<1739>> clinical trials on looking at different
<<1741>> health benefits that are a result of
<<1743>> using the product even for six weeks for
<<1745>> example.
<<1747>> Um but and we talk about the importance
<<1750>> of of consistency but the product is
<<1753>> designed really to just be your
<<1756>> convenient one-stop shop as a base
<<1759>> starting place for everybody. And if
<<1762>> you're tending to the foundational
<<1765>> wellness needs, um the chances are good
<<1768>> that all the other layers of that chart
<<1771>> and the health benefits that people are
<<1773>> looking for are going to come a lot more
<<1776>> easily. This is my very last question, I
<<1779>> promise.
<<1781>> Um but I cannot live um without asking
<<1784>> you. What is your if not top product do
<<1788>> product at least give me the top three
<<1790>> please.
<<1792>> I know it's the Yeah. favorite child
<<1794>> question again. Yeah, the favorite. Um,
<<1798>> VMG certainly is
<<1800>> a candidate for top favorite because
<<1804>> everything that we've included in there
<<1806>> with from the delivery technology, the
<<1808>> essential oil inclusion, all the
<<1810>> different nutrient types that we've
<<1812>> included from, you know, botanical
<<1813>> sources, we don't have another product
<<1815>> like it. It's very unique in that way.
<<1818>> Um
<<1820>> we have some pretty unique components in
<<1823>> PB restore as well. Uh you know the the
<<1827>> dual chamber capsule delivery is uh
<<1829>> pretty unique postbiotic, prebiotic,
<<1832>> probiotic. Um
<<1835>> Metapar advantage is also very distinct
<<1839>> as far as you know more than 70%
<<1842>> tripeptide collagen tripeptides, nine
<<1845>> different types of tripeptides.
<<1847>> um our natural enem source for NAD
<<1850>> production.
<<1852>> So every I would say even though there
<<1855>> are some products probably due to their
<<1857>> complexity um that kind of stand out as
<<1860>> like wow this is really special every
<<1863>> product that we design and offer at
<<1866>> doera is intentional um it's unique we
<<1870>> we are intentional about pulling in
<<1872>> essential oils to help drive the
<<1875>> efficacy of of the product of the other
<<1878>> ingredients in there so they're very
<<1880>> complimentary to each other. Um, yeah,
<<1883>> that those are a few products that I
<<1885>> really think are I think you picked
<<1887>> three great products to be honest. So,
<<1889>> well done. It wasn't easy. Thanks, Alex.
<<1892>> Thank you so much uh for, you know,
<<1895>> giving us your time here today. I know
<<1897>> we had this uh conversation about BMG uh
<<1900>> quite a few times, but every time
<<1902>> selfishly, I feel like I'm getting
<<1904>> something new, and I wish I would I want
<<1905>> to scribble down notes every time you
<<1907>> speak. So thank you that this has been
<<1909>> really really uh helpful not just for me
<<1911>> I'm sure but for our listeners as well.
<<1913>> So you're welcome. It's been my pleasure
<<1915>> and maybe next time we can talk about
<<1917>> Metap Power Advantage. Let's do it. Who
<<1919>> knows? Yeah. Thanks Luda. Thank you so
<<1922>> much.
